"HAH!" Ethan shouts as The Lich king is taken down. Prompting the undead to die in clouds of smoke. Ethan Pant's and sheaths Silver Rose to see what the spoils are while Rakyu and Samuel enter the room.
Ethan opens the chest that was magically placed in the center and opens it. He pulls out a leather strap that goes onto his upper arms with a Gold curved emblem of a Shield on it. along with that was a collar that Let Ethan cast magic pearls from his hands. it was embedded with small wide square spikes and had a Half pearl on the back.
Ethan Put those on and he casted five magic shields to protect him. "This could be useful." Ethan comments.
"Is that all?" Samuel asks. "Yep. Aside from gold, Iron. those leaves again nothing else is of to be noted." Ethan says. He looks up to see the skull from the lich king is still there. The rest of its body turned to dust. Ethan took it and stored it away in his inventory for "Possible important Items."
"Aside from that we should be fine. Wanna take a Rest?" Ethan asks. "Sure." Samuel says. Rakyu chirps in its wisp Form.
Ethan enlarges the crock pot to see that the meat was done and Completely seasoned as Well.
Ethan opened it and sat himself at the throne to let the smell fill the room. Samuel began drooling to Ethan's amusement. He chuckles and Samuel Blushes in embarrassment. "Wanna Sit with me?" Ethan asks. Patting his hands on the extra room to the throne. "Yeah." Samuel says as he gets onto the throne. Ethan Meanwhile Creates two plates and a Bowl to dump the Juices in. He grabs the cooked mutton and Places one half of it on Samuel's plate composed of a chunk of Meat and a Single Bone while Ethan Took the ribs.
"Here." Ethan says whilst handing Samuel a butter knife and Fork. "The meet should be tender enough to cut with a butter knife or pulled apart if you want. And save the fat if you don't want any. I can melt that up into something to cook the Naga Meat with." Ethan Said.
"Okay." Samuel says. "Hey Ethan." Samuel asks as he cuts the meat. "Yes?" Ethan asks.
"I was wondering. Why are you doing this for me?" Samuel asks. "Why? Well its simple. Because I chose to." Ethan answers as he Stuffs a Rib into his mouth and Pulls the bone out his mouth in one go.
"You chose to?" Samuel inquires.
"Yep. I chose to help you because of mine own free will. Not because of some religion saying I should or because I'm some hopeful idiot tasked with saving the world. I'm just a Guy who chose to save you from that creature and in a sense. Care for you while I'm here in this universe." Ethan answers. "What do you mean Universe?" Samuel asks.
"See I come from a Universe where people can have the chance to be afflicted by Black blood. I'm one of those myself. I was murdered by a Guy I pissed off, Got revived by a Friend of mine in my new home base, and now I get to travel and document the Multiverse. And honestly? Its quite fun. I don't have to worry about being prejudiced or shamed because of the color of my blood." Ethan explains. He finished his meal as well as Samuel.
"But don't you sometimes worry?" Samuel asks. The two of them walking down the spiral stairs. "I'll admit, I am a Bit scared at times. Why? Well I have been prejudiced before. So its hard for me to accept the fact that I'm well, Accepted. It feels odd but I believe that over time I'll come to accept it." Ethan says as the two exit the Castle.
"I see." Samuel comments.
Ethan looked at the castle putting a Hand to his chin. "You want that castle do you?" Samuel asks. "Yes I very much do." Ethan answers. Samuel sighs and pulls out a Black metal pickaxe from out a nowhere. "Just don't be surprised." He comments. Ethan raises an eyebrow at that then gasps in shock as A chunk of the castle suddenly Shrinks into a Little piece in Samuel's Hand. Soon the castle was gone and all that was left was a Square crater that once housed a Castle.
"Wut?" Ethan comments.
"So you've had this ability for as far as you can remember?" Ethan asks. "Yep. I can Take specific chunks of land and Buildings and Break it down into a Small little set piece that after being connected to the rest of the other set pieces and a Bit of Shaping on my part with harvested terrain materials can let me place down the structure in its original size." Samuel explains.
"I see. Does the full weight of the structure still weigh you down?" Ethan asks. "Oh definitely. In fact the weight is doubled to make sure I can't get away with them easily. The heaviest structure that I have ever held onto was a house made with 5 inch thick gold everything. It was no match for me. I still have it and plan to melt it and sell it all off soon. Just need to get out this blasted forest." Samuel explains.
"God damn boy. How hard can you punch then?" Ethan asks.
"I don't know. I know I can shatter a Twilight oak tree through." Samuel guesses.
Ethan shivers at the image of him shattering.
Then remembers his shield charms. He takes it off to pull the tunic made of Naga scales out and Used his semblance to attach the shield charm to the right sleeve of the tunic. He Takes his Coat off to try it on and it fits perfectly.
"What are you doing?" Samuel asks. "Trying out something new. I'm combining the Naga scale tunic with the Shield charm I acquired." Ethan comments. He Casts a Shield and it used to be gold. Now it was a kite shield with Naga Scales on the front with a Gold borders and Body. Ethan Grabbed an Ironwood ingot and Manipulated it into a armor piece under the charm stopping at the elbow to make an Elbow pad. The Shields backing turned into the Ironwood. Ethan grabbed a few steeleaves and Merged them over his Ironwood armor and did the same armor to the other arm of his Tunic. Layering it with Steeleaves.
The shield borders began growing and Shedding Steelleaves. it was wider and was much longer as well. Ethan hmmed at that and Dispelled the shield.
"Alright then. This was certainly a Successful find. And hey, We're near the next boss location." Ethan Comments.
Samuel Looks to see that they did. They were in a Swamp like biome and in front of them was a Hollowed out hill that housed the entrance to a Maze in the ground.
Ethan Looked down to see the floor a Good couple feet downwards. "Samuel, Get on my back. I'll Get us down." Ethan says. "Okay." Samuel says. Rakyu flies and rests in Samuel's Hood since Ethan doesn't have a Hoodie to use. Ethan Holds onto Samuel and Leaps down. Landing on a Blue light construct of a Slide to slide cowards to the bottom. It was dispelling right behind him as fast as he was creating in front of him. Soon they touched the floor and Ethan let Samuel down.
"Where are we?" He asks. Rakyu chirps and Fly's around them to suddenly glow brightly. Illuminating the room. Ethan looks onward to see that it was a Maze they were in. By my count. a Maze. So keep close to me." Ethan says as they head in.
Ethan looks around the maze shooting down various creatures with his Cyan lasers.
The creatures he did capture was so far three different beetles while he killed the Minotaurs attempting to charge attack him. Ethan was about to attack another when Samuel unexpectedly upper cutted one Minotaur into the ceiling. Blood dripping from the squished body stuck on the ceiling.
"Oh I so pity the guy who picks a Fight with him." Ethan comments to himself.
They run deeper into the Maze ready to plunder its loot.
Ethan climbs up the rope he threw to reveal he and Samuel where carrying a Shit ton of loot and the trophy head of the Minoshroom.
Samuel Then pulls out a New pickaxe from the Maze and Lightly taps the stone to the maze. The whole maze was broken into blocks that flew straight into Samuel's outstretched hand. It was only one block but Ethan could see the rising numbers above it.
"Is that another ability of yours?" Ethan asks he Stores the various items he acquired in the hammer space he has.
"Yep. I can break down Structures into Various blocks I can individually place. I got a lot of Block types with me. Remember that house. I got 64 blocks of gold in my own inventory." Samuel answers. "I see. You have quite the amazing ability. But why not use it to build your own home? Or fight off that creature?" Ethan asks. "I was taken by surprise and can't exactly build. Just place blocks." Samuel answers.
"Ah." Ethan says. He looks to see the tiny flames in the red swamp biome dispelled. He looks to Samuel and he Smirks. Ethan smirks back.
They run into the fiery swamp to kill the next boss to fight.
