Marinette chews her nails while she is sitting in her room on the train. She really is being sent to the Games.

"Tikki, I don't know if I can do this!" She says nervously to her kwami.

"Marinette, you need to believe in yourself and try your best!" Tikki says, trying to be encouraging.

"I know about that. I just don't want to kill anyone. Especially Adrien." Marinette says, burying her head into her hands.

"Make an alliance, then." says Tikki, trying to comfort her owner.

"But what if one of us dies? What if he doesn't like me and stabs me in the back...wait he's too nice. What if he leaves me alone and then the Careers kill me?" Marinette rants, getting up and starts to pace.

"Marinette, you don't have to say these things like they are going to happen! We won't know for sure that these are possible!" Tikki says flying with her.

"What are possible?" A voice says behind them. A painfully familiar voice. Marinette and Tikki slowly turn around and Adrien's jaw drops when he see's Tikki.

"Y-Your Ladybug." Adrien manages to sputter out, and Marinette nods tensely.

"Err...surprise?" Marinette says nervously, Adrien's face unreadable.

"Well, it isn't a big deal since you might transform in the arena..." Tikki interrupts the very awkward conversation and Marinette shoots her a look. "What?" The kwami asks.

"All this time..." Adrien starts, pacing and ranting to himself, his words unintelligible from Marinette.

"Uh...I wanted to ask you...do you want to form an alliance in the arena?" Marinette says before Adrien loses his sanity. All he does is nod, and continues pacing and muttering to himself. "A-Are you okay?" Marinette asks, mentally smacking herself for stuttering.

"I'm fine. It's just info overload, you know?" Adrien says, and he stops pacing, sitting down beside Marinette on the bed.

"I guess. Oh wait! I didn't do interductions yet. Tikki, this is Adrien, and Adrien, this is Tikki, my kwami. She is kinda like Sass, remember when you were Aspik?" Marinette says, obviously clueless on Adrien's secret.

"Um...yeah, about that. I...kinda already met her." Adrien says, not making eye contact as a black blur comes out of his jacket.

"P-Plagg?" Marinette stutters. "Wait...that would make you..." She trails off.

"Chat Noir." Adrien finishes, looking both proud and shy at the same time.

Meanwhile Marinette couldn't function.

Adrien is Chat Noir...Adrien is Chat Noir...Adrien is Chat Noir. Marinette thinks, struggling to process the information.

"I-It's you. Its really you." She says, and Adrien flashes her a grin. A very Chat-like grin. "Yep. It's definitely you."

"I...hope you're not disappointed it was me." Adrien says, rubbing the back of his neck on reflex, since he does that when he is nervous or uncertain.

Then Marinette does something unexpected. She starts to laugh hysterically. "What is so funny?" Adrien asks, annoyed and confused.

"We were so blind! And of course I'm not disappointed. Remember I said I was in love with someone else? Well, I was in love with Adrien. And I maybe had a small crush on Chat Noir." Marinette explains after laughing, and Adrien beamed.

"Really?" He asks. "Actually, I had a crush on Marinette for a long time, I just didn't notice I did until the reaping." Adrien says, and Marinette hugs him really tight.

"I am so glad it was you." She whispers in his ear, and Adrien nuzzles into her neck.

*Time skip*

Adrien wraps his arm around Marinette's shoulders as they were watching the past Hunger Games, studying the past tributes' strategies.

"It's horrible, you know." Marinette whispers as she burrows into his chest.

"What is?" Adrien asks, stroking her hair to coax her out.

"Almost everyone on the screen is dead." She says to his chest. Adrien didn't know what to say to that.

"We will win, okay? We have each other." Adrien says, hugging her. Marinette nods and looks up.

"I love you, Adrien, all of you, even your Chat Noir side." Marinette says, and Adrien softly smiles.

"I love you too, my Princess." Adrien says, before Marinette presses her lips on his, and he immediately deepens into the kiss. This is what he wanted for forever. And then Effie came in.

"Marinette? Adrien? It's time for dinner!" Effie says before seeing them. "OH MY GOD IT'S ANOTHER PAIR OF STAR-CROSSED LOVERS! THE CAPITOL WILL LOVE IT!" She screams before rushing off. leaving Marinette and Adrien blushing like mad.
