Nurikabe: You are finally here.
Sunakake-Babaa: Have you seen Kitaro ?

(and there, weakly, the child saw a figure entering the house by the window and throwing his sandal which by striking the thing, released the child. This silhouette was Kitaro)
Child (trying to run away but ran into Sunakake, Nurikabe and Ittan): Argh!

(And there, the Yuki-onna made a cry of terror which created a freezing of the walls and the ground, which Kitaro managed to avoid in time, before disappearing in the form of freezing wind)
Medama-Oyaji: Be careful, Kitaro. Yuki-onna are cunning.
Kitaro: I would be careful, Father. (he advanced slowly but remaining on his guard. But after a short time, a strong wind propelled Kitaro which crashed against a wall which split in pieces. He got up and tore off a hair) Hair Sword. (he made the hair pluck out and held it like a sword. The Yuki-onna attacked Kitaro but he defended himself. After a few blows between them, the Yuki-onna grabbed the Hair Sword and froze it to try to spit Kitaro The Frozen Hair Sword hit Kitaro's shoulder, who used his finger gun to push the Yuki-onna away. She avoided the shot by becoming a freezing wind and Kitaro tore the frozen Hair Sword off his shoulder)
Medama-Oyaji: Son, are you okay ?
Kitaro: I'm fine, Father. We have to find a more effective strategy.
Medama-Oyaji (seeing candles still lit in a room): I have a small idea but it will be necessary to go quickly.
(They went into the room and used the candles to create a hot spring. But the Yuki-onna arrived and weakened the hot spring. Kitaro threw the rest of the hot spring on her and it scared her. But the flames did not stay long. Kitaro and the Yuki-onna clashed for a little while until she grabbed Kitaro and sent him against the ceiling of the room, which broke it and opened a gas pipe. The Yuki-onna grabbed Kitaro and tried to freeze him with Medama despite his resistance)
Yuki-onna: You're a hard-boiled one, young Yokai, but that's enough. It's time to let go.
Medama-Oyaji (being frozen and seeing his son under freezing): Son ...
(Kitaro resisted as best he could until purple energy came out of his body, making him resist the power of Yuki-onna)
Yuki-onna: What? (Kitaro stared at her threateningly) It's impossible. (she tried to strengthen the freezing) A young Yokai like you shouldn't have as much Yokai energy. (and there, with superhuman speed, Kitaro freed himself and gave a blow to the Yuki-onna who broke the lamp from the ceiling, creating a short circuit and ignited the gas which exploded the room and burned the Yuki-onna. The explosion created a hole in the house turned into ice when Nurikabe and Ittan came out of the house with the child. They saw the Yuki-Onna coming out of the house, burned by the flames and she rushed towards the kid to kill him. But when Nurikabe and Ittan got into position, a laser touched the Yuki-Onna in the stomach and then, she turned and saw that it was Kitaro who fired this laser from the destroyed part of the house. Seeing that she is weakened, Kitaro approached and used his Finger Gun to destroy the members of the body of Yuki-onna to prevent her from fleeing. Kitaro was in front of her) But what are you ?
Kitaro: A Yokai who demands justice. (he finished her with his Finger Gun and the Yuki-onna collapsed, breaking into pieces and releasing Yokai energy which dissipated)
Medama-Oyaji (seeing the power of the Yuki-onna disappear): We succeeded, son.

(on the way back to Ittan which overlooked the sky)
Kitaro: Father ...
Medama-Oyaji: Yes?

Kitaro: I only saw it once in my dreams but it looked like a huge black mass with a giant eye in its center.
Sunakake-Babaa (turning to Medama): Medama, what Kitaro described is something serious.
Medama-Oyaji: It's impossible. He died centuries ago. How could my son see it, even in his dreams?
Sunakake-Babaa: I don't know but if he saw it, it is because this Yokai is taking advantage of his spirit side to torment other Yokais.
Medama-Oyaji: There is a way to defeat this Yokai in Kitaro's mind. It's risky, but it's the only way. (he turned to Kitaro, who was still searching through the books) Son, don't look anymore. We know a way to get rid of this Yokai in addition to your evil you.

Kitaro (taking the hat which disintegrated): Oh no ...
Kitaro (evil) (trying to crush the real Kitaro with his hand): Do you understand now? (Kitaro held back the giant hand of his evil self as best he can) The multiplication of humans almost exterminated the Yokai by expanding their territories like parasites. Now the Yokai, who were once revered, are monsters in their eyes.
Kitaro (with difficulty holding the hand of his evil self): False, there are still good people among humans. They don't deserve to suffer such a fate.
Kitaro (evil): You tell yourself you want to make a difference for humans but because of them, you lost your adoptive father, you lost this human girl. You have nothing left.
(Kitaro discreetly saw a small light shining below him that took the form of Medama and climbed up to his head)
Kitaro (feeling reassured and taking on a determined expression): I still have my family. NURIKABE !
Nurikabe (Spirit Form) (coming out of the ground and pushing back the evil Kitaro after taking the same size as this one): Nurikabe.
Kitaro: Hair Needles!
(he pulled out his hair which, turned into steel thorns, ruffled the evil Kitaro's eye but the latter fired a laser with his eye which made Nurikabe fall and Kitaro fell)
Kitaro: Ittan ! (Ittan in spiritual form grabbed Kitaro and rushed towards the evil Kitaro to curl up on his throat and strangle him.)
Kitaro (evil) (staring at Kitaro and preparing to fire another laser): You need me, Kitaro.
Sunakake-Babaa (spiritual form) (arriving): I am here, Kitaro. (she sent a torrent of sand towards the evil Kitaro, causing him to deflect the beam)
Kitaro (aiming at his evil self): I've had more than enough of you. Finger Gun!
(The shot knocked down the evil Kitaro revealing the Past Kitaro stuck in it. Kitaro jumped to where his past self is and with his Finger Gun he shot more than once to get him out)
Kitaro (evil): Humans deserve to be punished. They were born to be destructive and violent.
Kitaro: And I say it again, they are not all like that and also ... (he focused the laser on his finger) You don't know what justice is ! Finger Gun! (he pulled and freed his self from the past, which disintegrated the evil Kitaro and the Yokai with the black mass fled from Kitaro's mind)
(Kitaro caught sight of his past self, sobbing)
Kitaro: It's okay, the nightmare is over. (he helped raise his self from the past who felt comforted)
Kitaro (past) (seeing Sunakake, Ittan and Nurikabe): But who are they?
Kitaro: Our new family and also ... (Medama in spiritual form came out of Kitaro's head) Our real father.
Kitaro (past): Father ... You ... Is that you?
Medama-Oyaji (spiritual form): Yes, my son. I'm sorry that I haven't been able to watch you grow up since your mother died but as you have seen, you have become a good person, who is ready to help those in need. Now it's up to you to decide what you want to become.

(Kitaro smirked and took the hand of his past him and there he became a spiritual form and merged with him. After that Sunakake stopped the trance and Kitaro was able to wake up just like Medama, Ittan and Nurikabe)
Medama-Oyaji: My son, how are you feeling?

Ittan-Momen: So Kitaro ...

Kitaro (in front of the Hitotsume-kozos bag) Father.

(one of the 3 Hitotsue-Kozos laughed mockingly and changed shape to show his true nature, a weasel-like yokai)
Hitotsume-Kozo (1): A Ten?
Ten: Hey, yeah. If you had seen your face, it was beautiful.
Kitaro: Do you find that funny? (the Ten stopped) Passing off the Hitotsume-Kozos as unwilling murderers by attacking humans in whom one of them has already suffered?
Ten: And what are you supposed to be? Don't you also kill for your purpose ?!
Medama-Oyaji: Don't underestimate my son, Ten.
Hitotsume-Kozos: You two, don't look.
Enoko's mother: Why is that?
Enoko: They are right, mom. (remembering what happened at the school fair) I know that too well.
(The mother did so and Kitaro began to face the Ten. After a time when the two opponents traded blows and dodged attacks, Kitaro thrust a Hair Sword into the Ten's leg, which counterattacked, biting it violently. Kitaro's neck. Feeling the bite deeper, Kitaro tore the hair sword from the Ten's leg, causing him to pull his teeth out of Kitaro's neck. Kitaro, dodging the Ten's blows, used his Hair Sword to lacerate his arm. and the torso before violently finishing him by slashing his throat. The Ten died and disappeared releasing Yokai energy which dissipated)
Kitaro: It's over! (He recognized Enoko, who was the leader of the Bullies) You ...
Hitotsume-Kozo (1): Do you know this human?
Kitaro: Yes ... (he approached Enoko who, scared at first, becomes confused when Kitaro hugs him) I'm sorry for what's happening to you now. I was blinded by my own anger that I put you in this state.
Enoko: No, Re ... I mean, Kitaro ... It is I who should apologize. I called you a monster, humiliated you but I didn't think about the consequences (he looked at his legs) and this happened ...
Enoko's Mother: Kitaro, whatever my son did to you or what happened at the fun fair, he has changed. He's been trying to be a better person since the fun fair not long ago. I don't know what I would have done if you had killed him but you made the right choice to spare him.
Kitaro: It could have been my worst mistake if I had made it. Sadly, I don't think I'm ready to come back to live with humans. I have a new house with my real family in the Gegege forest.
