AN; So, my lore in this story Chaldea Ritsuka has 5 different outposts including the one he's in, Seraphix and the Atlas Academy with their own Paper moon-like in the Shadow Border, Ritsuka chosen regional directors that he trust to run them, most of them are servants and some are magus who hides in the wizarding world. Ch 16 The Fora

Ritsuka looked at the newly installed Paper moon looking at Britain as the red dot is getting bigger. "This is troubling…" Ritsuka said as the staff in the room looks at him. "I want everyone out of the command room right now." He orders the staff as they got up and walked out knowing what this means. "Senpai, are you going to call the Fora?" he nods at his assistant director. Mashu quickly shuts the door and dim the lights.

Ritsuka presses a button on the main console as he did the room transforms. The consoles descended in the floor and a roundtable with the Chaldean crest in the center ascended under the Paper moon. He sat down on a seat at the edge of the table, nine holograms appear at each chair around the table. The holograms figures become clearer

Ritsuka greeted everyone there with him. -ZZZ- It seems that two of us are missing in this meeting -ZZZ- Samuel said noticing the empty seats next to him. They all look at the empty seats as they mutter to themselves -ZZZ- Well we all know where that dead apostle is as of right now. -ZZZ- Da Vinci said pointing at Holmes next to her, he smiled at the renaissance woman -ZZZ-He's currently in the room listening in the meeting but can't say any of his opinions. -ZZZ- Ritsuka groans remembering what he said before heading back to the outpost. "I'll stick around with Ruler, maybe lighten things up around here." The flashback of Zelretch after the task, he shutters at the thought of the pranks he might do at Hogwarts. -ZZZ- That leaves one person, that leaves him. -ZZZ- Hideyasu points out. -ZZZ- You mean ze last of ze Animusphere line, Mister Hideyasu? -ZZZ- Monsieur asked the Seraphix director, he nods. "Lucius is currently unavailable as of right now, now back to why I call all of you here," he started as they listening to the director.

"Considering that we have located the grail, the situation as you can see is getting dire." Mashu pressed some buttons on her iPad as the Paper moon enlarges to a two-dimensional map of Great Brittan. There a red dot is pulsing on the isle -ZZZ-So you're saying that this will become a singularity, Director? -ZZZ- Sialim said -ZZZ- Not quite Lady Sialim, it's like Salem but without a demon god interfering. We call this an Anomaly. -ZZZ- Sherlock explains, this made Samuel anxious. He remembers the Salem incident and how hard to keep mundane from interfering with the situation.

-ZZZ- So how do we deal with this? -ZZZ- Consort ask her master if he has a plan for this. "As of right now, Da Vinci and Merlin have concluded that the grail isn't the only one that causes this Anomaly." He spoke as the room went silent. -ZZZ- The research division (Even though you're not there Holmes) has concluded that someone has anchored their soul to this plane of existence. This causes a chain reaction that causes the grail to be unstable. -ZZZ- the renaissance woman explains to the Fora about what they're facing. -ZZZ- So how do we combat zis problem? -ZZZ- the Delacour head asked them all. -ZZZ- Director Fujimaru requested me to come to the UN to ask a quarantine in the area of Britain, currently, they're still discussing the situation as we speak. -ZZZ- Koyanskaya said.

-ZZZ- How's that going Alter Ego? -ZZZ- Sialim asked the servant. She shook her indicating it's bad -ZZZ- Currently, not good in the slightest, the votes are tied. We need a tie-breaker or to show the majority who believe that this isn't as bad a reason to consider the option of quarantine. That's not the only problem. -ZZZ- she said as they waited for her to reveal what the problem is -ZZZ- The Bulgarian Representative said the wizard ministry there is giving them a difficult time and saying that they're no longer a part of the mundane government. -ZZZ- she continues. They're in deep thought of what to do when Ritsuka smiled. Mashu saw him knowing he has something planned "Kirei," he jumps once he heard his master calling his name -ZZZ- Yes, Master? -ZZZ- the former priest asked his master. He saw his smile and couldn't help but smile as well.

"I want you to head to the Bulgarian Ministry and teach them a lesson that they'll never forget." He smiled giving of a mischievous aura in the room. -ZZZ- If you're thinking what I'm thinking then I'm all for it. -ZZZ- Samuel smile -ZZZ- I agree, that headmaster of that institute is giving off a questionable aura. Shall I take a look at it master? -ZZZ- Sherlock asked his master. He nods "Yes, you may; but stay in astral form." He nods at him. "That's all for right now, I'll take my leave." He said to all of them. -ZZZ-Welp I got to finish something back in my workshop, bye! -ZZZ- Da Vinci wave at them before signing off. -ZZZ-Ooo, my wife Apolline is probably waiting for me to be done with zis meeting, I'll zee you in ze next one monsieur Fujimaru.

Is there something you need? -ZZZ- the former priest asked humanity's last master. "I will be sending Dioscuri to assist your mission." He said as he bows to him -ZZZ- If that's what you desire master then so be it, I'll be reporting back to you once my mission is done. -ZZZ- he said as he signed off. Ritsuka stood up and pressed the button that reverts the room back to the command room. "Dioscuri," Mashu jumps as the twin deities appear before him. "Yes master," they both said in unison.

"I need the both of you to go with Kirei to ensure he won't do anything drastic, if both of you need to be involved then I permit you two to use your Noble Phantasm. But seeing Kirei, I don't think you two need to use it." He orders them "Yes, Master we'll do our parts." The sons of Zeus departed to the teleporter to the Russian branch to meet up with the priest. Ritsuka opens the door with Mashu behind him as the staff went back to the positions.

A ting on Mashu's iPad went off. She opens it up and saw a message from Reines fifteen minutes ago "Senpai, Reines-san is coming here with Hermione-chan and Ginny-chan soon." He looks back at her "Those girls from Hogwarts, mmm…then I'll have Emyia to make some tea for our guest." He walks to the kitchen to speak with the Archer to get read for the guest that'll arrive soon.
