Ch 38 Tournament Resumes

Ritsuka was in the vault within the laboratory looking at the five Horcrux in the special container made by Da Vinci. He asked Paracelsus and Avicebron to do research of the items that emit an evil aura around them, "Master, we have an answer of what these objects are and might found a way to use them to our advantage." The alchemist said handing over the report to his master. As he reads the report that was made from the two Casters, he smiled knowing that his theory was right. "So, he has split his soul to make himself immortal." He said to himself before he looks back at the items then look back at his servant. "What are you two exactly going to do with these Paracelsus?" He asked the alchemist.

The Caster told him how they can get rid of the souls that are embedded in these objects and can use the remnants as a power source. "I like that plan, make sure you two can get rid of the evil presence within the soul remnants." He orders the Caster; he bows and went back to join Avicebron in their work. Ritsuka walks out of the laboratory heading towards the lobby where the enforcer of the Magus Association, Chaldean agents, and UN soldiers are waiting for him guarding the wizard prisoner. Ritsuka looked over the wizards who is glaring at him, "Director Fujimaru, what should we do with the vigilantes?" a Chaldean agent asked the director. "Release them," he said receiving surprised looks from his supporters, some of the enforcers do not like this but complies knowing that if opposed Ritsuka they will regret it. The guards uncuffed them and took a step back.

Ritsuka walks up to them with a serious look, "Why are you letting us free, we're your prisoners right?" Dumbledore asked the young director Ritsuka looked at the old man "I'm letting you all off with a warning, if you try to interfere with Chaldea then the new minister will send you to Azkaban for treason against the ministry and Britain." He spoke coldly to them; he looks at the guards who guard the doors ordering them to open the doors to let the wizards go. Moody looks at the outside then back at the last master. "I take it that things are different back at Hogwarts?" He asked him. "Yes, as of right now Professor McGonagall is now the new Headmistress of Hogwarts, Severus Snape is currently on trial for treason against the ministry, and don't expect to have your old jobs back within the ministry seeing all of you are charged for vigilantism," Ritsuka said as Shiki materializes next to her master. The wizards jump at the sudden appearance of the Assassin. "Shiki here will escort you back to Hogwarts, don't try anything to upset her; she'll kill you instantly." He warns the group before heading back upstairs to his office "Wait, how about our daughter and sons?" Arthur asked the young man. "And Hermione, Neville, and Luna?" Ron added.

Ritsuka raised his eyebrow in confusion "No Draco, Daphne, and Astoria?" he questions the redhead. Charles scoffed at his older twin's question "And why should we care for Slytherins? They are dark wizards no matter what. Leave them here with your dark group." Charles said before Shiki eyed the spoiled brat with a death glare ready to kill him. Charles gulped scared of what the Assassin could do to him, both Potter parents' step in front of the boy ready to defend him. "Shiki that's enough," he orders her as she bows in respect. "They'll be arriving at Hogwarts with me in time of the Third task and after that they'll become full staff of the Chaldea Security Organization it's their choice to join if you were wondering." /he said as he made his way back to his office.

Molly gritted his teeth that her children would betray the wizarding world and join the bastard son of James and Lily. Arthur thought to himself rethinking if he was aiding the wrong side before Molly grabs his arms. "Come on dear, let's get going," Molly said as she drags her husband out of the outpost. Moody soon follows along with some former ministry workers and Ron, "Mom, Dad aren't we going to strike back at the dark wizard?" Charles said refusing to believe that they have lost to the pathetic brother of his. Lily looks at James who just looks down hair covering his eyes. "Charles, we can't do anything anymore if we do then we will face impressment from the ministry," Lily explains to her son whose eyes widen at the explanation; he looks at his father who refuses to look at him then at the Headmaster who also have a solemn look in his eyes. "It can be…" he said as Lily guided him out of the outpost with James and Dumbledore follow suit.

After they were out of the Forbidden Forest Remus and Sirius walk up to them. "I see Ritsuka let you all go with a warning," Sirius said his former allies, James walk passed by the Animagus shoving his shoulder clearly angry at the fact that his best friends would betray him and the order. Sirius shoves it off as Lily gave him the stink eye along with Molly. Sirius remain composed as he met the blue eyes of the former headmaster of Hogwarts. "Albus," "Sirius, Remus, I have seen what I have done to cause all of this and accepted defeat." He said to the two former marauders, they look at each other untrusting of Dumbledore's words. "I know I can't make you two to trust me but just know that the things I did it's for the greater good." He said as he walks to the school leaving the two alone in their devices.

"What do you think Remus? Does he really mean it?" Sirius asked the werewolf, "I'm not sure, he manipulated the ministry and us for so long it's hard to tell if he is sincere in his words." He said as they made their way back to Hogwarts. In the Great Hall McGonagall stood on the podium ready to address to the students, "As you are aware the order of the phoenix and the former minister of magic launched an attack on the Chaldea Security Organization's base and failed even with the assistance of the deceased Headmaster of Drumstrang Igor Karloff as the result the Minister of Magic of Sweden has taken the position of headmaster before they can elect a new one." The hall filled with whispers of the news they are receiving from the new headmistress "Next is Minister Amelia Bones has announced that the ministry will be working with the Mages Association to enforce new laws within the community and all pureblood status will be dissolved and lordship shall be earned." An uproar of Purebloods children starts to complain about how this was unfair treatment to them.

"QUIET!" The old woman yelled making all the students calm down. "Now as I was saying, the minister is letting us continue the Tri-Wizard Tournament tomorrow, Champions should prepare yourselves for the third and final task; remember the final task will be difficult be prepare for what the task will bring." She announces making some students excited for the continuation of the tournament, the champions were hyped with excitement to compete again with each other especially with Ritsuka as he earned, they are respected. "Now rest up for tomorrow will be eventful!" cheers uproar for the upcoming trial.
