Kida stretched before she pulled out a leaf from her inventory and held it against her arm, activating the Leaf Sticking technique before she stood up and jumped off her crib. Seriously, her parents needed to switch her over to a bed. Her and Kakashi don't fit comfortably in the crib anymore. She got dressed for the day and climbed up her story books to open the door, making her way downstairs and into the kitchen where Haruto was making her breakfast.
Even though it was her birthday there would be no celebration other than a gift or extra dessert. The Inuzuka didn't exactly find birthdays all that important. If she were to ask for it then sure her parents would do something, but she had no interest in a party herself and just wanted to play and hang out with Kakashi.
On her first birthday the Hatake's had gotten her a cute dog onesie that had a hoodie with ears and a tail. In return Kida managed to get Haruto to buy a similar onesie for his birthday, only his onsie was rabbit themed. The littlest Hatake hadn't been amused.
She climbed up onto a chair before she deactivated Leaf sticking and placed the leaf on the table. She could now hold it for 49 seconds. It still grated at her nerves how little progress she was making with it.
Kakashi on the other hand, the smug little shit, had figured out his limit before Chakra Exhaustion hit and could now hold 2 leaves for 30 seconds, not only that, but when he had realized she had gotten a sudden power boost he had worked even harder until he caught up to her. She thought it was adorable until the little shit actually caught up with her. She was still physically stronger than him, but the kid is a true prodigy. He could even talk in broken sentences already!
"Kida you're making that pouty face again." Kida frowned up at Haruto as he settled a plate of eggs in front of her. "Yah know, the one where you're thinking about how Kakashi is doing better than you."
She huffed and turned her nose up at him, before she started shoveling food into her mouth. Yeah so she was jealous of his fast progress, but who wouldn't? The kid was gonna be Genin at 5 and Jonin at 10. It was hard not to be jealous of that. Though as jealous as she was, she was damn proud of him. It also made her work harder, so it all worked for the best.
It was a good thing she decided to focus on her family's Taijutsu and work mainly on her physical abilities, because no doubt he will have her beat in most everything else.
Once they finished breakfast they made their way to the backyard where Kida began her stretches. "Let's do something a bit different yeah?" Kida looked over at Haruto, he had brought out a bag full of something. He sat crossed leg and pulled out a green notebook with the Konoha leaf on the front, before patting the spot in front of him. "C'mon now." Kida went ahead and sat in front of him taking the offered book, she Observed it.

"Open up to the first page." Kida quickly opened up the book frowning at the Kanji that were really just squiggly lines to her. "You're gonna learn to read and write your name first. And since you haven't gotten talking down yet, you're gonna pronounce each Kanji perfectly before moving on." Kida gave her uncle a grateful look, she wanted to get past this communication barrier as fast as possible.
The Kanji for her name were 木 and 田. 木 for wood and 田 for field, put together it was 'wood field'. So essentially her name was 'Forest', which was awesome since her mindscape was a forest. Could have been worse.
They spent the next few hours working on the notebook, which she easily passed the writing part, but the pronunciations were killing her. She had a slight English accent that was butchered by her Spanish accent, making her words come out terribly.
She at least got 2 INT and the skill Calligraphy out of it.

"All right, that should be good for now." Haruto finally called a stop and pulled out a blank book from the bag. "So your parents and I were discussing how to better get you to talk to us, but since yah can't talk yet we figured you're smart enough to learn how to write." Kida's eyes widened before a grin split her face. She snatched the book and wrote. 'Thanks'.
He chuckled, nodding in satisfaction. "Glad that worked." He looked her in the eye. "Care to explain why you're so smart?"
Kida lost her smile. She hadn't planned on telling anyone about this.
She bit her lip for a moment before writing on her new book. 'You can't tell anyone, not even mum and dad.'
Haruto frowned as he read. He sighed before nodding, "Fine, so be it. I promise I won't tell them or anyone else." Kida raised a brow at that. Inuzuka took loyalty very seriously. For Haruto to say out loud that he was keeping something from his Alpha, well he just essentially swore his loyalty to Kida.
She chuckled. 'So that's what it means to have Exalted with someone'
'Invite Inuzuka Haruto to the Party.'
A blue notification appeared in front of Haruto making the man flinch back with wide eyes. "What?" Kida climbed up onto his lap and clicked the accept button on the invitation. 'Damn, it's all in English.'
Kida blinked a few times when his Health and Chakra bars appeared at the corner of her eye. If she focused on it then his profile opened.
She then spent the next few hours writing on paper what her power was, the way the game system worked, that she's had it since she could remember, translating the information on both their profiles, the fact that she was reincarnated, but not that she knew the future.
Haruto rubbed his temple, trying to process the information. "So you've had this since you were born?" Kida nodded. "And you got this from Kami-sama? This actually explains a lot." He muttered to himself. "I said I wont tell and I won't, but I honestly recommend you tell your parents. At least your dad. He is the head of the clan, the Alpha of the pack, and your father, which means that you will always be his first priority."
Kida shrugged, writing 'maybe later'.
He stood up, shoving her off his lap. "Well if your body is a 'Game Character' and you won't get hurt like normal people then I want to test some things out. A little physical test to see your limits. Follow me." He took off in a run.
Kida grinned excitedly and ran after him.
Haruto kept speeding up until Kida was just able to keep up with him. They ran for what felt like hours at Kida's top speed, speeding up whenever her VIT raised. They ran through the compound, most of her kin were out either at the academy or on missions today so there weren't that many people around.
Kida tumbled to the ground when they finally came to a stop. She wheezed for a few seconds before her fatigue started to disappear to nothing. Within 20 seconds she was at 100% so she stood up and faced Haruto.
Haruto just sweat dropped. "That's a scary power you got there." Kida smirked as she looked around. It was the training grounds used for the Inuzuka academy students inside the compound. Haruto made it a point to keep her from here cause the kids tended to be reckless when training and she almost lost an eye the one time she had wandered over.
"We'll use this until the academy kids are let out for the day. So we have about 2-ish more hours. First things first," Haruto walked over to the obstacle course, it reminded her of the ones for the Ninja warrior show from her past life. "You're an Inuzuka which means that your, um, 'Agility' and 'Vitality' are gonna be your greatest strength." Kida nodded as she went to the starting point. "I want you to focus on moving forward. When you reach the end run two laps around the course and finish at the starting point."

Kida nodded and waited for the go ahead. "Ready? Go!" Kida jumped and grabbed onto the pull up bar, thanks to her high STR and light body she had no problems clearing that.

The next obstacle was an easy one, which involved jumping on different poles to get to the other side. It relied on AGI, which she had plenty of so she was able to cross no problem.

The third obstacle was just plain old monkey bars, except that the bars were spaced too far apart. After a moment of deliberation she twisted until she was hanging like a sloth and continued to move forward.

Haruto chuckled as he walked next to her following her progress. "It takes forever for the other kids to figure that one out. Good job."

The fourth obstacle was two walls parallel to each other without any holds. She rubbed her hands against her shorts to get rid of the sweat.
She placed her hands against the walls first then her feet. She made it about halfway before her shoes slipped and she fell.

She grumbled and kicked off her shoes. They were regular tennis type shoes and weren't made for Ninja training.

Kida grunted as she was finally freed of the damn logs. 'That could have gone better.'

The last, 'Thankfully', obstacle was a wall where she had to take a running start, run up the side then jump to reach the edge of the top of the wall. It took her 4 attempts that ate at her time. Now she only had 32 seconds before she lost the quest.
Even sprinting as fast as she could she only made it to a lap in a half before her timer ran out. She groaned as she finished her laps.
Haruto ruffled her hair. "Not bad, pup. Go on, do it again. I want to see what the difference is when you gain those stats of yours."
This time was much easier. She finished in under 10 minutes.
She chuckled at Haruto's disbelieving look. "Well then, I guess I should make it harder, huh?"
Kida smirked 'Bring it!'
He did make it harder. While Kida ran the course she was forced to dodge little pebbles he threw at her. If she got hit then that was an extra 10 seconds to her time.
He made her run the course 3 more times before he pulled her to something else. She was unable to complete the quest anymore because of all the damn rocks hitting her.
He settled her in front of a log with a bullseye drawn on it. "Inuzuka don't really use weapons, but Kunai and Shuriken throwing is something all Ninjas have to be competent in." He pulled out a Kunai from nowhere and showed her how to properly handle it. Once he was satisfied she wouldn't accidentally stab herself, he had her practice throwing.
They were both surprised when it hit deadcenter. Apparently her AGI affected her throwing more than they had realized.
"Try standing further back and see how you do." Haruto said with a raised brow. She kept hitting bullseye until she was 27 feet away, the same as her AGI points. From there she only managed to hit the second ring so Haruto had her stand 10 more feet away where she could actually get some practice with it. Whenever she got another point he had her step back.
Once done they ran back to the house where he had her do various exercises.
While she was working on her stretches, Haruto was outlining an actual training schedule. He tsked, and rubbed the back of his head "While we can work on getting you stronger, there will be the problem of your Ninken." He rubbed the back of his head as he looked over the notes he had. "I can't teach you to fight without a Ninken, but you can't get a Ninken till you join the academy. If we wait till then you'll be too strong and your Ninken will have to play catch up." He huffed. "Your balance with your partner will be way off and you'll end up dragging each other down."
Kida frowned and went over to him, grabbing her pen and notebook. 'Why can't I have a Ninken yet?'
He stared at her blankly, "Its tradition. You're supposed to go through your training together…" He faced-palmed. "There's literally no reason for you to not get a Ninken now."
"You're not getting a Ninken yet." Kida pouted at her father's words.
She put her chopsticks down, glaring at her father. Haruto was watching with mild amusement "Why?" She asked as clearly as she could. It was rare for them to say no to her and she did not like it.
"You're too young." Her mother said with a shrug. "You'll get a Ninken the year before you go to the academy just like all the other pups."
Kida pouted and grabbed her pen and paper. 'What if I go early?'
They froze when they read that. Tochio sent a scathing look at Haruto who just raised his hands. "It wasn't my idea." Kida had already told him she would take care of it.
"I strong than new Inuzuka cademy kids. I work speech. All I need is Ninken." She huffed brokenly.
Tochio sighed. "Kida, if you go to the academy early then you die early. Not everyone considers children precious. They won't hesitate in killing you."
Kida huffed, why did he think she was trying to get stronger. "I get strong then. I be strong Inuzuka ever. But I need Ninken begin train."
Tochio frowned, thinking over what she said, before a smirk crossed his face. "Fine." Kida smiled widely as her mother looked at him with a frown. "On one condition." Kida nodded 'Anything!'
"I'll let you get a Ninken and I'll even let you go to the academy early. If you can hold 5 leaves for 5 minutes."

Kida twitched at that, she didn't have the Chakra capacity for that. She had two years before Kakashi would enter the academy which means one year to get that quest done.
She'd worked so hard to get Kakashi to Friendly and she was so damn close to getting Honored with him. She wasn't gonna let herself fail.
She nodded determinedly, matching her father's grin. She was always up for a challenge.
Kida and Haruto had agreed to put physical training on hold for a while and focus exclusively on WIS and INT. Kida didn't like it, but she couldn't be too ahead of her Ninken when they met or they wouldn't bond properly.
Haruto even got her a whole bunch of books and puzzle games to work on. They found out that the best way to get INT was with strategy games, so he got her a Shogi board.
Turns out that Haruto sucked at Shogi, so she was left to play with Kakashi whenever he was over. Kakashi was a natural genius, Kida was not. She lost to the smug bastard constantly. She only played against Sakumo once cause he let her win and she hated that he went easy on her. He instead became her partner giving her advice to help her beat Kakashi. And while she got better, she has yet to beat him on her own.
Kakashi's birthday passed as a sleepover filled with junk food and harassing Haruto. She'd gifted him a green scarf to complement the red one he got her. Her parents had finally gotten her a bunk bed making it easier for the kids to sleep. Not that either of them stayed in their own bed, too used to sleeping together at this point to be comfortable without the other.
A few months later she could hold 5 leaves for 42 seconds.
Today was a rest day which meant no studying and no training. While Kida didn't need it thanks to Gamers body, it didn't mean she wanted her every waking moment to be about stats. Unfortunately, a nasty heat wave hit Konoha lately and it was too hot to train anyway.
So her and Kakashi were chilling in a little kitty pool that Haruto had set up under the shade of a tree before he left. It was his day off. Thankfully, her sister was home so she got to babysit them. Tsume and Kuromaru were lounging on the deck, lazily writing up a mission report.
Kida sighed with a smile as she watched the leaves dance in the wind above them. She could understand why the Nara's loved cloud watching, 'It was so relaxing.'

She sighed in annoyance. "Kakashi I can feel your stare from over here. What do you want?"
Kakashi was quiet for a moment before speaking. "Why did your dad give you such an impossible task? My dad said that it was impossible to do with your Chakra capacity. So why is he keeping you from going to the academy early?" He asked in English.
Yeah she was teaching him English with a mix of Spanish. He had the cutest little accent. Their parents found it adorable that they had their own little language.
"He just doesn't want me going into battle so soon. He worries I'll end up dead too young." She tried focusing on the leaves again.
"But then shouldn't he want you to get stronger?"
Kida looked over at her friend, his hair was weighed down by the water and he was pouting. Kida squealed and glomped him. "So cute!"
Kakashi trashed and struggled out of her arms making the water splash all over the place. "Kida! I'm serious!" He finally pulled free of her hold. "I dont wanna have to go to the academy by myself and all you're doing is goofing off!" He yelled as he shuffled away from her.
'Ah so that was the problem.' "Aww Kashi, you'd miss me?" Kida laughed as his face went red.
"No! I just don't want to be stuck with whinny, snot filled, drolling, stupid six year olds!"
Kida chuckled, 'That boy really hates kids.' "You worry too much. I'll complete dad's mission soon enough and get my Ninken. Then I'll be able to beat you into the ground." Sakumo has been teaching him some of the Hatake family Katas already. But Kida wasn't worried. Nope, she wasn't worried at all. After all, she was close to 100 in WIS and what happened when Jihan got 100? He got a bonus. So if, when she reaches 100 she doesn't get the bonus, then and only then will she worry.
Kakashi studied his friend with a little worry. He didn't quite understand how playing Shogi and doing puzzles was gonna help her. When he'd asked his dad he just laughed and ruffled his hair, saying to just humour her for now.
She was confident she could do it though, he couldn't see any doubt in her at all, but Kakashi was smart and he knew his friend better than anyone. Even with her ever present grin he could see she was getting more and more tense as the days passed. Just cause she was confident didn't mean she wasn't freaking out. They hadn't even gotten into trouble for some time. Usually, Kida concocted a new way for them to get scolded by Haruto at least twice a week. She said red was a good color on him. He didn't understand why, but she always ended up happy afterward.
Kakashi got an idea then. "Wanna steal some cookies." He didn't like getting in trouble, but her blinding grin was well worth it.
A few days later, in the middle of completing a giant jigsaw puzzle with Kakashi, it finally happened.

Kida grinned widely and took a look at her profile before bursting out in cackles and earning a concerned look from Kakashi in the process.
She now had 106/s Chakra recovery, which meant she could hold 21 leaves indefinitely, and that's not counting the boost she got from Meditation.
She tapped her lip in thought before dumping 11 stat points on her INT.

She grinned widely as a miny map appeared in the corner of her eyes on the opposite side of Haruto's info. She thought she'd get more Chakra, but that's better. It was shaped like a compass with an arrow pointed due north with a smaller green arrow in the center representing Kida.
She jumped up and ran outside followed by a curious Kakashi as she picked up dozens of leaves "Kakashi look!"
The boy was stunned at her sudden progress. "Well I guess you're getting a Ninken, huh?"
That night Kida waited by the door for her father. As soon as he stepped in she threw herself into his arms. "Dad look look look!" He chuckled at her enthusiasm, before freezing in shock at the sight of her leaf covered arms.

"I can hold them without a problem now!" She waved her arms excitedly. "Can I get a Ninken now?"
Tochio could only stare at his daughter in shock. "You weren't supposed to be able to do that Kida." He finally choked out. "You're not supposed to be able to do that until you're at least close to graduating from the academy Kida." Kida frowned at her father. The man looked like he was about to pass out. "Ummm dad? You ok there?" Tochio blinked, coming out of his shock at his daughter's worried voice. He smiled softly and placed a kiss on her cheek. "You really are a prodigy arent you pup?"
The next day Kida was in her backyard with Haruto, looking at her new Earth jutsu scroll. Later today he was taking her to the Den.
The Den is where the pregnant female Ninken of the Inuzuka went to give birth and raise their young until it was time for them to bond. The pups who didn't bond before adulthood would join the wild packs in the woods outside Konoha.
"What's the scroll?" Haruto asked, crouching next to her.
"It's Doton: Earth Wall" She said, absorbing the scroll. She gasped as knowledge filled through her mind.

Kida paid him no mind as she ran through the process of how to cast the jutsu in her mind. The hand signs where Tiger - Hare - Boar- Dog and then she needed to spread her Chakra out and into the ground through her hands
She did the hand signs before slamming her hands on the ground and created a 4 foot tall wall.

She smiled as she straightened up only to pout when it crumbled to the ground. She sent a glare at Haruto when she heard him snickering. She did it again and this time it stayed.
"Hmmm." Haruto circled her wall studying it. "The more skilled you are with this technique, the easier it will be to manipulate the shape and design of the wall."
She wanted to see what would happen if she 'activated' the technique. When she activated Leaf sticking, instead of manipulating her Chakra herself it made the leaves stay on her until she reached the point before Chakra Exhaustion.
"Doton: Earth Wall!" Kida's eyes widened as her body moved on its own going through the seals, her Chakra forcing its way through her arms before slamming her hands on the ground. Their mouths hung open as they watched a wall form and stretch up impossibly high. It finally stopped growing when her CP hit the place just before Chakra Exhaustion

She frowned, her wall wouldn't take any hits before breaking. She looked at her progress, If she maxed out her Chakra, the more progress she made.
Just as Kida was about to activate the skill again Haruto pulled her back. "Pup, I don't think the compound can handle something bigger." She blinked at the nervous look in his eyes. She gave him a reassuring smile, "No worries. I'll keep it at 10 feet, ok?" He sighed in relief, letting her go. She eyed her wall, "Anyway to, um, undo it?"
He chuckled. "Put your hands on the ground near it or on the wall, then connect your Chakra and pull the Chakra trapped in the wall."
She frowned, 'That could be a problem.' "But then can't anyone just do that? Break my wall?"
He shook his head. "No pup. It's your Chakra in there, so only you can move it around." She sighed in relief, going back to her practice.
Haruto stopped her after a few hours of practice. She managed to get to level 8 and now had a durability of 400. "Ok pup your, Earth Wall is pretty good. From now on start making designs on it to give it your own signature look. We're going to the Den after lunch."
She followed him into the kitchen. "What do you mean by signature look?" She jumped onto her seat.
"Well, like I said, the more skilled users make designs to show that it's their wall." The man spoke as he pulled out sandwich supplies. "This way allies know what is safe to use as cover. The Hokage creates a giant ape coming out of his wall. He calls it The Great Ape Earth Wall."
'Hmmm, that sounds like a fun way to spend free time.' She ate her sandwich thinking of different wall designs. She could do the Inuzuka tattoo fangs, or make a bunch of dogs coming out of the wall. 'Decisions, decisions.'
"You excited to get your Ninken, pup?" She nodded, swallowing her food.
"Yeah I can't wait to see who I get. Will I get a pup that will make up for my weaknesses or work with my strengths? Will they be a male or female? Big or small? I've been thinking about it for a long time. It's practically all I think about."
He chuckled at her enthusiasm. "Don't worry partner will be perfect for you." He got a sort of nostalgic look in his eye, remembering when he, too, had bonded with his Ninken.
Kida slowed her shewing as she watched him. "Is it not possible to bond with another Ninken?"
He looked at her with a sad smile. "No, pup. Once you bond with a Ninken, your Chakra mixes and becomes one. While you can bond with multiple at the same time, once your Chakra settles it will be impossible to bond with any more Ninken."
They finished their meal and made their way to the Den.
The Den was a cave at the back of the Inuzuka compound, well camouflaged by trees and thick foliage.
They hesitated when they got close, her father was there arguing with another member of the clan, a large grey Ninken next to him. Kida frowned at what she was hearing.
"You can't show favoritism to that pup cause she's your daughter, Tochio!"
She hadn't realised her kin didn't want her to have a Ninken so soon. A quick Observe and she got everything she needed to know.
Inuzuka Niko aka the only Inuzuka strong enough that wanted to take over as Alpha.
"Kida has proven herself to be smart and capable enough to get her Ninken early. We do not have any laws stating she can't get a Ninken early." Tochio scolded.
Niko growled at her father making Kida bristle up. "When I asked for my son to get a Ninken early you denied me."
Tochio rolled his eyes. "Your son wasn't ready for a Ninken and you know it."
Niko just got angrier and looked ready to attack her father, but stopped when he noticed Haruto and Kida there.
He glared at Kida but when Kida merely sneered at him it turned into a growl.
Haruto pushed her behind him as he and her father got between them. "Back off." Tochio growled. They glared at each other for a long time before Niko backed away and disappeared.
Tochio sighed, rubbing his temple before turning to Kida and Haruto. He crouched down so they were eye level. "Sorry you had to see that on such a special day." He patted her head.
"Do the rest of our kin not want me to get a Ninken yet?" She'd worked hard for this; she didn't want her family to hate her for it.
Tochio chuckled. "Nah, just him. He's an idiot."
Kida nodded in relief. She loved her family and didn't want to be on bad terms with them.
"Tonight is the most important night in an Inuzuka's life." Tochio's face turned serious, he was Alpha right now, not her dad. "You will make your way through the cave until you find your Ninken and you will bond. You will become one with your Ninken. Your lives will be entwined. You will become pack. You ready?"
Kida pushed all thoughts of Niko away. "Yeah, let's do it!" They chuckled at her enthusiasm and pushed her to the cave entrance. It was just big enough for a child to get through.

Kida could just barely see where she was walking and was forced to follow her nose. The place smelled like wet rocks, dog, milk and honey.
She carefully traversed the cave, walking for what felt like hours, but her little clock said it was just a few minutes. When she saw a light at the end of the tunnel she took off in a run. Her eyes widened in awe as she took in the beautiful cavern.
It was large, about the size of a football field. Glowing rocks protruded from the ground, walls and ceiling, moss covered the ground and walls. There was a little waterfall that fell into a crystal clear lagoon. Large female Ninken and wild wolf dogs scattered through the cavern with pups playing at their feet. It was breathtaking.
Kida made her way closer to the Ninken. She stopped when all their attention fell on her, before she could say or do anything more the mothers started nudging their pups towards her. Since she was so small, most of the pups were about waist level to her. She couldn't see their names, not even when she used Observe. "Umm hi.'' They yipped and whined as they scented her, pulling at her clothes, wanting to be petted. Kida giggled as she played with them for a while, after a few minutes they started to leave one by one. Kida kept petting the ones that lingered as the group got smaller and smaller until there were two pups left.
One of the pups, female, was very small, she had to be the smallest of the group. She had short light grey fur with white fur on her feet making her look like she wore socks and pointed grey ears. She had pure black eyes and she was very energetic. She kept jumping all around Kida, unable to stay still for more than a second. The other pup, male, was almost three times as big as the grey one, the biggest of the group. He had short snow white fur with floppy white ears, too big paws and golden eyes. Unlike the grey pup this one was terrified, his tail was tucked between his legs. The poor pup looked about ready to bolt. Kida knelt in front of them not sure what to do. Thankfully, she didn't have to do anything because the grey female pup grabbed onto the bigger pup with her teeth and dragged him to Kida.
They stood in front of her, waiting. "Hi there." She reached over to pet them. They stayed still for a moment before launching themselves at her and sinking their tiny fangs into her arms. She was more startled than hurt, barely losing 3 HP.
Kida felt her Chakra rush towards where the pups had latched onto her. Her eyes widened as she felt their Chakras mix. She gasped at the sudden onslaught of foreign emotions, voices that weren't hers filled her mind, and pain. It felt similar to growing pains, only much more intense. Her body was changing.
Her nose twitched and she had to blink a few times as her senses intensified. She'd thought her senses were great before, but they were even better now. She grimaced, they might be a little too good. She could actually hear the blood rushing through her Ninkens body and everything was much brighter. Her sense of smell and hearing were impossibly strong. It was giving her a headache.
Her cheeks burned slightly and she knew that her tattoos had etched themselves onto her skin. She used her tongue to touch her still tiny fangs. They were the same size as before but they felt stronger-

Thankfully the whole process only took a handful of seconds.
She rubbed her head as her mind settled somewhat and she could start making out the voices.
Hey you ok there human? How was it? We're bonded now! Isn't that great!? Hey what's your name? Your female right? How old are yah? You're smaller than the others that came in. Are you the runt of the litter, too? That's so cool! That means we're the same!
Kida chuckled at the grey pups excitement, she was jumping around her again, speaking a mile a minute.
Calm down your gonna scare her! The male pup whimpered as he shuffled next to Kida and tried to bury himself against her side.
Suddenly the world froze around them.

She could now see their HP and CP under Harutos Info in the corner of her eye. Unlike Haruto though, they gained Gamers body and Gamers mind. Plus they had recovery for CP and HP too.
Uhhh? What? What is this thing? The pup was sniffing at the blue notification sign floating in front of her. Ahh! What's going on? The male pup whimpered trying to back away from his own blue notification, but found himself unable to move.
"Calm down, both of you!" She flinched 'Even my own voice is too loud.'
Kida was forced to whisper as she spent the next few minutes trying to explain what was happening.
The female pup cocked her head. So you're from another world and you have power that lets us gain abilities and get stronger? That's so awesome! If the pup could move Kida was sure she'd be jumping around. Ahh at least it will keep us safe.
Kida sweat dropped, 'At least they took it well.' "I know it's a really cool power, but I want to keep it a secret." The pups frowned at her. How come? The female asked. "Well, umm, if people found out about this power they'll want to use me for their own schemes. They'll hurt me...and you too, to get to me." The pups looked at each other worriedly. Ok Kida. The female voice was subdued, serious. We won't say anything. The male nodded, agreeing with his friend. Kida sighed in relief.
She looked at the time. Her hour was almost done. "Ok you two...umm what are your names?" They looked at her in confusion. You name us silly. The female pup laughed.
Kida thought about it, she actually had an idea for the male pup. "How about Sesshomaru for yah?" Sesshomaru? The white pup cocked his head. "He was a very powerful demon dog from an old story in my world." Huh? He thought about it for a moment, I like it. Its nice
What about me?! Kida bit her lip, trying to come up with a good one for her. "How about… how about Zoran? It was a Kami of speed from my world." A Kami? That's so cool! I love it!

She smiled, 'Now to get out of here.' She instructed her Ninken on how to dismiss the notifications. Once the world came into motion she followed them to the back of the cave.
Kida followed the two pups as they led the way back out of the cave. As soon as she stepped out of the cave she was swept into her mother's arms.
Kida was amazed at the difference in her mother's scent. Before she bonded, Kida could detect sooth, metal and hospital smells from her mother. Now though, she got the different dogs and people she had interacted with throughout the day, more specific medications she'd touched, the different metals she'd come into contact. And instead of sooth, Kida got what reminded her of a bonfire. And the biggest shock was that she could smell her mother's excitement. She could smell emotions.
Kida wrinkled her nose as she caught another scent on her mother. It seemed her parents weren't as celibate as she'd thought, gross. She whimpered, 'Everything's so loud and the smells were overwhelming'
"You'll get used to it, baby" Her mother said kissing her tattooed cheeks. "I'm so proud of yah. You got your Ninken."
She looked over at the pups who were getting inspected by Kemono.
Sessh tried to hide behind the growling Zoran. He was too big to be successful and Kida chuckled at the image they made. "Yup, they're amazing!"
