Prologue/introduction
Vanessa Willow Reid died in a pretty normal accident in 2020. She was hit by a car and was sent to the hospital. After about a week and a half, she gave in to the sweet release of death. Vanessa was sent to Hell for being an alcoholic and lazy. She has no reason to be redeemed and doesn't want to either. She was reincarnated as a spider demon. Idiot Caven Lively died in 2009. One night after getting wasted, she tripped and landed face first into a puddle, causing her to drown. She was sent to hell for making and dealing drugs, as well as being associated with several gangs. Idiot doesn't think there is a god, she thinks it's even more ridiculous that he would even consider forgiving the likes of them. She also has a cowardly nature and a distinct hatred for children. These two met after signing up to work in Hell's Offices.
They had been there for a while before they heard about the Happy Hotel. They had turned on 666 News and saw Princess Charlotte talking (singing, actually) about starting a new hotel to redeem sinners. They were amused by the idea and thought about talking to Charlotte about the hotel. Vanessa took that into her own hands and called Charlotte to come over to Hell's Offices to talk about the hotel.
