A Rolls Royce drives through inside are Lucius and Kathryn Davis they are being driven to a safe house arranged by Queen Helena. "Where are we going when will Liam join us" asks Kathryn, "he won't be I'm taking you to a safe house arranged by his mother" replies Lucius. Kathryn looks out the window sad that she won't see Liam, but feels safe knowing that the Queen cares about her. Just then a car with a smoke generator pulls in front of them and blasts their car with smoke. Their car goes into a ditch, and the attacking vehicle speeds to a vantage point to see if everything goes to plan.
Kathryn manages to crawl out of the car into the ditch, a Lotus Esprit which had been following from a distance pulls up alongside her, "Get in I'm a friend of Jasper Frost" the man shouts, Kathryn shakes her head and the man says "Those guys are gonna be back when they realize your alive now get in" Kathryn gets in the car and as soon as she does the car that forced her off the road is speeding toward them. The man who is driving whips the car around in the other direction and speeds away. "That SUV won't catch us but they may have people up ahead" and then they see two SUV's parked on the road with a gap between them but men with guns are taking aim at them.
The man pushes a button and from the Lotus's head lights come 2, 50 Calibur Barrett auto targeting machine guns... They target the SUV's and open fire the men run as the Lotus speeds perfectly between the SUV's. "Oh, I'm a hunting enthusiast" the man say as Kathryn looks scared but amazed at the scene behind them. Another SUV drives up behind them but a button pushes later and caltrops are dispensed behind the Lotus. The tires on the SUV pops so loudly that Kathryn and the mysterious man can hear them, she looks wide eyed at them, the man looks at her and says "their tire pressure must have been too high."
They get about 20 miles up the road when explosions rock the Esprit from side to side as a helicopter starts perusing them. "Might not out run this one, look at the gps and see if you can find anywhere, we might be able to hide out for a while." Bullets rake the top of the Esprit and one manages to blow a tire. "there's a town up ahead no remarkable features except for a boardwalk and fun pier" says Kathryn, "perfect" the man says smiling, Kathryn looks ahead dejected and does a Picard Facepalm, and says "Great my child and I are gonna die hiding under a boardwalk, you don't Snooki in this car ya know." The man rolls his eyes and says "can we please leave my one night stands out of this" Kathryn's eyes widen in an oh my god sort of way. The helicopter radios ahead and warns their men in the town that the car looks to be heading for the board walk from the south.
The men in town race for the boardwalk leaving the southern entrance open but deploying spike strips at the northern and western entrances. With the helicopter still behind the Lotus the man driving presses a button and releases a smokescreen but the helicopter quickly finds them again and presumes them to the boardwalk. Kathryn yells "SPIKE STRIPS WE'RE TRAPPED" the man then turns the Lotus down the pier, "WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU DOING THERES NOTHING UP THERE" Kathryn screams as she looks at the man with a look of anger and fear, the man turns his head smiles and says "can you swim", Kathryn screams as the car speeds off the pier and into the North Sea. The helicopter radio's it's commanders and say "Notify Palpatine, Skywalker is down." "Outstanding Tie Fighter report back to the Death Star, first pints on me" says a voice coming out of the radio. the pilot then quips "Boys we're goanna get a knighthood out of this."
The car is not filling with water "OK IM OFICALLY FREAKED OUT THIS CAN'T BE GOOD FOR MY CHILD" a switch flips and the car deploys shielding over the windows, the car instruments change and instead of miles per hour, and a gps, the instruments now say knots per hour, rudder, and sonar Kathryn looks around in amazement as the car has transformed into a submarine and says "I hit my head in that Rolls didn't I" the man turns to Kathryn and says "I don't believe we've been properly introduced, my name is Bond, James Bond" Kathryn sees the look on his face and says "well Mr. Bond, I'm carrying a baby so none of that will be happening", "Oh I know that, by the way congratulations to you and the prince." Kathyrn turns white as a ghost and demands "how the hell do you know that", the man laughs and says "I work for Mi6, Jasper called me for additional protection in case the Queen's plan failed", "the Queen told Jasper Frost and no one else" Kathryn asks. The man replies "yes" as he's put the sub/car abomination on auto pilot "the queen trusts Jasper in matters of secrecy, by the way would you like to know the gender of your child, Kathryn tilts her head quizzically and replies "Yes I would, don't tell me you're a gynecologist too", Bond presses a button and a contraption comes out from the glove box, "noninvasive fetal scanner it can do the job" he says, a few moments later the results display "well congratulations your having a boy" James happily replies, Kathryn looks relived but then notices the DNA results and says "what's that." Bond uses the DNA data base in the computer and says "That's strange, the markers are wrong... there's the markers for the twins, the same as the queen and King Simon", Kathryn asks "so what does that mean." Bond sighs and says "The baby is related to the twins and Queen Helena but not King Simon, I'm sorry... this is not Liam's baby", Kathryn begins to cry and sobs "that can only mean one thing, it's Robert's, the bastard tried to kill his own son." Bond looks out the window and says "I'm afraid so, but since the DNA does not have any of the Henstridge markers, King Robert is illegitimate." Bond begins bringing the car/sub toward the surface.
"What are you doing" asks Kathyrn, "staying underwater but sending up a line with a secure channel to Mi6" Bond replies, Kathryn asks "Won't they tell Robert", Bond looks at her and says "He's a good man, my boss, when he knows what's going on, he'll help us." Bond then turns on the transmitter and says "Moneypenny copy", a woman's voice comes over the radio and shouts "James where have you been, the boss is angry", "connect me to him" Bond asks. In an office in London Moneypenny's voice comes over the intercom in M's (Head of Mi6) office and she says "Sir 007 on scrambler one, it's wet nellie's sub surface transmitter." "Good God... You'd better have a damn good reason for taking government property" M says, "Yes all for queen and country sir I'm here with Miss Kathryn Davis." M sighs and says "You had better not be trying to sleep with his royal highness's pregnant girlfriend", Kathryn smiles with humor, "No sir we did a DNA test on the baby, it's not Prince Liam's... I mean its related to him sir but", "BUT WHAT BOND" M yells. "The baby is King Robert's and it has none of the Henstridge markers" Bond tussles his hair and waits for a reply, "007 are you saying that" Bond cuts him off and says "He's Queen Helena's son but not King Simon's, sir we have an illegitimate king on the throne, and we believe he tried to assassinate Miss Davis today."
Bond fills M in on what's been happening... "good god he tried to kill his own son" says M, "sir not that it makes any difference but we believe he thought it was Prince Liam's child." M shouts "of course it does not, Bond the Mi6 and the Double 0 Section will assist you in anyway, I'll leave the safe house up to you discretion, and commander... good luck", "thank you sir Bond out" he then retracts the transmitter and says to Kathryn "while we've been underwatering the Lotus has repaired the tires while they were retracted" Bond starts up the coast, Kathyrn asks "where are we going, what will we do?", Bond looks at her and says "somewhere, where they'll never look and I'll have camera jammers engaged on the way." Kathryn says as she looks out the window underwater, "Won't they notice a pattern, where are we going?", James looks ahead as he pilots the Lotus and says "the jammer will replace the images so they won't suspect a thing, and were going to Scotland, to a place called Skyfall."
