Doctor Ben Wilson working for the United Nuclear Commission and the peace pact developed by the United Nations and Darien. Doctor Wilson aged 54 years old has been working with the commission for the better of 15 years. He had met with the alien Darien only a few years back. How ever he doesn't know on whether he was still around on Earth or had gone back to his own planet.
He's married with a wife staying back in Paris, France for now until she is able to join him. However once she finds out. She won't be able to leave until she finds out for sure. Looking out of the compound hut opening.
He was able to talk with an associate Doctor Auriel Huri Bing telling him that the guards were changing shifts for now and for which they will be getting their meals. He was worried about the others having been separated for now.
"Doctor Wilson we need to figure out how to get out of here right now. Though we are hoping for a rescue mission." He stated with a dry cough.
"I know Auriel. But for now we need to find out for sure just how many of the terrorists are on the island before anything happens." Doctor Wilson needed to say to his friend with placing a hand on his shoulder before moving away from the hut window and getting into trouble.
A brief bio on Doctor Auriel Huri Bing from Beirut. He had left Beirut to study nuclear medicine and other key factors for nuclear and atomic research for his country and then for the Nuclear commission and United Nations. He's been married for 20 years until his wife Mariam from Israel died from thyroid cancer that the doctors weren't able to save her life with chemo treatment. They have one daughter Isis living in the United States entering into one of the best colleges in the East coast with her main studies of Nuclear medicine as well.
Meanwhile in another section is for where the meals were being prepared for their captives in the different huts on the island. There are going to be at least five guards watching with the meals being served. Though there is always a chance the civilians will try to figure out an escape plan.
On board the Seaview there was a small gathering of crew members at board the Submarine once receiving the signal from communications.
None of the original command staff had arrived with Captain Lee on his way as with Commander Chip Morton. He and his wife were out to dinner when he had gotten the phone call from Angie. His wife Connie after 25 plus years of marriage was used to it. She had kissed him goodbye with the two girls in college. Though it was the Christmas holiday.
Commander Harrison and Executive office Stu Riley were checking all of the departments as crew members were arriving. Two of them were Kowalski and Patterson carrying their gear stepping down from the top deck.
They were greeted by Chief Francis Sharkey not in the mood with leaving behind his ten year old daughter Elizabeth.
"Hey chief how are you?" Kowalski had to asked as with Patterson.
"I just hates these cruises every time it's the Christmas holiday. By the way Commander Morton would like to see the both of you in the aft missile room to store all of the Marines gear and weapons. The west missile room will be used for all any missile attacks. We will have the crew on standby just in case."
"Fine we will go there once we drop off our gear and change into the uniform." Kowalski will make mention with Patterson following behind.

The marines were arriving on board as with Commander Chip Morton to greet them. All of the 20 plus marines were impressed with the additional size of the Control room entering down the hatchway. Colonel James Reeves greeted Commander Morton with a salute.
"Welcome abroad Colonel Reeves. We have escorts to take your group to their quarters and dropping off your equipment and weapons or any explosives." Morton will make mention with Hanson, Robbie and another crew member helped bring the Marines with walking through the Aft hatchway near the radio compartment.
Afterwards no one talked until they reached the aft missile room to drop off everything with Kowalski, Patterson and Sharkey to place the items on the counters and with the explosives tied down in case of an attack.
Once that was done with everyone. They were headed for quarters while being told that they will be getting underway within the next three hours. Meals were going to be in the mess hall on level C just one level below.
Meanwhile Captain Lee Crane finally arrived with Admiral Nelson now in his cabin needing to speak with Captain Crane in regard to the cruise.
Commander Chip Morton had greeted him with a wide eye smile and a shake. "Anything I miss Chip before getting here and leaving my gorgeous beach house and family?"
"Please don't mention family. However the marines are on board and Admiral Nelson wants to speak with you in his cabin."
"Thanks Chip. I will go change into my uniform and head on over. By the way how many of the crew has arrived?"
"All but twenty five. They are unable to make it with living in San Francisco. So we are going to be short handed in key departments. So Admiral Nelson no doubt will mention it to you."
"Good. Let's not hope it's not going to be my wife and yours? And now that Doctor Jamieson having to be his last cruise before retiring."
Commander Chip Morton was hoping it would be his wife Connie since she is a communications officer when she was working for the Navy and then with the Institute many years prior.
