Chapter 44

***Friday***

(Ana was glad that it's finally the weekend. Ana is currently doing laundry at her apartment when Christian calls. She picks up her cell on the third ring)

Ana: (smiles) "Hey, handsome."

Christian: (grins) "Hey, beautiful. I was wondering, do you have any plans this evening?"

Ana: "No. Just having laundry night. I can always do it tomorrow. Why?"

Christian: (smirks) "Do your laundry tomorrow. I'm inviting you over to my place for dinner and a movie. You game?"

Ana: (giggles) "I'm game. I'll get ready quickly and be at your place soon."

Christian; "No need. I'll send Taylor to get you. He'll be at your place in a half hour."

Ana: (nods) "Okay sounds good. I can't wait."

Christian: "Trust me. I can't wait, either."

(Both end the call. Thirty minutes later, Taylor arrives at Ana's doorstep. After knocking, Ana answers and greets him)

Ana: "Hi, Taylor."

Taylor: "Hello, Miss Steele."

Ana: "Oh, Taylor, I wish that you would call me Ana. 'Miss Steele' is so formal."

Taylor: (chuckles) "I do call you Ana sometimes. I just don't always do it around you."

Ana: "Well, you should do it more often when I'm around. Otherwise..." (winks) "…I might have to insist on calling you Mr. Taylor."

Taylor: (nods) "That would be entirely up to you."

Ana: (groans) "Ugh! I can't win with you!"

Taylor: (laughs) "We better get going. Mr. Grey's expecting you."

(Once arriving at Christian's condo, Taylor walks with Ana to the front door and she knocks. Christian answers the door and is delighted to see his girl. Taylor and Christian exchange nods before Taylor remains at Christian's front door and Christian shuts the door so him and Ana can have an eventful evening)

Christian: (smiles) "Hello, beautiful."

Ana: (grins) "Hi, babe. I'm here."

Christian: (winks) "Finally. I missed you since we last saw each other."

Ana: (giggles) "Grey, it hasn't been that long!"

Christian: (smirks) "To me, it has."

(He takes her in his arms and they kiss. They softly moan and the kiss lingers as they were in ecstasy. They break free and sigh breathlessly)

Christian: (softly growls) "The taste of your kiss, Steele, always leaves me wanting more."

Ana: "Your lips, they tasted so good."

(He clears his throat, as if attempting to wipe his mind of such thoughts. He was so tempted to fuck her right then and there, but he controlled himself)

Christian: (smiles) "Are you hungry, baby?"

Ana: (nods) "Very."

Christian: "I made shrimp fettucine alfredo. Let's go to the kitchen and we'll eat. I also made fresh iced tea with a slice of lemon to drink."

Ana: "I can hardly wait."

(He leads her to the kitchen where she sits down at the table. He fills her plate with the dish he made and then fills one for himself. After, he pours them both a glass of iced tea. They start eating until their plates are clean. She couldn't eat another bite if there was more food on her plate. She faces her man with a full tummy)

Ana: "Your dish filled me up, Grey. I hope you didn't make dessert as I don't think I could eat it."

Christian: (chuckles) "Good, I'm glad your appetite is satisfied. I'm stuffed, too. And no, I didn't make any desserts. Would you like to go sit down on the couch and get comfortable? We could chat and enjoy some music."

Ana: (nods & smiles) "Sounds good."

(He offers her his hand, which she takes and they walk hand in hand to the living room. They sit down on the couch. Christian plays some classical music before sitting back down)

Christian: (nervously smiles) "I hope you're enjoying yourself."

Ana: (nods) "I am. I always do when I'm with you. I hope you know that."

Christian: (sighs) "I admit I sometimes have doubts, because you deserve the best, Anastasia."

(Ana rests her hand over his and speaks softly)

Ana: (shakes her head) "No need to doubt yourself, my love. You always treat me like a princess, with love and affection."

(He brings her hand to his lips and kisses them)

Christian: "How is work going? Any complaints?"

Ana: (shakes her head) "Nope, none at all. Work has been going great. It's been everything I've ever dreamed of and more." (smiles) "It's all because of you. Thank you, Grey."

Christian: "While I always want to treat my employees the same and with respect…I admit that you're different, Anastasia." (sighs softly) "You came into my life at the exactly the right time. You are like an angel sent to me from God, my love. Elena treated me good at the beginning. Towards the end, she couldn't make up her mind between me and Linc. She couldn't choose between two men. You? You have never had that problem. I know that you'd pick me every time."

Ana: (smiles) "You're right. I would."

Christian: "If you choose to be with me forever, I will spend it cherishing you. I love you more than my own life, baby." (sighs sadly) "That night when I almost lost you…when you were shot…I promised myself that I would treasure you. I thank God every day you're with me."

(Ana caresses his right cheek with her left hand as she smiled. He leans forward a bit to feel the warmth of her hand. Oh, how he loved this moment. He almost wished it'd last forever. He opens his eyes and then they stare into the other's eyes before leaning forward. They get rid of the distance between the two of them and their lips touch)

(The kiss is sweet and they already knew early on that they couldn't get enough of each other. Within seconds, it quickly turns passionate. He wanted to explore her mouth again. No, he NEEDED to explore it again. It tasted divine, he privately could already tell, just like last time. He slides his tongue upon her bottom lip. He wanted to taste her all over. She immediately granted him access, opening her mouth just enough to allow his tongue inside. Oh, he truly felt like he landed the jackpot)

(The tips of their tongues were exploring the other like crazy. It was as if this was the first time their tongues have intertwined with each other. Ana let a moan escape her mouth as she continued to feel his bubblegum tongue against hers. Oohh, she truly felt like she was in heaven)

(They knew the kiss wouldn't last much longer due to the lack of oxygen. Seconds later, the kiss ended. The hopeful lovers breathed deeply at each other)

Christian: "Just like the last time, my sweet, that kiss was like heaven. Perfect and exquisite."

Ana: (nods breathlessly) "I feel the same way. Every kiss with you, I want it to last forever."

(They briefly smile before the kiss continues. Oh, they truly felt that this could go on for hours. Just like their first kiss, this kiss had never tasted so damn good)

(Christian broke the kiss, causing his girl to look at him in a panic)

Ana: "What? What's wrong?

Christian: "I think we both know where this kiss is going. I want to make love to you, more than anything, Anastasia. I want to go at your pace. If you aren't ready, my love, I'm fine with that. I just want you to be honest with me."

(Ana briefly looks down as she remembers what he just said. She faces her soul mate and smiles politely)

Ana: "I think you're right. Yes, the kiss was getting more passionate. I love you and want to have forever with you. As much as I want to make love with you….and trust me, I REALLY do…I admit, I'm nervous because…" (sighs) "…well, you know I'm a virgin. I've said as much and you guessed right during our first date. A part of me wants to show you how much I love you. The other part of me…" (sighs)

(Ana looks down in sadness, causing Christian to use the tips of his fingers to gently brings her eyes to meet his. He looks at her with such empathy and passion as he spoke)

Christian: "First of all, Anastasia…NEVER be afraid to tell me something. I love you and would never make fun of you. I never want there to be any secrets between us with our feelings. You are beautiful, inside and out. Anyone tells you different, I'll kick their ass and I know Taylor would help me."

(That comment causes Ana to laugh hard, but she knew he was serious and she loved that about him)

(She knew that this was the moment of truth. She wanted…or needed…to be honest with the man she adored. She admitted to herself that she did have insecurities about herself. That was due to Jose. She vowed in that moment, she would open her heart to Christian)

Ana: "I'm going to be honest with you about a few things. Bear with me and please wait until I'm done before you speak."

Christian: (nods) "No problem. Take your time, baby."

(Ana takes a deep breath and exhales while briefly closing her eyes)

Ana: "I want to make love with you right now, more than anything. I have a lot of insecurities about that. The reason? You're right. I've never had sex before, so yeah, I'm a virgin. I was with Jose for about a year. I thought I was ready with him. I thought I was ready to sleep with him. But, in the end, I always backed out from doing so. The reason? Because he always pressured me to have sex with him. I tried telling him I may never be ready. He was getting impatient. In the end, he cheated on me when I wouldn't sleep with him. He told me he was tired of waiting for me to be ready." (sniffles) "When I found out that he cheated on me, it broke my heart."

(A few tears fall down her cheeks as she continued)

Ana: "I then wondered if I'd ever find someone who was better than Jose. Kate told me Jose was scum who wasn't worth it. I-I know you would never rush me. In-In my heart, I know that. In my head, though…It's telling me something different. Like maybe I'm not good enough. I-I feel like an idiot for having these insecurities."

(She groans as she wipes her face and moves her hair behind her ears)

Ana: (rolls her eyes) "Okay, I'm done." (scoffs) "Told you, Grey. I'm a lost cause, aren't I?"

(Christian caresses Ana's hair with his hand, causing her to feel the warmth of his skin. Afterwards, he speaks in a gentle tone)

Christian: "First of all, you are NOT a lost cause. You're the most beautiful woman in the world. I love you more than my own life. Everyone has their faults." (scoffs) "Lord knows that I have mine. I may be biased, but I think that you're perfect just the way you are. I completely understand why you never had sex with Jose. He was a fucking moron who didn't deserve you. He still doesn't deserve you. He wouldn't have been able to show you what a real man should show a woman how much she's loved. I would NEVER rush you into something that you're not ready for. When you're ready to make love, I'll make it as comfortable, safe, and we'll go at your pace. I have absolutely no problem with that."

(She blinks away the tears as they fall. She chuckles softly as she spoke)

Ana: "I can't believe how respectful and loving you are about this because Jose definitely wasn't like that."

Christian: (smiles sweetly) "My sweet Anastasia, I'm not Jose. I would never rush you into something you're not ready for. When the right time happens, we'll know and we will take our time. I never want you to worry."

Ana: "With you by my side, I know I'll never need to worry. I love you so much."

Christian: "I love you more. You will forever have my heart."

(They share a kiss and then pick out a movie to watch with her laying in his arms)

***Friday: Earlier That Night***

(It was Elliot and Kate's first date. They were both very excited on what was about to happen tonight. Elliot asked Kate where she wanted to go. Even though she didn't care, he made the suggestion that they each get to pick a location when it came to each date. Kate thought that was a great idea. After a few seconds of thinking, she smiled and said 'Bowling Mor-Lanes'. He chuckles and asks her if she's any good. She quickly faces him and said no)

Kate: "I suck at bowling, to be honest."

Elliot: (weird look) "Then why do you want to go there?"

Kate: (shrugs) "Simple. I like the food." (smiles) "I like their cheeseburgers and they have lots of games."

Elliot: (smirks) "Then, in that case, we'll eat first. After that, I'll kick your ass at bowling and you can kick my ass at Air Hockey. I'm horrible at that game."

(Kate turns her head a bit and smiles wickedly at her man)

Kate: "Ooh, so there is something that you're not good at. Let the games begin, Grey."

(After arriving at 'Bowling Mor-Lanes', Kate picks out a table. Once they're settled, someone comes up to them with a pen and paper, asking them what they'd like to eat and drink. Elliot says a fish burger with fries and a Coke. Kate says a cheeseburger with ketchup and fries and a glass of water to drink)

(The couple decide to play a game of bowling while waiting for their food. Kate couldn't help but laugh at herself as very rarely did she knock down any pins. Elliot, on the other hand, played very well. Elliot said his brother taught him the game growing up. Elliot offered to teach his girl so she'd be great at it. When Kate commented jokingly that it'd be a lot of teaching, Elliot took his girl in his arms and warmly stated he had all the patience in the world. He pecked her nose and they played a quick game before eating)

(When Kate moaned while eating, Elliot grew wide-eyed and couldn't help but grow hard between the legs. Holy shit, was his girl turning him on! He clears his throat before eating his food. Once their plates were clear, they bowled more)

(Kate laughed at herself when she bowled a lot of gutters. She was lucky if she hit a few pins. Elliot jokingly said he had never seen someone play so bad in all his life. He kissed her cheek when she managed to hit 3 pins and cheered)

Elliot: (chuckles) "You're doing awesome, babe!"

Kate: (playfully rolling her eyes) "Uh-huh."

(After they finished bowling, they played a game of Air Hockey. Kate couldn't help but smirk as Elliot couldn't win to save his life. He sarcastically smiled as that was one game he couldn't win)

(Kate ended up winning the game, but they still had fun. Elliot walks his girl home and they stand by the front door)

Elliot: "Looks like there's one game you're good at and one game I'm good at. I don't care what anyone says, you're awesome just the way you are, Kavanagh."

Kate: (chuckles) "You're not so bad yourself, Grey."

Elliot: (hopeful look) "There will be more dates, right?"

Kate: (smiles happily) "Bet your ass there will be."

(Elliot kept on looking at Kate's eye and lips. He wanted to kiss her so badly. His concentration was broken when she spoke)

Kate: (groans) "Grey, kiss me already!"

(Elliot laughs as he leans forward and their lips connect. They part for a second and smile before their lips again touch. Their kiss turns passionate, causing Kate to whimper softly. They finally break free and exhale breathlessly)

Elliot: "That was….wow!"

Kate: (smirks) "You better kiss me like that again next time."

Elliot: (nods & smiles) "Your wish is my command."

(He quickly pecks her on the lips before making his exit. Kate does a happy dance and squeals that tonight went perfectly. Once Elliot's outside on the sidewalk, he yells 'Yes!' and jumps as he couldn't have asked for a better date with the woman he adored. Tonight…went perfect)
