Chapter 3

What a rude awakening I was in for!

The female brought back to her lair, and she wasn't alone! This mated pair live in a rather large tribe as it where, and the alpha male was strong, far stronger than me in such a state. So, taking over will have to wait for some time.

The alpha questioned my existence, why I was brought to the lair and for what reason. The female appeared to be his daughter and claimed she will raise me to be a hero…

Please, no one tells Lord Boros what he will become!

The alpha has a mate of his own, she too was strong however I felt something odd about her. There was a strange aura coming off her flesh, I didn't wish to see what it was about either. Yet as I endured this odd situation, it only grew stranger when more of these creatures came out of hiding.

Some were just older than me, yet were utterly fascinated by my existence. One was a young female who looked much like the alpha in the family. "Baby…" she whispered in great fascination as I was lowered down to be shown. Her eyes lit up with joy at the sight of me. Perhaps she will become a minion or even a concubine if she is strong enough and I have achieved my power once more.

"It's eyes is big… but cute!"

Cute….

CUTE!?

I am an overlord! I am not… cute as this minion states!

I'll show them… cute!

I decided to make my escape then and there! If I run out of this lair, I can fend for myself in this vast world, they won't be able to find me since my size is perfect for hiding! I managed to squirm out of the female's arms! Just as I made a dash for the door. I was snagged by the alpha male!

He won't stop me! I refuse to be stopped!

I broke free from that as well, however I underestimated the little one. Somehow she managed to grab a soft material and catch me within it! I was bounded up and unable to move!

Not to mention, I got a chill just trying to escape. I did try to break free again, however the coil was too tight and I gave in. The little female then began to brace me oddly, rubbing her cheek against mine. I swore though, I felt some of my own power escape from her touch. "Silly baby trying to run away, you know better!"

However, I felt my time was limited on this world. The female who discovered me spoke to the alpha about who I really am. She knows I am the leader of the dark matter thieves but she mentioned something about a report, but no one knew who I was let alone that I existed!

The alpha appeared to have a plan in mind. "Let's ask him, we will invite him tomorrow"

Him? Who is this him they speak of?

Perhaps I should see for myself. It's not as if I have anywhere to go at the moment… or would be released any time soon by this little female!

It would be a full 24 hours since my imprisonment.

However despite it all, I was well taken care of. The female I have come to acknowledge is named Alley, her male, Suiryu. The two of them kept me close by, in case I was in need of anything. Remarkably, they tended to all the needs I had. I was fed, cleaned and they even cleaned up after me when the food was digested. I was quick to learn and understand the purpose of their 'bathroom' since I didn't wish to sit in my own filth.

However, the small female that managed to entrap me… her name is Luna, will not leave me alone!

She had minions of her own, named Eclipsa and Akira. Somehow, she managed to call the shots as it were, however she allowed the two to hold me as well every so often.

Most of the time, I remained with Alley. After all, I didn't know what Luna and her legions would do to me alone!

"Everything ready?" asked the alpha named Garou to his mate.

She was called Melee, and for most of the day, she was in a small portion of this lair, hovering over bubbling pots. But not just her. This alpha named Garou has been very successful at reproduction. His eldest son was assisting Melee. I couldn't help but wonder what they were doing, yet the smell that emitted from the facility was one that became decadent and savory.

"We're just about ready. Saitama should be here any moment now…"

I froze.

There isn't just memories of the past that are etched into my mind, body and soul. But names and events. This name… it made my blood run cold.

I couldn't explain why, yet the name, Saitama was one that I dreaded and feared.

It became rational the moment my eyes came upon him. The unassuming hero and yet, the power he emitted, it was far greater than the alpha of this house! Instinctually, I clung on to Alley for security. I trued was fearfully. Will he also kill me?

"Huh, he looks familiar…"

Alley then questioned him. "Do you remember an alien you fought by the name of Boros?" she asked.

I felt my heart racing, if he recalls me, then my life is surely over. I dared to peek and see the face of this powerful man. However he appeared to be deep in thought. "Oh yeah that denominator of the universe or something… huh I thought I kill him?"

He… remembers, but doesn't want me dead?

For a moment, I breathed a sigh of relief. But then I began to feel hungry. I was sat next to Alley who fed me without hesitation of the hot meal they partook in. I must admit, the flavors of this world are not the least bit disappointing. However as I ate, I felt Saitama looking in my direction oddly. "So, you kept it?" he asked.

Alley explained that she didn't have much of a choice. Her actions were noble as she claimed she wishes to make a hero out of me.

As I said before, I am the dominator of the Universe, no one will tell me what to do!

Saitama however offered interesting information. "Well, if you do just so you know, he's strong, took a punch from me. He's the strongest I fought until I battled your dad in his awakened Garou state…"

Really? Garou was as strong as I? But even now I can sense his power is beyond mine at the moment. However he will merely be a stepping-stone for my growth!

Alley tended to me once more, the meal was filling and I began to grow tired. Perhaps it's time to rest up. I will start to develop my power once more and take over this family sooner than later!
