As Hannah and Jess dispersed away, a stream of light hurtled through the troll valley, engulfing every living and nonliving object in sight.

The ground underneath began to mend as it tore through the ravine, closing the gaping divide.

Elsa, Anna, and Kristoff hugged close, as the sparking light reached them. It coated them like a reflected sunbeam, and continued on to the kingdom, the woods, mountains, and safe lodge. The disaster ridden areas of Arendelle were rejuvenated and restored, leaving no trace of prior destruction.

The wishing star moved away from its eclipse with the moon, ending the alignment. The light faded softly; everything was as it once was.

Anna sat up first, her face plagued with utter confusion.

"Uhh, guys," she said putting a disoriented arm on her sister, "how did we get here?"

Kristoff shook his head, as if coming out of a stupor.

Elsa eyed the surroundings, just as perplexed as the others.

"I was just heading to the courtyard to—" Anna stopped, realizing the entire kingdom's citizens were there as well, congregating around the royals in a heated confusion.

Elsa stood to attention, regaining her queenly posture.

"It's alright everyone," she assured, projecting her voice, "We'll find out how we got here."

A hard rolling sound echoed from behind the crowd as the trolls entered.

Grand pabbie, leading them, appeared in front of Elsa and Anna. He seemed calmer than everyone else in the valley.

"Grand Pabbie, what's going on?" Kristoff questioned, having no memory, like the others, of the events leading up to the alignment.

The wise troll sighed, but smiled.
"Ah these things never happen easily, I'm afraid. You may never remember what you have lost and gained, your highnesses. Just know, this day has brought success for forgotten friends."

Elsa pondered his words in her mind, reaching no tangible comprehension of them.

"Forgotten friends?" She wondered aloud, prompting the troll to reveal more.

To her dismay, Grand Pabbie had already begun rolling away, over the mossy stones in the distance.

"Well that was informative. What is it with wise old beings speaking so vaguely?" Olaf chuckled.

"Alright... I'm not sure what that means," Elsa stated, turning to her people. "No one appears to be hurt or missing, so I suppose we should head back to Arendelle and make sure all is well there." Elsa suggested.

"Come on Anna." Kristoff said, taking her hand in his as everyone migrated out of the troll valley.

Anna stood rigid, still baffled. "Just a minute ago. I was walking down the main stairway just a minute ago, I swear—"

Warmth; It engulfed her like a soft embrace, radiating from the comforter that was draped over her.

Her skin seemed to recognize the surroundings before her mind did, but it didn't take long to catch on.

Hannah inhaled deeply, and sat up. The early morning light streaming through the bedroom window was traced with a blue tint, courtesy of her teal colored curtains.

She didn't dare look behind her right away, for she knew which faces would be smiling back at her from the Frozen posters pinned to the wall. The time would come, though, when she'd be able to look at them again.

Hannah blew out air through her mouth, "Okay." She nodded to herself. "I'll be Okay."

Abruptly, a realization struck her so fast that she nearly jumped: JESS.

Hannah darted to her desk and yanked the the phone off the charger.

Her fingers trembled as she clicked into her social media. The phone lit up with in incoming call.

Hannah picked up, "HELLO, JESS!? Are you there?" she said.

"Hannah! Hannah I'm here, I'm back in Australia- in my house!" Jess exclaimed, the tone of her voice not in any way reflecting the life-altering experience they just went through.

Jess began rambling, "Oh my god the fandom is GOING NUTS! Yvonne told them like she said she would, and it apparently became a huge trend, and like, almost EVERY frozen fan was wishing for us!"

Jess paused to take a breath, then continued, "I don't think they actually believed it was real, but you know how the fandom gets when they're all wound up for frozen collaborations, HAHAHAH. Oh, oh! All my injuries are gone too! The alignment must have healed us when we crossed over. What about you?"

Hannah was stunned all at once by the information being shouted into her ear.

She placed a hand tenderly on her rib cage and then where her head wound used to be. There was nothing.

"Oh my God, my injuries are gone too! I didn't even realize until right now..." Hannah gawked.

"Wait how did you not realize there was no searing pain in your side?" Jess asked.

"Hey, I'm sorry I don't have all my wits about me after passing through a literal dimension at the mercy of a star." Hannah said.

Both ends of the phone line were silent for two seconds, then Jess and Hannah both bursted into laughter.

Hannah wiped a tear from her eye. "We did it Jess. We made it home, actually alive. No matter what anyone says, internet friends are real friends."

Jess giggled. "That they are, mate."

Suddenly, the door creaked open hesitantly. A girl, a few years younger than Hannah, poked her head in. Her face flashed with confusion, looking as if she had seen an apparition.

"H-Hannah?" She stammered, "HANNAH?!"

Hannah dropped the phone from her ear, "I have to go Jess—" She trailed off.

The girl burst into tears and Hannah embraced her sister.

"You w-were gone, and we couldn't find you, but running away's not like you and I-" The girl hiccuped.

"I'm sorry, I'm so sorry..." Hannah said, lost for words, "I didn't mean to worry you."

"Where were you? It's been weeks." She asked, burrowing her cheek into Hannah's shoulder.

"You wouldn't believe me if I told you..."

That's when Hannah locked eyes with her poster. There they were: Elsa, Anna, Kristoff, and Olaf. They smiled widely, as if they were modeled puppets, and in this world, they were. But Hannah knew better, at least. Even if it meant she'd never see them again.

The two sisters drew apart, finally.

Hannah turned to lead herself and her sister out of the room, but was stopped by the girl's sudden hesitation.

"What's that on the back of your neck?" She asked, touching the point that had been cursed by Garth, and then counteracted by Elsa's ice sword.

"What do you mean? What is it?" Hannah asked.

"It's a like a weird... snowflake?" Hannah's sister muttered.

Hannah's eyes widened. She gingerly fingered the snowflake symbol now ingrained in her skin.

She smiled. Something had carried over. Proof that Frozen would always be a part of her, and would never leave her side.

Elsa's words would always be in her heart: "A part of me will always be with you, no matter what universe you reside in."

And she would live her life, knowing she was enough.

Hey everyone! I want to start out by apologizing for taking so long to write the last chapter of this fanfic, I know I kept some of you waiting awhile- I just really wanted to make it the perfect ending. Second, I want to thank you all for sticking with me thus far. Trapped in a Frozen Universe is my first fanfic ever, and it will always hold a place in my heart. I've been considering a few ideas for a potential sequel to this fanfic series (perhaps where Elsa, Anna, and the gang end up in our world), but that's still up in the air. Let me know in the reviews what you thought of this series, I always appreciate it, and thank you for taking this journey with me!
