~Two years ago~
Yami thought that Atemu was acting strange lately.
And after following him late that night he knew why...
His own brother his big brother to make matters worse was going around on DATES with Yami`s best friend .
Yami Felt betrayed, hurt, and most of all angry.
Yami had told Atemu not to long ago that he had fallen in love with his best friend Yugi Muto and not to long after that was when Atemu started disappearing in the middle of the night.
Yami felt his anger boil harder when Atemu leaned to give Yugi a kiss on the cheek
Despite his anger Yami stayed hidden and decided he would confront Atemu at home
He watched them for 30 minutes more before heading home
About ten minutes later Atemu came home and was about to head upstairs when Yami grabbed his wrist
"So you and Yugi huh."
Atemu was shocked his secret was revealed by the one person he didn`t want to know
"I guess I`ve been caught huh" Atemu replied not looking in Yami`s eyes
"I`m giving time to explain better start"
Atemu sighed before beginning
"Shortly after you told me that you loved Yugi ..I realized...I was in love with him to..so I asked him out..."
Yami forced his tears back
"Go on."
Atemu continued
"Though he seemed hesitant he agreed and on our first date we had our first kiss...and on the third date I told him I loved him.."
Yami no longer held back his tears but he also spoke
"What did he say"
Atemu looked away
"He didn`t say anything he just kissed me and I kissed back...today was our 11th date...today he finally answered to my confession"
Yami inhaled
"Yugi told me he loved me as well but had to search his soul to find that he does-"
Yami slapped him before he could continue
"Tell Yugi I know about you two.. so he won`t have to hide it."
The next day was Saturday so Yami slept in
When he woke up and got ready for the day Yami went downstairs to rude surprise
It was Atemu and Yugi and they were...Making out
Yami never thought he would see his innocent Yugi do such a thing..then again he thought Yugi liked him more than a friend
Atemu looked up and gently pushed Yugi away.
Yugi was the first to speak
"Good Morning Yami I was about to start breakfast any requests?"
Yugi said it with a smile
Yami dealt with this for two years wich brings us to present in that time Yugi had moved in with them and Yami would blush every morning to see Yugi in a apron making breakfast
After Yugi finished setting the table Atemu came downstairs and asked Yugi to come into his room with him.
Two minutes ,after Atemu was carrying Yugi down the stairs in the bridal style Yugi had the biggest smile Yami had ever seen on him.
Atemu smiled and said "Yugi show him"
Yugi lifted his hand and on his ring finger was a sparkly ring
Yami`s mouth was on the floor
"Yay! Now I`ll be related to my best friend! And be with the love of my l-life!"
Yugi said as he hugged Yami
Then Yami`s eyes widened did he hear Yugi...stutter?
Did he not truly love Atem?
