AN: Before anyone asks about Percy's appearance in this chapter I was playing gow 3 and looking at concept art and I loved how Poseidon looked with all the glowing tattoos and so look up god of war 3 Poseidon concept art (or go to the link on my profile) and that's what Percy looks like, marks, hair, and beard. There will also be pictures of what his 'cyclone of power' looks like both up close and from afar.

Son of the moon

Chapter 31

-Reyna-

Sighing she tuned out the sound of her fellow legionnaire, Jason Grace, blathering on about something or other. She had been at Camp Jupiter for several months now and had already earned her first stripe by saving the life of one of Lupa's wolfs during a monster hunting party a few weeks after her arrival. It hadn't taken long to connect her fellow Roman's identity to that of the boy's sister and, though she knew it was foolish, she instantly disliked him due to his sister's actions that caused the problems between Bianca and Percy. Percy had only just resurfaced a few days ago and now she knew that her friend was on a quest to save Nico, Bianca, and the Lady Artemis.

Growling she was about to snap at Jason to shut up as she didn't want to hear him prattling on about whatever sawdust filled his head when the ground around them started shaking and she felt the rolling waves of familiar power. "What is it?" Jason demanded, the son of Jupiter looking around frantically "Earthquake? Monster?".

"Percy." She breathed in horror as she stared up at Mount Tamalpais as she could see the cyclone of furious power roaring into the sky, spinning around and around as it whipped through the sky like the hands of Typhon, the raw majesty of the destructive force taking her breath away. The cyclone was filled with flames and lightning and seemed to leak godly power as she shuddered.

"What?" Jason demanded in shock "T-that's the son of Artemis?! The one that was at camp a few weeks ago?!". When she nodded, tears falling from her eyes Jason asked in horror "What could cause him to do…this?!".

"I don't know," she said as her tears fell "but whatever it is…he's using every ounce of his power to tear it apart.".

-Atlas-

When he heard the Son of Artemis order the moon goddess to leave with the other demigods he had almost laughed, when Perseus had insisted that himself, Luke, and Orion his to deal with he actually had laughed…when the demigod summoned up a cyclone of raw power his laughter ceased. The winds whipped around him with more fury than he could ever remember suffering, their power ripping his spear from his hands as the divine weapon began spinning around the mountain on the winds, tearing apart the various monsters that served him and his master.

The cyclone was frightening in its raw fury, the mass of swirling storm clouds, alight with flame and dancing with the fury of lightning but even then, with all the darkness of the destructive storm, it wasn't enough to stop him from seeing a sight that scared him more than even the storm did. Within the he could see glowing blue lines appearing around the silhouette of what he knew to be Perseus Jackson and even the glowing emerald eyes of the powerful demigod as those eyes, filled with so much anger and hate, slowly turned to a powerful blue like the lines that were glowing brighter and brighter until he heard the demigods voice and, for the first time in his immortal life, he feared for his existence. "You made a mistake Atlas." the voice said as the winds began moving faster and faster, the arcs of lightning and tongues of fire leaping from its maw and causing him to scream in agony when they danced across his skin, his screams mixing with the death cries of his army.

"And what is that?!" he demanded, trying to sound as if he felt no fear even as he fought the urge to flee.

"You've awakened the beast," Percy said with a snarl "and the beast is angry…it wants your blood. I tried playing the Hero…but you had to go and turn me into a certified monster.".

-Percy-

Fury. That one simple word was all he could feel as he poured every ounce of his power into one thought, one desire…destroy. Destroy those who had taken his sister away from him and make them suffer. The winds of his cyclone whipped around him, ripping slashes in his clothes as he let the universe know his anger. As he did so he felt more and more of his power flow through him, burning veins of energy throughout his body that began to glow in a haunting design, alight with his own fury and even his eyes burned as he turned to focus on atlas.

"You made a mistake Atlas." He growled, his main of dreadlocks whipping around him in the furious gale of his storm, the pained screams of Atlas and his army causing his storm to rage even more.

"And what is that?" Atlas demanded, trying to sound confident but he could practically taste the Titan's fear as he glared at the monster that had taken his sister from him.

"You've awakened the beast," he said with a snarl "and the beast is angry…it wants your blood. I tried playing the Hero…but you had to go and turn me into a certified monster.".

With a roared he shot forward at his enemies, his cyclone expanding with each earth shaking step he took as he neared the four main targets of his wrath, Orion the Giant, Atlas, Gaea, and Luke Castellan the Traitor, the monster army having been torn apart by his storm, its gold dust adding fuel to the fires of his maelstrom.

Roaring in Challenge Orion ran headlong to meet him as he decided to give the Giant the death he clearly was asking for as he saw Orion the pseudo-god stab the giant through the back with a spear as the monstrosity roared in pain, its mechanical eyes alight with agony as he focused his power and hate on his target, the lightning of his storm arcing out and meeting the metal spearhead as it coursed through the body of the Giant which thrashed about in agony, clawing at the spear as the body of Orion slowly began disintegrating, the dust it turned into being sucked up by his storm as Gaea watched in horror at her son's Death.

"Give me hell kid." He heard the good Orion whisper before turning into motes of light that were sucked back up into the heavens the gigante counterpart slain.

Roaring he turned back towards the three remaining bastards who would feel his wrath as he saw the fear in Gaea's eyes before the Earth Mother teleported away using the earth beneath her feet as an escape, the primordial goddess clearly knowing that this wasn't a fight she could win after just being awakened. As he saw the goddess flee his rage spiked further as he turned to face Atlas and Luke as he charged them before they could attempt to escape.

Drawing Riptide he slashed at Atlas, the Titan staggering back with an agonized yell at the wound that bubbled and smoked from the fire and lightning that danced along the edge of his blade. "You took her from me!" he screamed in rage "You took my sister! My friends! I will make you suffer for this!".

He saw fear in the Titans eyes as he prepared his sword to strike again, the being who had his sister taken from him trying to summon a celestial bronze spear only for the flames on his blade to cut through it like butter as the fires burned the Titan's form more and more with each strike. "Please!" Atlas begged as he tore through more and more of the Titan's flesh and armor with each strike, the ancient being barely able to stand under his onslaught directed solely on the being "Mercy!".

"MERCY!" he screamed as he continued to "DID YOU GIVE MY SISTER MERCY?! DID YOU GIVE MY MOTHER MERCY?! MY FRIENDS?! MY BROTHER?! MY LOVE?! YOU SHOWED THEM NO MERCY AND I WILL SHOW NONE TO YOU!".

"Please!" Atlas pleaded, the Titan on his knees and begging, tears running down the titans face and mixing with the pooling Ichor, "Forgiveness.".

"You want Forgiveness?" he asked coldly and, when Atlas nodded quickly, snarled and rammed his sword into the Titan's heart "Ask my sister…for forgiveness." Before ripping his blade free and kicking the corpse of Atlas from the mountaintop.

Turning towards Luke he snarled and pointed his blade at the coward, "You're next." He hissed before shooting forward, his marks glowing brighter than before as he drew upon the light of his mother's moon in the sky and began moving faster and faster, not able to go to full speed due to his depleted reserves but he was still more than fast enough to end Luke in agony. When his first strike sent the demigod flying back but didn't break through the skin he knew what had happened as he leapt towards the traitor that was groaning against a shattered column.

"So," he snarled, grabbing Luke Castellan by his throat to lift the struggling traitor into the air "you thought the Mark of Achilles would protect you? That mark belongs on a true hero but you need not worry…you won't be alive much longer to use it anyway." Before he roared and summoned all the power of his cyclone to surround him and Luke in a condensed sphere, the lightning and fire covering the traitor he held as his winds tore away the murderer's creams, his power burning the coward from the inside and through the Achilles spot which his flames found easily. When there was nothing left of Luke Castellan but ash he sighed and dropped to his knees, "It is done." he said softly as he fell forward into the realm of unconsciousness, faintly seeing a flash of silver before his world went black.

Shooting up with a gasp he looked around the pristine white halls of Olympus and felt the soft silken sheets around his form, "Percy!" a voice cried out as he suddenly found Bianca clutching onto him, sobbing into his chest as she did so and he quickly wrapped his arms around her, relishing having the woman he loved in his arms once again.

"Bianca." he whispered softly, tears running down his face as he held the love of his life and felt the pain of losing his sister. "Please," he begged the woman in his arms "don't leave me again…I can't lose you again.".

"I promise Percy," she said with a nod, her tears never ceasing as he refused to let her go, "I won't leave you again. Never again.".

Noticing the ring box out of the corner of his eye he remembered Zoe's final act, the promise he made to him as he picked it up and pulled out the ring, "Bianca," he said softly as she looked up at him and saw the ring "I…I got this ring for you. A promise ring to embody my promise that I will always love you with every fiber of my being, that I will never leave you, that I will never betray you. You are my world Bianca…I can't lose you again.".

"I…I love you too, my Percy, my hero, my world…my love." She said as she slipped on the ring before kissing him tenderly an action he returned without hesitation. What neither of them realized though was that someone else was watching their interaction…and the demigod daughter of Zeus was less than happy at their reunion.

Ten minutes later he walked stiffly into the throne room of Olympus, a simple white silken dressing on covering his lower half as his clothes were shredded beyond repair. (AN: Once again, the gow Poseidon image) "Heroes," his grandfather said as he and Thalia both stood before the gods, Bianca standing with him to help him stay upright, his muscles burning and his body drained from using as much power as he had, the glowing marks still there on his body even if their shine had faded, "you have done much for Olympus and such a quest demands a reward. What would you wish for?".

"I have Bianca, Nico, and my mother back." he said softly as he held his love close to him "I…I know that Zoe cannot be brought back by any means due to the ancient laws but I…I wish to be able to visit her in the Underworld…to be able to truly say my goodbyes to her, Castor, and Katie.".

"Granted." Zeus said without hesitation as Hades nodded in agreement. "And what about you daughter?".

"I have only one wish," Thalia said seriously as she turned to Aphrodite "I wish for you to make Percy Jackson love me.".

AN: Also, I already have a plan for the new host of Kronos.
