Regarding the name "Enola"...
If you care to read Antibodes review of this story...of which I am, as usual, humbled to read, and ever so happy! (AND was glad to follow the advice from The Wall!)..
..it contains the factual account of Enola Gay, which I knew but just to add that Enola spelled backwards is Alone, and that was my real reason to use that as the characters name.
