Chapter 1

"Why are you here, why did you come back?"

I was rather stunned to the question of this one hero named Zombieman. He looked at me with great curiosity, yet at the same time, he appeared a little disturbed by my appearance as well. "I… I came to see mother and father once more. I was told they were to have children and… I wished to see them. They are going to be my younger siblings after all." I explained.

"Yeah well, you came too late…"

I sighed aloud to it, yes, I did come too late to stop this terrible mess. That is a burden I will live with from this moment on. "I am sorry I didn't make it in time…"

The odd human appeared to be uncaring to the notion, yet there came a pause over him. "Why the hell aren't you pissed off?" he demanded of me. "Your parents were just killed in cold blood, from what Alley told me of you, this world would be turned to ashes out of your rage wouldn't it?" he demanded.

I forced a smile. "Mother made me see violence won't solve what I have lost. So what if I destroy the world, will it bring them back? For that matter, there is still something worth living for here… I found my younger siblings…"

Zombieman froze. "Wait, you found them?"

I nodded to him. "I have since entrusted them with the maternal one of this place. He was already tending to two little ones and has stated he would take care of my little brothers."

Silence befell us.

"So, what now?" he asked. "What are we going to do now that they are gone?"

"We do what mother would have wanted, I will still fight for the people mother wanted to protect, and father fought hard to keep safe. If not, it would be an insult to their memory."

He sighed aloud and took out a cigarette. "Yeah, well… we need to figure out our next move too, with the family gone, this Ubet jackass is going to try and take the Association by force…"

I smirked. "He can try, but he has yet to deal with the likes of me!"

"Fine, you deal with him…" he was about to walk away from me until I took hold of his shoulder, gently of course.

"You are still needed to run the place. I have just returned and don't have the respect of those around me. There are so many new faces too that I have yet to put a name too. Zombieman, my mother left this place in your care. I will respect that and hope you will continue to keep watch over everything."

He looked at me oddly. But he nodded in agreement. "Fine, but this Ubet guy… he's all yours. Because I won't be able to stop myself from killing him!"

I snickered at the notion. "The man responsible for my family's death is going to be left in my hands? Is that truly wise?" I asked with a grin.

But it didn't matter, I will deal with that mortal no less. However, I had to pay a visit.

I found the maternal one, the serpent man who carried two other newborns with him. Much to my surprise, I found him in the cafeteria; he had coiled himself in such a way that he became a bed for all four infants. They were tucked in and sound asleep from their traumatic day.

I approached him cautiously, the moment our eyes met, he puffed himself up and appeared at the ready for a fight. "At ease, I am merely checking on my brothers…"

"Brothers?" he asked.

Pointing to his coil, I explained the two who belonged to Suiryu and Alley, they were my siblings for their parents adopted me when I was younger. "I wish you no harm, I just wanted to see them."

"You're adopted… like me!" he said and smiled. "I'm Titan,"

"Boros," I said gently and took a seat near by. Looking to my brothers, the children appeared to be resting soundly, I gently placed my hand on each of my brothers and felt their hearts beating nice and strong. "I wonder what their names would have been…"

Titan nodded. "I… have been calling them two names, I thought were appropriate." He explained. He looked to the one on the left. "I named him Shiryu." And then looked to the one on the right. "That's Okami,"

I paused to the names. "Those are perfect." I said.

"You think so?"

"Oh yeah, I do. They are perfect names. Shiryu and Okami…" I said with great affection. "My brothers."

Titan sat with me and talked, he explained that he was one of six who were born from a clone of Melee Brawler. His father he said proudly was Garou, however his face said otherwise. "You do not look like elder Garou, for I know you were adopted…"

He sighed. "It's Amai Mask," he muttered. "I am not proud to say so either. But Amai Mask is my biological father… I don't quite care for him."

I nodded to him, there must be more to this, but he appeared to be upset to mention it. "I will leave the brothers to you, Titan… you have my gratitude for this."

He smiled. "I've been dreaming of the day I become a father myself. This will defiantly put things in perspective for me…" he said with a shy smile. "I promise to tend to them well, them and my own little brothers." He vowed.

I nodded and smiled to him. "I know you will treat them well."

I departed the room shortly after. I did a quick look about the Association and knew mother had done well with what we made. But now, it is my turn to take command.

I needed to plan this carefully, I don't wish to upset Saitama that would result in my death no doubt. Yet at the same time, the day felt as if it were nothing more than a burden to me.

There was a hidden room mother made just for me. A place where I could rest in case the other heroes did take kindly to me. I found it with ease at the back of her lab. There, I will rest, but also, reflect on this life.

Many have expected me to go all out and destroy this world as if I were the original Boros. But that is not my method anymore.

How it came to be, some may ask?

Well, perhaps I need to explain things a little better, from my point of view…
