Destruction.
Smoke. Flames. Corpses.
An army of criminals and super villains had filled the ruined campus grounds that was UA High. They were still keeping surviving students under hostage. But the many bodies that littered the grounds were students that tried fighting back.
And surrounded by the core members of the League of Villains was a young teenager. He was dressed in an expensive red dress shirt and navy slacks with a black vest and tie. His hair was a chaotic mess of green locks. And in his right hand clad in a brown glove, he held a gleaming silver pistol that was stained with blood.
"Hm… how amazing is this sight, huh?"
He casually kicks the corpse of a redheaded teen aside, before walking forward and stopping in front of the last surviving UA teacher, on his knees, bloodied, severely injured, on his last leg of life. The sharply-dressed teen stomped on the head of an ash blond boy's skull, not minding when the force of the stomp further caved the bone in more into the ground.
"You know, it has to make you question yourself if what you said to me that fateful day three years ago was worth all of this death and destruction, Toshinori."
He levels the gun right at his head, making the man raise his shaking hands up in the traditional surrender pose. Fear was radiating from him.
"Young Midoriya… please…"
"Tch. Such a fucking hypocrite. You were just like me. You were quirkless. That power you gave to that Tin Tin lookalike made you. Made that persona I now loathe."
"I never knew-"
"Oh shut up!" the teen snaps.
The ring of criminals and super villains all laugh darkly around them.
"You pretend to smile just to hide your fear. Sensei should have done a better job killing you! But instead, you survive, like a fucking roach."
The teen growled.
"I couldn't believe… that day… I was so mad. So unbelievably mad!"
Suddenly arms slip around his chest, and his anger briefly faded.
"Honey… he was a hypocrite in the past. He's still one right now."
A chin rests on his right shoulder. The sweet scent of strawberry fills his nose. He likes this scent.
"Ochako…"
He turns his head enough to see the face of a girl his age with brown eyes and auburn hair in a bobbed curly style reaching to her shoulders with cute pink blush stickers on her cheeks. She's dressed in the same outfit like him, except her vest was white and the tie is hot pink.
"Izuku… you shouldn't waste your breath on him. Just shoot the fucker in the head and end him," she coldly told the greenette.
"I should. I really want to. But…"
Izuku turns his attention back to Toshinori.
"Toshinori… I am very certain that ALL of this around us would have never happened if you had said something different that day." He levels the gun at him again. "Then maybe Ochako would have her dream instead of forced to attend a normal high school where she was bullied for being a country girl. Maybe I'd be a hero wanting to save people with a smile. But… you know what madness is, right?"
He sneers at the skeletal man.
"Madness is like gravity. All you need is a little push."
His eyes were like ice, it scared Toshinori more.
"For ten years… the world was pushing me further and further into madness. Your crushing words sent me over the edge." He giggled madly. "I finally pushed back!"
His laughter spurred everybody else into laughing at Toshinori. From Himiko, to Dabi, to Twice, Tomura, Spinner, Ochako, to all the other low, mid, and high-tier villains and common criminals.
"Please…"
Izuku stares down the blond man, the former number one hero.
"Look at you. You're like an old dog trying to cling to life. It'll be cruel for you to keep on clinging to your pathetic life. It's far too late for any form of redemption. Too late to try to make amends. Everything that happened today… well… it's all your fault."
He cocks the hammer of the gun.
"But more importantly… it's all Nana's fault she brought you into this little game of One For All and All For One. But hey, at least you can see her again, Toshinori."
The glint of the silver reflects the glow of the flames that surged around the destruction of the buildings that once stood proudly. Toshinori's eyes widen.
"In hell."
Toshinori tried to make a break for it. He barely moved an inch before the trigger was squeezed.
BANG!
And Toshinori Yagi fell, dead.
Izuku Midoriya felt liberated.
"Everyone."
Silence fell among the crowds, as Izuku smiles wickedly.
"Spread out and kill the straggling heroes hiding out there."
As everybody left mass exodus into the city, the core members remained with Izuku.
Izuku was spun around and soundly kissed on the lips by Ochako.
"You did it, baby."
Izuku smiles lovingly to his girlfriend. "We did. All of us."
Ochako giggles.
"I can never thank you enough for saving me three years ago."
"The fact you were wronged upsets me still to this day, Ochako. The fact your kind parents got killed in a cross fight between heroes and villains should have never happened."
Ochako hugged him firmly.
"You brought me out from my dark place…"
"And yet we're all mad…"
"I'll gladly be mad with you, Izuku."
"Same here, Ochako."
Himiko giggled. "We're so going to have the wedding here at UA's Ruins soon."
Izuku and Ochako blushed, but they liked that idea.
"Once the Hero Commission is dead, and we finally rescue Sensei from prison," Izuku told the group.
"But first, we find Mirio Togata. Until he's dead, One For All is still a threat," Ochako reminded them all.
Tomura grins. "Well, let's go find the Main Boss."
They all left the ruins of UA behind them, as Izuku and Ochako spared one final glance at Toshinori's cooling corpse, his blood pooling around him.
"So much for the Symbol of Peace."
"Yeah. What a joke."
