Ch 27 Escape
Lucius and Narcissa gather their stuff and ready to depart to the outpost. Lucius had Dobby take their stuff there already and know it is their turn to leave. "Dear, Dobby has already transfer everything to the outpost, now it's our turn." She said as she grabs the luggage and quickly heads out with Lucius in tow. They were one step out of the mansion when Bellatrix is waiting outside the door. "Crissy, what are you doing?" she said pointing her wand at the couple, Lucius places himself in front of her as he raises his hand creating a glowing black sphere.
"Oh? What do you get their Lucy? You, holding information like that from the Lord is forbidden." She taps her curved wand on her lips. Soon more death eaters appear surrounding the two, he looks back at Narcissa who activates her mystic eyes of binding. Soon the dark lord appears being held by Peter Pettigrew, "Lucius, what interesting form of magic you have there. I was not told that you possess the skill. It would suit us better if it's used for our cause." The dark lord said as he held out his frail hands to them. "Heh, in the name of my family. The Animuspheres I will complete my family's desire to preserve humanity!" he turns to his wife and blasts the orb on the ground. "Get Draco out of Hogwarts and anyone who's involved with us!"
A black hole appears under her feet ant luggage, she looks at her husband as he says something with his lips. She nodded and being such into the hole. He turns to face the dark lord, "Disappointing, Bella torture him but don't kill him. I want everything he knows." He said as Peter took him back inside, "Peter, take down Narcissa and eliminate her." He nodded and hand him to Alecto Carrow before going to find Narcissa. Bellatrix smiled wickedly as Fenrir grabs him and took him back inside. "(Be safe, Narcissa and Draco.)"
Chaldea Outpost
Kadoc steps out from the coffin and met face to face with the assistant director of Chaldea. "So, Mashu I heard Ritsuka is competing in this tournament and he got sick from the last trail or something like that." The former Crypter said to the former demi-servant. "Yes Kadoc-san, Senpai is in his room with a fever and requested that you would take over as director of the Brittan Branch." She said to him, he scratches his head and looks up "Fine, just tell me where he left off and I can take it from there." He said receiving a smile from the girl. "Thank you, Kadoc-san" she bows with gratitude. "Yeah, yeah, I would like to see him before I get to work." He requested to her, she nodded and lead him to his room. They were about to go up the stairs where they stop to see Anastasia talking to Viy on the chairs in the hall next to a mirror.
Kadoc tried to look away but cannot, she looks up and smiles at him. "Hello, master Kadoc it's lovely to see you again." She said smiling at her former master. He looks down at her eyes and smiled "Yeah, as too you. I think the last time we spoke was during your visit to the Russian Branch." He said to her as she looks up at the ceiling "Oh, that's right; though I do not consider a talk since it was brief, I enjoyed it anyway." She said to him. Mashu does not want to intrude this touching moment between the former master-servant pair.
"Uh, Kadoc-san, Anastasia-san I hate to be the one to do this, but…" Mashu said. Kadoc and Anastasia blushed to realize that Mashu was there. "R-R-Right, lead the way Mashu," he said to her. "Mind if I join you two?" the Caster said to both of them. They look at each other and look back. "Sure, Anastasia." He smiles at her who smiles back. They arrived at the master bedroom and opened it gently not disturbing Ritsuka. Nightingale was checking his condition as she places another damp towel on his forehead. "Nightingale," Kadoc said to the Berserker who jumps, surprised of seeing Kadoc here. "Assistant Director Kadoc, what are you doing here?" she asked.
He walks over to Ritsuka's bedside and sighed. "I will be filling in as a temporary director for this outpost until Lucius returns or Ritsuka is recovered." He said to the nurse as she nods grabbing some things "Very well, director. I'll take my leave so you two can talk in private." She said leaving the room, he looks over to Mashu and Anastasia singling to leave the room for the moment. They understood and waited outside closing the door for privacy. "So, you're finally at your limit, huh?" he pulled up a chair and sat down next to him. Ritsuka opens his eyes and smiled. "This isn't my limit, Kadoc." In a croaky voice, his eyes darted at the Chaldea director who is smiling at the white hair male. "I thought you were asleep," he said to him.
"I woke up thirsty so could you give me that glass of water over there." He darted his eyes over the table. Kadoc grabs the glass and handed over to him, Ritsuka drinks the water slowly and hand it back to him. He places it back to the table and sat down. "So, I got your message and well I'm here; What do you need me to do exactly, because I know Mashu doesn't know everything you are planning."
He chuckles then coughs to the side "I need you to be my substitute for the incoming champion dinner tomorrow ." He looks at him confusedly at the term "Champion dinner? What is that all I got from Mashu is that you are the champion of some sort of tournament or something." He said as he pounders in his mind what this all about. Ritsuka got up and leans on the headboard. "It's just a dinner party for the champions to celebrate for hat they accomplished during the two tasks before the third task, after that you can go back to the Russian Branch if you want." He said to the white-haired man.
He thought for a moment before answering "I think I would stay here until this is done and see how things turn out, anyways I want to spend time with Anastasia more." He said thinking the Romanova heir. Ritsuka nodded "If that's what you want, I won't force it. Oh, dinner will last for two days." He informed the former Crypter. He got up "Gotcha, rest well Director." As he waved him off before leaving the room.
"Kadoc…" Anastasia looked at him as did Mashu, "I'll be staying until this tournament is over and would fill in as champion for Ritsuka." He informs the girls. "Oh, okay glad to have you along Kadoc-san," Mashu said happily. "Now what are the things that we need to do around here." He asked as he walks to the director's office while Mashu gets him up to speed of what's going on.
Hogwarts Grounds
Narcissa appears near Hogwarts and she quickly went over to the school to find Draco. Once inside students step away from her making a clear path for her, she saw Draco and rushes over to him.
"Draco," she said frantically. He turns around to see his mother pale as a ghost, "Mother what are-" "No time, we need to find everyone who is associated with Ritsuka new and old and head over to the outpost." His eyes widen knowing that if his father is not here then something happens to him. "I'll find Granger and Weasley, Daphne and Astoria are with the Delacour's sisters. How about the Delacour' sisters?" He asked "They can take care of themselves, they know where to go if trouble comes." She told her son before they quickly separated to find them. Narcissa went to find Astoria and Daphne while Draco finds Hermione and Ginny.
Hermione and Ginny were talking in the halls when Draco came up to them. "Draco? What are you doing here?" Hermione asks the Slytherin boy. "No time to explain we need to get to the outpost now!" he said as the two looks at each other and complied with him and they quickly follow him to the courtyard. Once there Gil and Siegfried were waiting with Narcissa and the other two girls. "Good, the three of you are here." She sighs in relief that there here she turns to the servants "Caster, Saber everyone's here."
"Hmpf, about time let's go before the enemy is here." He said as they left the grounds before James and Lily step in front of them. "What are you doing Hermione, Ginny," Lily asked the two girls. "Uh, we uh…" Hermione stammers not getting the right words out. "Don't go where they're going you two, the Malfoys are in league with the Dark Lord." James said to them before Daphne steps forward " For the love-" she held her hand out like a gun and shot stunners to them.
The two Potter fell on the ground unable to move. "Daphne!?" she looks to Ginny and Hermione "Yeah, Yeah, my family is a mage family. Now time to go!" she said as they ran to the forest to the outpost. "Wait!" James cried out for the two but was already deep within the forest. After a while of running they made it to the outpost and Sasaki Kojiro let them inside. Narcissa opens the door to Mashu and a white-haired man talking to each other, "Where's Ritsuka?" Hermione asked wondering who this man is. Anastasia look at the group and went to a defensive position. "Caster wait," Siegfried said to the last Romanova, she notices Gilgamesh and Siegfried. She let her defense down and let Kadoc through to talk with them. "Who are you?" he asks them before Mashu stood beside him "There from Hogwarts, Kadoc-san." She told the acting director. Her eyes widen at who these people are, "The one that Ritsuka mentioned?" he asked her who nodded. He steps over to greet them "Hello, I am the acting director for this outpost, Kadoc Zemlupus. You all must be exhausted from running here. Let the staff take care of you and we can talk more after you get settled." As he said that two staff members led to the dining room where they get settled in. after a while Kadoc, Anastasia, and Mashu walkings in and sat down in the chairs "So tell me what happens."
AN; In this story, Kadoc was never saved from Kieri and he remains a prisoner of Chaldea. After being prisoner, he grew close to Ritsuka as he visits him every day after Anastasia was summoned by Ritsuka he lets him talk to her and later helps Chaldea in the fight for humanity. Please leave a review
