Chapter 3
Originally, she was heading towards the entrance of the school, but thought of the possible hassle the next day. Kagome changed her mind and went to the Student Council Room.
Just like everything in this place, being overly extravagant, the Student Council room, is decorated with Rococo furniture to fit the design of the building. An expensive western tea set on the coffee table with steam still rising from the golden gilded cups on the table before the few people there.
When she first entered, she was met with the sight of a few people, 2 females and 3 males, sitting amongst themselves as they laughed and talked, without giving her so much of a single attention despite knowing of her entering the room.
She turned on her heels, ready to leave the room.
"All you commoners really have no manners, it is a miracle how you got into this school with your poor credentials," a female made mentioned as she took a sip of her cup of tea, no even one look in her direction.
"I hope that this school will not make it a habit to keep allowing all these commoners enter into this school, we do not need more contamination or pollution here, such a disgrace,"
On it went, as Kagome took on a more comfortable stance before of them, looking to her phone that she had taken out a few moments after the first comment was made.
"And your purpose of calling me in is for me to hear this before of you rather than behind of my back?" Kagome questioned, her eyes still on her phone, fingers playing across the screen as she did not raise her eyes to look at any of them.
"Appalling manners just as expected from a commoner,"
Annoyance flashed across her eyes and face, but said nothing, as she stood there receiving their cutting comments and cruel words.
"I see that there I no purpose for me to be here then, I will let myself out,"
"We did not say that you could leave commoner, we are going to give you an opportunity to serve us and earn some 'quick cash' as your kind would term it, just so you could maybe afford to pay for the school fees in Ouran High," one of them suddenly said with a sniggering chuckle.
"Then I decline, I'll be taking my leave,"
"Then we hope that you would be able to get through the rest of your school year without issue," a polite threat made by them in a tone that annoys her, but she left that room with a click of the door behind her.
All these students, so arrogant, worse so than Sesshoumaru, but at least he backs what he says and she no longer have the habit of taking these sitting down, well not since those few hundred years ago after her breakup.
With a few taps on her phone, she sent a document over to another number in her phone with a few words from her input as she continued her slow walk out of school. Unlike everyone else, walking to her is not an issue, she prefer it that way as well, gives her time to look at the view and clear her head of whatever happens in school that day.
She was here to study, not to make friends or make acquaintances, those she already have, the ones here, they are unnecessary, especially with their mentality and hers, she is sure that they will not be able to see anything eye to eye. Just now was another prime example.
They are all just little brats who will never grow up since they do not know what true hardship is, and takes too many things for granted. The day is over already anyway, she still have to make her way home, she will deal with tomorrow when it comes.
Today, is just a hindrance, one that will pass quickly.
