Okay, so I've been meaning to update this one. Honestly I have! But it's been a crazy year! I swear! XD
This one is un-beta'd.
Enjoy guys! XD

A shout followed by a loud thud permeated the strangely quiet base. Those that had just started their shifts looked up in alarm while the personnel who had been there all morning continued as if nothing out of the ordinary had happened. A few of those who had been there just glanced at each other with a grin.
"What was that?" Epps asked as he took a seat at his desk across from Lennox.
"That was Jazz failing to catch Savannah and falling flat on his faceplates again." Sam, who had been getting a signature from Lennox, stated boredly.
"What?"
"Savannah is learning how to avoid being captured again. She's actually pretty good at it." Lennox explained with an unmanly giggle. "Jazz is the quietest of the Autobots when he wants to be. Therefore Savannah has been dodging his attempts to catch her."
"And she's doing well?" Epps inquired with a slight hint of disbelief.
"Well, out of 100 tries, she has dodged 87 times in a row." Sam stated as he took the form from Lennox.
"How do you know that?" Lennox gave the younger man a bemused look.
Sam only tapped a device in his ear that looked strangely like a Bluetooth headset in response. After several seconds of studying the earpiece, which was a gunmetal gray color with strange silver symbols on it, the man couldn't help but feel as if his next question was going to be a stupid one.
"What is that?"
"It's a project that Ratchet and Perceptor have been working on, besides their current project." Sam sighed. "Perceptor calls it a multi-directional verbal communications module. Ratchet dubbed it the human comm. link. It sits in my ear like a Bluetooth headset and lets me talk to the Autobots by simply giving the command 'Call' and saying the name of whichever Autobot, or Autobots, I need to speak to. Plus, I can listen in on the comm. link that they consider public if I want to by saying 'Public Comm.' Sideswipe and Smokescreen started a betting pool on whether or not Jazz will catch Savannah about an hour ago. The bet is that he won't catch her within the hour; so far he hasn't."
"How much longer until his time is up?" Lennox asked out of pure curiosity, while Epps grabbed his phone to contact Sideswipe in order to place his bet.
"Thirty seconds." Sam shrugged.
Another thud followed by a yell reverberated through the base.
"And, he missed." Sam grinned and then nodded to both men. "Talk to you guys later, I have to go collect my winnings."
Epps and Lennox watched Sam practically skip out of the door, and then shared a blank look before bursting into laughter.
"What do you think has gotten into Savannah?" Epps finally muttered after getting his laughter back under control.
"I don't know, but I'm glad." Lennox responded just as quietly as he wiped tears of laughter out of his eyes. "I was worried about her."
"Same here." Epps smiled fondly. "Did you hear that she asked Ratchet to find a way to help her out?"
"Yeah, Ratchet, Wheeljack, and Perceptor have been working on whatever it is they came up with for two weeks." Lennox grinned.
"Wonder what it is." Epps chuckled.
"No idea, but they're excited."
"Who's excited about what?" A distinctly female voice asked behind the two.
"Ratchet, Perceptor, and Wheeljack are excited about whatever they're building Savannah." Lennox turned to look at Katrina.
"Jesus, girl… do you have to sneak up on people like that?"
Katrina only shot Epps a smirk and pulled a chair over to the two desks in order to sit in it backwards.
"You're talking about their secret project that nobody, not even Prime or Sam, knows what it is." Katrina laughed. "Let me tell you, those three are impossible to get information about if they don't want anybody to know. Hell, they haven't even told Savannah what it is."
"Wow." Epps laughed.
"I know right?" Katrina grinned. "Prowl, Jazz, and I have been trying to figure it out this entire time."
"All three of you have been trying and have nothing to show for it?" Lennox barked out in a laugh.
"Exactly." Katrina's eyes were suddenly gleaming with a slightly terrifying type of excitement. "It's an exhilarating challenge."
"Don't forget to eat and sleep." Lennox warned teasingly.
"Who needs rest or nourishment when there's a mystery to solve?" Katrina teased back. "This is what I live for."
The three shared a laugh before Savannah came jogging into the building. She somehow managed to deftly avoid all of the desks and neatly stopped two feet in front of Katrina.
"Anybody want to join me for a jog?" The elder Price sister asked with pure excitement.
"How did you dodge the desks?" Katrina asked in sheer confusion.
"I listened to the echoes from them." Savannah shrugged. "I've gotten pretty good at it, how do you think that Jazz couldn't catch me? Anyway, anybody want to join me?"
They all stared at Savannah, who simply stood waiting for an answer. This was the first time in a long while that she had actively sought out company.
"I'll join you." Katrina finally stated cautiously.
"Awesome." Savannah beamed in her sister's direction. "I'll meet you beside the main hangar."
With that Savannah exited the building just as gracefully as she had entered.
"It's almost like she can see." Lennox finally stated dumbly.
"That's it, I'm going to find out what Prowl said to her." Katrina declared. "And then I'm thanking him for bringing my sister back to her old self."

Ratchet cracked open the door of the hanger that he, Wheeljack, and Perceptor had been closed up in for two weeks. The only time they would leave was when they needed to recharge or get energon, and even then the hangar wasn't left vacant. Their project had been kept under wraps and every attempt to find out what the project was had been foiled by either Ratchet or Wheeljack themselves. Therefore, this top-secret project, dubbed so by Jazz, was still a complete mystery to the rest of the base.
Until now.
The project was finished, and it was almost time to unveil the results.
"Is the coast clear?" Wheeljack whispered to the medic, who only nodded in response.
"It is, wait for me to get back and then we'll go to the main hangar." Ratchet stated. "I'll go round everybody that needs to be there up."
Wheeljack and Perceptor saluted and picked up what looked like an old-style boombox. Ratchet nodded to them, and then slipped out of the door; making a beeline for Optimus' office. There was no way he was going to announce this over a comm. link where anybody (Jazz) could listen in.
~.~ Thirty minutes later. ~.~
"Why are we here again?" Savannah asked in exasperation.
"Because Ratchet wanted us to be in here." Katrina replied. "Can you tell where 'here' is?"
"The main hangar, it's too noisy and big to be any other location." Savannah gave her sister a look that clearly stated she was tired of being asked if Savannah knew her location on the base.
Before Katrina could reply the three mechs who had been absent for two weeks entered the hangar with grins on their faces. Savannah, of course, only listened to their footsteps and her eyebrows rose in question.
"They are grinning like kids in a candy store giving out free samples." Katrina muttered quietly. "There is no way that this is good."
"Give them a chance 'Trina." Savannah sighed.
"Fine, but if something blows up I'm done." The younger sister grumbled.
"Okay, we know that all of you have been wondering what we've been up to for two weeks." Ratchet's voice suddenly rang through the hangar. "Savannah, if you would come up here please, we will show everybody exactly what the three of us have been working on."
Savannah froze as she felt all eyes turn to her. With a deep breath and a straitening of her back, Savannah waved off any attempts to help her and made her way up the steps to the reinforced stage just a few feet taller than the ground.
"Savannah, you came to us and asked us to help you find a way to get around better when you aren't in an area you know. So, say hello to Kay-9." Ratchet stated and placed the boombox in front of her.
"Hello… Kay-9?" Savannah stated skeptically.
The sound of a transformation filled the air and a petro-hound was suddenly standing in front of her.
"Are you Savannah Price?" A very cultured and distinctly female voice stated from just in front of Savannah.
"Yes?"
"I am Kay-9, Petro-hound and ally of the Autobots. My creators, Ratchet, Wheeljack, and Perceptor built me to aid you in any way you ask as well as protect you in case of attack." The hound stepped forward and pressed her head against Savannah's hand. "I am your… seeing eye dog if you would rather call me that."
Savannah seemed to be frozen before moving her hand down Kay-9's head and tracing the hound's backbone and tail. Her face began to scrunch up and she crouched down in front of Kay-9 so that they were roughly eye level.
"I think I would rather call you Kay, and my friend instead of my pet. You seem to be more intelligent to be referred to as a pet." Savannah's voice was thick and tears began to leak out of her eyes. "And I'll be glad to have you with me, Kay."
The petro-hound wagged her tail once and licked Savannah's face. Which made Savannah give a half-laugh and hug the newest Autobot around it's neck.
"Okay… I gotta ask." Jazz finally interrupted. "How did you three create her?"
Ratchet, Wheeljack, and Perceptor shared a glance and then sighed in unison. This was going to be a long explanation.
