Last chapter was one of the most challenging to write. Even more so trying to squeeze in as much as possible without dragging it too much. But here we are back in the DBZ Universe. Enjoy :)

She found herself transported back to the Brief's house. They were all in the middle of breakfast when she suddenly made her appearance. This caused everyone to jump up in surprise from the sudden intrusion.

"I'm sorry guys, I didn't mean to make you all jump." Lily apologized.

Bulma was the first to speak. "Lily your back already? Would've thought you would have spent more time at home with your family."

She smiled. "I spend all the time I needed with them. I feared the longer I stayed the harder it would've been to leave again and come back here."

It was Trunks who noticed her dog first and came running over to pet her. Mia being the attention whore she was, got down on her side so the boy could rub her belly. This didn't stop Bulma from firing off her next round of questions.

"You still never really told us why you want to stay in this universe to begin with. Why do you want to stay?" The blue haired woman asked.

Before Lily could formulate an explanation. Vegeta beat her to it.

"It's because during the journey in that other dimension, she developed a soft spot for Frieza." He spat.

'Really Vegeta? Could you be anymore blunt?' Bulma's jaw dropped to the ground and Trunk's was just wondering what was going on? What about her and Frieza?

"You can't be serious. Lily, tell me Vegeta's exaggerating and you really didn't fall for that lunatic?" Bulma asked.

Lily for once was at a lost for words. "I don't really know what to say right now Bulma. Only that it is true."

"But of all the people in this universe, why him? He's bad news honey. If you knew even half of what he did, you wouldn't think twice about being with him." Bulma said.

"I understand completely Bulma, but he's not the same anymore. He risked his life for me on several occasions while stuck on that world. And he defeated the sorcerer who caused all this trouble to begin with and helped get us back here alive." Lily informed her.

Bulma knew what she was saying. Goku explained quite a bit of Frieza's involvement and how he defeated the sorcerer. Who's goal was to kill them all so he could come back and destroy their universe. Who would've thought Frieza would help save their universe, again. Sure he did his part to ensure Universe Seven's existence by helping out in the tournament. But even then, it was also for his own personal gain and the heroics were supposedly a one time thing.

"Well, while I still don't want to see you get hurt it's still your decision and your a grown woman. And from what I can tell, a responsible person. I guess if he did step out of line you do now have the power to kick ass and keep him in his place." Bulma said teasing her.

Lily laughed. "Yeah, though I will admit I had no problem keeping his ass in line when I was still an ordinary human too."

This made Bulma smirk. 'Well something tells me she'd definitely keep him on his toes, if anything.'

"Anyways speaking of who, I probably should go check on him and make sure he hasn't done anything to piss off Lord Beerus. In which, there really isn't much to go by with the destroyer. I hate to ask of this. But could I leave Mia here while I go to Lord Beerus's World and retrieve him? I shouldn't be too long. I already fed her before we came here. So you wouldn't have to do much." Lily informed her.

Bulma looked over to where Trunks was throwing a ball around for the playful dog and smiled.

"Yeah, I don't think it should be a problem. Also, if your really serious about living here; then your going to need a home. And I happen to have plenty of Capsule Corps Houses to spare." She told Lily.

This shocked Lily, here was a woman who barely knew her and she was offering Lily a house just like that? Not just any house, but a full fledged Capsule House!

"Bulma, I don't know what to say. I couldn't possibly take such an offer. I guess also, because it's a bit awkward seeing as you barely know me." She said, rubbing her arm awkwardly.

Bulma crossed her arms and smiled.

"You also happened to not only help save my Husband and one of my closest friends. But you also helped save our entire Universe from that maniac. Believe me when I say, giving you a Capsule House is absolutely the least I could do. Plus, it be nice to have another female friend around to talk to." She stated.

"Thanks, Bulma, but I can't really take the credit for any of that. It was really Gaea who helped save us." Lily said.

"That maybe, but she wasn't the one who helped eliminate another serious threat that we now don't have to worry about anymore. That one was all you." Bulma told her.

Lily knew by eliminating another threat, she meant Frieza. If he truly was serious about changing his ways, than he really was no longer a threat to earth or it's inhabitants. That's what Bulma was thanking her for.

She smiled and blushed. "Your Welcome, I guess. I'll just get going then. I'll be back soon."

"I'll have a capsule house waiting to give you, once you return." Bulma said.

Lily thanked her again before disappearing.

Back on Lord Beerus's World...

She reappeared back at the training fields. Lord Beerus was lazing back in his lounge chair as usual with a tropical drink in his hand. While she spotted Whis and Frieza who stopped training when they saw Lily appear. Frieza looked a little worse for wear as he made his way over to Lily.

"You okay? You look like you've been training on overdrive for a Triathlon or something." She teased.

He huffs out a short laugh. "Not even close, Little One."

It was then he pulled her in for a tight embrace.

"I know you promised to return. But I still wasn't sure you would, once you made it back to your home in your reality. I still wouldn't fault you for deciding to stay." Frieza said.

She returned the embrace. "I could've stayed. But even then, I would've still returned to you at some point."

She pulled back to look at him. "At least until you grow tired of my antics and realize how much of a pain I can really be." She teased.

He gave her a playful smirk. "Challenge accepted, Love."

She started to laugh at his playful yet serious sounding retort. After a moment the laughter slowly but surely slowed down.

She gave him a warm smile. "I Love You."

He smiled back, pushing some hair behind her shoulder. "I Love You Too."

They were about to share a kiss, before another voice interrupted their moment.

"Hey Lovebirds, I'll have none of that here on my world. If your going to engage in some hanky panky, then do it off on some other world." Shouted Lord Beerus.

She started to laugh. "Did he really use the term, 'hanky panky'? He really is ancient."

Frieza just shook his head. "Speaking of other worlds, we need to discuss new living arrangements."

"I've got us covered, Bulma offered to lend us a Capsule House for us to live in." She told him.

He looked at her confused. "A what?"

She cupped his cheek. "Trust me it's easier if I just showed you once we get back. Rather than trying to explain it."

She then started making her way to Whis and Lord Beerus. "So I take it you two are finally going to leave us in peace?"

"Oh come on Lord Beerus, I know you missed me while I was away. Don't deny it." She teased.

He snorted. "The only thing I missed were those deliciously appetizing family recipes you brought to my table, nothing more."

Whis spoke up. "But My Lord, we both know that is not true. There were plenty of times you voiced your concern for Miss Lily's safety."

Lord Beerus harshly shushed him. She started to chuckle.

"Oh, the truth is out now. The destroyer really is secretly a big softy." Lily teased.

He growled and narrowed his eyes at her.

"Don't annoy me, Liliana. Just get out of here before I make Frieza go 'Bye, Bye." He then shooed her away.

"Don't mind him, he's long over due for a nap. Don't be a stranger Miss Lily. Feel Free to visit anytime." Whis said.

She smiles. "Thanks Whis, you do the same. My door will always be open."

She gave one last glance at Lord Beerus and smirked.

"Now you be a good kitty, now." She said in a baby voice.

He shot up to give her his two cents but Gaea appeared and made the two of them disappear back to earth.

"Aaarrrrggghhhh, LILY!" Shouted an irritated destroyer god.

I couldn't resist on ending the chapter with a funny little one liner. But that's Lily for you. Just 1-2 more chapters left to end this story. I'm sad to see it come to an end. But...there is always a possibility for a sequel. Until Next Time ;)
