Ferrel and his men arrive to Shinjuku, the home of the Otaku cultures. Jack, Miss May, Sam and Pete along with Alex who is accompanied by Shoutmon are the last to arrive there. The billboard shuts down.
"What happened?" asked Shoutmon.
"Shinjuku has a lot of purgers. We come to the right place." replied Alex.
Ferrel and his men sees a female civilian being chased by two motorcyclists.
"Run!" yelled Sam and summons Veemon. Veemon performs Pepper Breath at the two motorcyclists. They fall down, killing them.
"You saved my life." said the woman. "And here's your reward."
The woman presented a reward. A reward is a pill that can control a Digimon when being summoned in battle. The purgers show up with guns.
"Well, this is right." said Jack. "Let's do it."
Before the purgers could attack Ferrel and his men, the leader of the one set of purgers show up, introducing himself as Alex's former colleague. The leader sees a gun-like DigiVice.
"What is this?" asked the leader of the set of purgers.
"It's a DigiVice, it is capable of summoning, digivolving and digi-modifying any Digimon that I have with a shot through the head, the same way I kill myself." replied Jack.
Ferrel and his men draw their guns.
"Don't shoot! They saved my life." said the woman. "Please!"
Ferrel summons Meicoomon and Terriermon for interrogation.
"Let's go to the Tao area for interrogation." said Ferrel.
At the camp, they go to the purgers' hideout. Ferrel and his men go inside the tent. Meicoomon is enjoying a meditation with Terriermon while Ferrel sees the leader of the set of purgers.
"Come, sit." said the leader.
"I was a former purger. So, my guess is that we have orders that Shoutmon and I get along before I was a purger." said Alex.
"I'll show you. Follow me." said the woman.
The woman leads Miss May and Jack to the dressing room, changing Miss May's clothes. Ferrel, Sam, Pete and Alex are the last people to enter the dressing room. Miss May got rid of the soldier outfit. At night, the purgers and the allies are enjoying a meal. Ferrel summons Guilmon, Terriermon and Renamon for the meal. Pete, Sam, Jack and Miss May, who is dressed beautifully did not summon any of the Digimon. They also enjoy the meal together.
"This is delicious." said Guilmon.
Later after the meal, Miss May is sleeping. But not until the purger places his knife on her neck. She wakes up and is being kidnapped. In the morning, Jack enters Miss May's room only to discover that she is missing.
"Ferrel, Pete, Miss May's missing." said Jack.
At the bridge, Miss May is tied up.
"You better kill me now because you played the Art of War crap on me." said Miss May.
The woman who saved her life turns against the purger, betraying Miss May.
"I am not your property, I am a human being." said Miss May.
"Sure you are a human being." said the woman. "I'm taking you to my father. Be warned."
Jack examines Miss May's DigiVice.
"Any signs?" asked Ferrel.
"No." replied Jack.
Ferrel summons Meicoomon and Renamon to find traces of Miss May.
"Miss May is last seen in the tent several hours ago." said Renamon.
"Renamon-senpai, you're right." said Meicoomon.
"Bring Alex and Shoutmon to me and then we find Miss May." ordered Ferrel.
"Yes sir." said Jack.
Miss May is riding a horse with the woman.
"You have a seat." said the woman.
"I don't belong here. I was abducted by a woman who saved her life. She turned against us." said Miss May.
"Where is she from?" asked the woman.
"In Japan." replied the purger.
"These DigiVices act as firearms because of its appearance. They are more powerful than-" said Miss May.
"Silence!" said the purger.
The purger places the knife on her neck.
"You don't speak to me like that, or I will have to kill all of you." said the purger.
At the docks, Ferrel and his men except Miss May, find any traces.
"Anything yet?" asked Ferrel.
"No, nothing yet, Sensei." said Terriermon.
Terriermon was summoned by Ferrel. He sniffs for traces of Miss May. Meanwhile, the woman sneaks up and finds a young girl.
"Your father will kill you." said the young girl.
"Come with me." said the woman.
At the kitchen outside, the purger is working with Miss May.
"You couldn't cook anything." said Miss May.
"Do I?" said the purger.
"No." said Miss May.
Miss May breaks free and escapes to the forest of Shinjuku, however, she was ambushed by the purgers. They then take her away.
At the interrogation room, she is presented with a knife.
"Why did you run off?" asked the purger.
"Because I belong with the survivors, not you." replied Miss May.
The purger picks up a whip so that he can flog a child. Before the flogging begins, he is stopped by Miss May.
"No! It's my fault." said Miss May. "You beat someone else, not her!"
The purger violently kisses her before she was off.
"You bring me a knife or else a young girl will be flogged."
At the campfire, a woman is with Miss May.
"You want a drink?" asked a woman.
"Sure. I would like a drink." said Miss May.
She summons Palmon since she has a DigiVice with her. Palmon drinks water with lemonade. Meanwhile, Ferrel and his men reach to the hideout.
"Well, we should get right to it. Time's a wasting." said Ferrel.
"Let's find Miss May tonight." said Jack.
"You can wait until morning, then it will be the war that we will not forget." said the leader.
Back at the camp, Miss May gets up and starts the fire. The curtains catch fire. Miss May flee the scene and runs off to the purger's home. Meanwhile, Ferrel, Alex, Shoutmon, Pete, Jack and Sam are at the purger's home. They are interrogated by the purger. Before the interrogation begins, Ferrel shoots the candle with his DigiVice, putting out the fire. The purger gets up and places the knife at Ferrel.
"You want Miss May?" said the purger.
"Yes. Come and get her." said Ferrel.
They then leave the home with Miss May who is rescued by his men. Palmon is not present since she was put away by Miss May. Several hours later, Ferrel and his men converse with the leader. Afterwards, they fell asleep. It was morning after rescuing Miss May. They wake up as they hear footsteps.
"He's here." said the woman.
"What happened? Where's Naia?" asked Miss May.
"They took her from us." said the woman. "They said that the purger is making a conclusion that you are missing."
"Oh." said Miss May.
"If you don't help me, a young girl will be flogged to death." said the woman.
"Okay. But how?" asked Shoutmon.
At the camp, a young girl is about to be flogged.
"We have to stop the flogging from happening." said Sam.
"Sure. Let me summon Gaomon and Lalamon to keep them busy." said Jack.
Jack summons Gaomon and Lalamon. Just before a young girl is flogged with a measuring stick, Gaomon punches a purger from behind. Lalamon performs Bunny Blast in front of the ongoing set of purgers. They flee the scene.
"That does it." said Gaomon.
"And never come back." said Lalamon.
"You saved my life!" said the young girl. "I was going to get flogged. You did it."
At the city hall, they were awarded with trophies for courage and bravery. Ferrel and his men say goodbye to the fellow purgers who helped them despite the fact that they were evil.
"Thanks for everything." said Ferrel.
"Bye!" said everyone.
The men return to the billboard.
