Blu quickly crawled across the ventilation surface to descend as quickly as possible.
"I have to hurry... "...he kept repeating in Blu's head when he was crawling. The wind that blew towards him didn't help him. Soon Blu approached the entrance, which he jumped in here, not paying attention to the pain. He fell on his back resting on metal. After a while he got up and quickly ran under the tree where Jewel slept.
"Jewel! JEWEL!" shouted Blu. He screamed so loud that his throat soon started to ache. It was worth it because blue Jewel feathers emerged from the nest.
"Oh... Blu, why are you shouting like that..." said Jewel yelling.
"Come down here quickly, we have to run away!" Blu kept screaming. Jewel, with a little disbelief, flew downstairs with her sleep and came up to Blu.
"What is going on?" asked Jewel.
"Jewel, you have to believe me, we have to get out of here... It may sound ridiculous, but they took us because they want to clone us, but it can't work so they want to take us further away!" said Blu so fast that he never said so fast. Jewel stood in awe. I guess she didn't quite understand what was going on by that sleepover.
"Wait... They wanted to clone us, but it didn't work out and they want to take us even further... Yes?" asked Jewel.
Blu just nodded with his head. Jewel exploded with a short laugh.
"Oh, Blu, what else do you think we can do to get out of here?" asked Jewel.
"You have to believe me, a man is about to come in here and..." Blu didn't manage to finish, because that was when the man entered the aviary, through a door that had not been opened for a long time. He had a gun in his hands, which fired the net. He shot from the gun pointing at the birds.
"Run! " he yelled Blu pushing Jewel away from him. The trap was made of thick net, so it wrapped Blu in thick net. The Jewel, in stunning stunnedness, ascended into the air. It flew out of the aviary, there was an open window in the corridor, it flew out through it.
"Oh, one escaped... But it's nothing, I'm tired of chasing you," said the boy coming up to Blu. He was looking into the window through which Jewel flew out. He was disappointed in her. He thought it was true love, and she just flew away. He did not even try to defend himself.
"Let's go, birdie, you have to fly," added the boy, picking Blu up from the ground and then left the room with him. Meanwhile, Jewel flew away from the province and then stopped in a high tree.
"Freedom! Free at last!" thought Jewel, enjoying the fact that she was finally free. She took a few deep breaths of fresh air.
"Blu was right..." ...thought in Jewel's head. And she immediately lost her joy of freedom to him. She left her love just to be free. For quite a long time Jewel thought about this rather difficult choice. She finally made a decision.
"This is not freedom..."
It was 2 in the morning, when Jim was holding the phone waiting for a signal from his colleague. From time to time he checked the phone list and other things. Fernando because he was a child and it was hard for him to get used to time changes, he fell asleep on the couch. Linda and Tulio talked to each other about different things.
"Have you had any dealings with weapons?" asked Jim at one point.
"No, why do you ask?" asked Linda.
"You will find out later," Jim said with a light smile. Linda returned the smile a little bit, but she felt confused inside.
Then suddenly the phone rang and Jim answered immediately.
"We have him, he is leaving already. Black camaro, black camaro." said a voice on the phone. Jim hung up and got up.
"We're going," he said. Tulio woke up Fernando and held his hand, although he did not understand what was going on.
"He will wake up in the car," said Jim. He opened the garage and left in an Alfa Romeo car. Everyone got into the car, and Jim pushed the gas in. He soon left for the main avenue, with a black camaro in front of them.
"Chase him," said Tulio.
"Calm down, he can't know we're following him," said Jim. He followed him at a distance of several metres. It was in the morning, so it was foggy and the visibility was quite poor. It was their advantage.
"Where are we?" asked Fernando when he woke up.
"We are following them", Tulio briefly replied. Fernando understood. After several minutes, they were approaching the airport. Jim had already understood their plan.
"You have guns in the door," Jim said.
"Wait a minute, why do we need guns?" asked the terrified Linda.
"It's not out of the question that we'll be attacked," said Jim.
"I won't take the gun!" said Fernando. Only Jim sighed. They finally got to the airport. Camaro drove into it, they stayed with him. There was already one rather rich-looking private plane waiting on the runway. Jim took the gun and said:
"The bones were thrown."
He got out of the car first, then he went towards the plane. The boy with Blu was already standing by him. He stopped when he saw Jim.
"Stop, don't move! I am from an illegal animal sales office," Jim said, aiming at the boy.
"To the truth..." the man sighed. He snapped his fingers. Five bodyguards came out of the plane on that sign. Jim's face got angry immediately.
"Kill him" said the boy. Jim jumped behind the barrels that were next to him at the last moment, because there were bullets behind him.
"Linda, we have to help him." Tulio said firmly. He took the gun and left. Linda did the same with an aversion to the gun. Fernando stayed in the car for safety. While Jim and the bodyguards exchanged bullets with Tulio and Linda stood on both sides of the airport gate and tried to shoot the bodyguards. At the same time, a man and Blu entered the plane and put it in a cage.
"You wait here" said the man, leaving the plane. He left the door open. Blu did not even fight, he kept thinking about Jewel. Then suddenly a blue figure flew into the room... It was a Jewel!
"Jewel...?" ...was taking Blu out in disbelief.
Meanwhile, Jim ran out of ammunition after that firefight. He looked towards Tulia. They looked at each other and came up with the same idea. Tulio was supposed to drop his gun for Jim. Tulio threw the gun, Jim almost caught him, but one of the bodyguards shot him down next to Jim. The gun fell to pieces, stunning Jim.
"Quick, let's fall," said the man, together with the bodyguards, entering the plane. The plane started taking off.
"No... No! No!" Linda started screaming and ran out to the airport. Tulio, disappointed, approached Jim to see if he was okay.
"Sorry... I'm sorry..." Jim took out. Linda was desperate to see the same picture. She was broken.
Meanwhile, the man came up to check on Blu. He was surprised when he saw Jewel.
"Oh, you flew in, how nice," said the boy, and then he also threw Jewel into the cage.
"But... Why did Jewel, why did you come back... You were free..." asked Blu. He was so happy to see her, but he had to ask her about it.
"Yes, I enjoyed freedom... But that is not the freedom I want. My freedom is to be with you always and everywhere," answered Jewel. Blu hugged Jewel out of emotion. Tears came from his chocolate eyes.
"Thank you Jewel, thank you..." Blu said quietly.
