The next day Yuki got of the city bus feeling accomplished, she was wanted to brag to someone about it, mostly Itachi Uchiha. She glanced around looking for next-door neighbor she wanted to tell him the news. She knew it was a silly thing feel an achievement about but she felt proud of herself. She finally caught sight of Itachi, but he was with his girlfriend. She frowned a bit, not to excited about the idea.

The girlfriend on the other hand noticed Yuki's staring and glared at her before smirking and pulling Itachi into a passionate kiss. He didn't push away as he pushed her into a deeper kiss.

Yuki blushed her heart felt like it was breaking just watching two of them kiss. She knew she didn't have a chance with Itachi so why did it bother her so much? She knew why she was crushing on a guy that was so prefect. Too prefect, the god shouldn't even be with a mere mortal like her. She ran quickly inside the school building not wanting to see what she saw.

"Damn bitch did that on purpose," Shadow said standing next to Yuki after she reached her locker. Shadow's silver hair was messy and sticking around places but it fit her so well with her rough exterior. Like she rolled out of bed and didn't bother trying to tame her wild hair.

"Shadow please," Yuki hissed, "don't curse you are a lady," she sighed and knew how pointless it was to repeat her friend that found cursing to say what was on her mind in much clear fashion to those that chose not to understand, "and Itachi is dating her, she is free to kiss him and Itachi was enjoying the kiss himself,"

Shadow rolled his eyes, "how many diseases do you think she has," she stopped when he noticed Yuki's eyes widen with fear and worry about Itachi. "I am kidding, it was a joke Yuki, I am sure her and Itachi use protection,"

Yuki blushed, "we shouldn't talk about this it isn't proper," her cheeks bright red, her heart hammering in her chest. It wasn't a proper lady conversation, not something she wanted to think about. How many times had she accidently peeked through her curtains and saw nude Itachi with his rippling abs or beautifully, structured muscles, too many to count, "h-h-how ," she wanted to change the subject quickly as raven hair muscles was glued to her mind. She covered her face in her hand hiding her red cheeks.

Shadow stayed quiet, her cheeks a bright shade of red, "oh it went well," she said, "Yamato is great at teaching English, I could barely catch up when Kakashi taught it," she shook her head at memory of the lesson, "Yamato reading Romeo and Juliet is…."

Yuki had to giggle at the thought of Yamato reading Shakespeare with the scary face of his. She didn't want to even imagine how Shadow kept a straight face, "It isn't that hard to understand, it is just a story about how hate and lust can destroy a family. If you look deeper you could argue Paris actually cared for Juliet unlike…."

"I think I got the story," Shadow said shutting Yuki up, "come one we don't want to be late for class," she shut her locker and dragged Yuki to class.

The girls giggled and whispered about silly things. Yuki adjust her glasses a few times before finding a seat close to the teacher and where Itachi normally sat. Itachi came in a few minutes later not looking to happy he took a seat next to raven hair girl.

Yuki frowned and wrote a note to Itachi, "More Drama?" she handed the note quickly. He read it before, nodding he didn't write to her but he will talk her later.

School was just as it started for Yuki little drama, boys avoided talking to her and girls had no interest in being her friend. Shadow disappeared during their lunch time, explaining she was confused during Asuma's lecture in math and needed to head Yamato for help.

Yuki waited for her friend after class was over, "Do you need help with today's study?" Yuki questioned Shadow while they were heading to the Library for some study time, "I am sure Mr. Yamato is busy with grading paper, and preparing for the next day's lesson," she didn't notice the blush that graced her friends face.

"Yamato is a great tutor," Shadow said, "I am all caught up in all my classes thanks to his help," she looked away and scratched the back of his head, "I mean I love him teaching me," Yuki didn't catch on to what her friend was saying.

"Well that is good maybe you can write your college essay on the value of teaching and what a great mentor Mr. Yamato had been," she stared at her friend questionable who burst into laughter at how clueless Yuki could be.

"Do you only think about school?" Shadow questioned messing up Yuki's already messy hair.

Yuki only pouted, "I want to get into a great college after that I will show everyone who made fun of that I am truly better than them?" she thought of her future. She was more built in the chest and smaller hip size, but she knew her chest stopped growing and her hips seemed perfectly fine with bit larger then what she wanted.

"Also you will have Itachi by your side," Shadow nudged Yuki a bit.

"I don't know what you are talking about?" Yuki lied her cheeks bright red, "The Uchiha would be married by then,"

"Hey Itachi," Shadow said turning around. Yuki turned around quickly her cheeks flushed red. Was Itachi listening in on their conversations, she didn't notice the ledge and stumbled around landing flat on her face. The Uchiha prodigy was not behind them or not even near them.

Shadow watched her friend cracking up even more, "you can't hide that you like him," she said shaking her head.

Yuki sighed but didn't push it.
