Inside the digital world, it is snowy and wet. Ferrel and his men arrive at the digital world to find a way out of there. Alex sees a volcano.
"Let's dial it up, no argument." ordered Ferrel.
They found several corpses.
"We got a corpse inside the digital world." said Shoutmon.
"The purgers must have infiltrated the digital world." said Ferrel.
"Maybe." said Sam.
"Alex, both men are alive." said Shoutmon. "We must get both men out of here."
One of the two men grasps Miss May in the wrist, before losing consciousness. At the embarkation room, Ferrel and his men return with both injured men.
"Captain Ham, we have found both men inside the digital world." said Ferrel.
"Where were they?" asked Captain Ham.
"Inside the volcanic area of the digital world. Impmon was there when they found purgers." said Ferrel.
At the briefing room, the discussion continues.
"You evacuated several people inside the digital world." said Captain Ham. "We determined the purgers exterminating several civilians except few."
"Captain Ham, the people who were extracted from the digital world want to speak with you, all of you." said the female soldier.
At the infirmary, Captain Ham goes to the extracted man with Ferrel and his men. A man is suffering from amnesia.
"What is this place?" said the man.
"Captain Ham and this is Alex and Shoutmon." said Captain Ham, introducing himself.
"We should thank you later." said Alex.
"So, what are Jaffa and the worm?" asked Captain Ham.
The man is resting. Ferrel and his men continue interrogating the man. Later, Captain Ham orders Miss May to have these men gone. At the embarkation room, Ferrel and Jack are fixing a miniature plane. At the tunnel, Miss May and Captain Ham are talking to the man who was extracted.
"I thought you escort this man to the room." said Captain Ham.
Outside, Miss May and the man walk together with Palmon in her hands.
"How's Terriermon?" asked Palmon.
"Good, he's inside with all of his friends." said Miss May.
The man is looking at both soldiers. They look concerned.
"You should go back." said Miss May.
At the embarkation room, the doctors start the plane. Ferrel and his men watch the plane going through the digital world.
"Cool." said Ferrel.
At the infirmary, Miss May and Jack are talking to a man who is recovering from an injury.
"Our final task is to close the billboard. So that no one can harm people." said the man.
At the briefing room, Ferrel and his men are discussing about how the men are doing.
"Our bottom line is to relocate both men somewhere." said Captain Ham. "Ferrel, Alex and Shoutmon take the men somewhere and keep them in check. Miss May, I want you and Jack to examine the digital world to see that they are no purgers inside. Sam and Pete, observe the embarkation room."
"Yes, sir." said Ferrel before getting up from the table.
At the infirmary, Jack and Captain Ham are taking the man to the observatory. Calumon is seen playing with Meicoomon and Impmon, who were summoned by Ferrel. Ferrel shows up in the observatory. Meicoomon is being put away. Impmon stays outside of Ferrel's DigiVice for a while longer. Impmon shows the cat to a man.
"He's with me." said Ferrel.
"Yes. Step right up." said the man.
The other man is recovered from an injury. Ferrel leaves the area with Impmon.
At the briefing room, Ferrel and Alex are reporting good news. Captain Ham shows up and warns the others that both men have escaped.
"Guys, the men who were recovered from the digital world have escaped." said Captain Ham.
"How is that possible?" asked Shoutmon.
Outside, Ferrel and his men summon Guilmon, Terriermon and Renamon to find several men recovered from the digital world.
"Hold it, Guilmon." ordered Ferrel.
The men are accompanied by several women. Back at the briefing room, Ferrel and his men introduce themselves to the people from previous missions.
"The land of light is an honor to serve you." said the man. "This is a world of life and eternity."
At the room, Miss May is talking to a man with a cat. Palmon is summoned. Later, Ferrel and his men are interrogating several men and women inside the same room.
"Every year we defeat several purgers and evacuated several civilians and refugees." said Miss May.
"Ferrel, Captain Ham wants to talk to you and Alex and Shoutmon." said the female soldier.
At the control room, they watch a video footage of the men escaping the room.
"Whoa, cool." said Ferrel.
"This is about the worms." said Alex.
Several suit-and-tie men are saluting in front of Captain Ham and Ferrel as well as his men.
"Do you have any reason why you are here, colonel?" asked Captain Ham.
"Didn't you get an advance?" asked the colonel.
At the briefing room, the colonel is given papers to Captain Ham.
"The program is paying off." said the colonel.
"These people have no rights." said Ferrel.
"I can't release them to you." said Captain Ham.
"What?" said the colonel.
"Why don't you ask them outside?" asked Captain Ham. "And this is your order."
Back at the room, Palmon and Miss May is talking to a man again. Captain Ham is talking on the phone while the colonel. Miss May and Ferrel are present. Captain Ham joins the discussion.
"I just hung up from the president and there are bad news." said Captain Ham. "The bad news is that we can't take any Digimon to the extraction point."
"Why?" asked Shoutmon.
"Because the men who were extracted are allergic to them." said Captain Ham.
Outside, Ferrel and his men are waiting inside the truck with Captain Ham. Inside, Jack interrogates several men and women who were extracted.
"Any places to go?" asked the man.
"No." replied Jack.
The man is given a hand to Jack. Jack goes to the unknown place with the man by going through a wall.
Outside, the man and Jack are on the field. Jack gives the coordinates to the man. At the control room, Miss May and Palmon, who was still summoned for a long time are using computers. The man shows up by going through a wall.
"How did you do that?" asked Palmon.
"I dunno. I come here to say goodbye." said the man.
"Why?" asked Miss May.
"Forget me and the heart beat." said Palmon.
The man gives the device through Miss May. Miss May touches the device and closes her eyes. The device activates. Jack shows up and warns Miss May about the refugees. At the room, Captain Ham is talking to a woman.
"Captain Ham, the refugees have disappeared." said the woman.
"What do you mean?" asked Captain Ham.
"It means it was poof." said the woman.
They hear sirens. Jack, Alex and Shoutmon are inside the embarkation room with several men and women. The billboard activates. They see a refugee.
"He's not in the military, colonel." said Ferrel.
The soldiers point the guns at the refugee. The refugee has powers. She makes the weapons disappear and the men before leaving the embarkation room.
"I guess… That settles it." said Captain Ham.
"They can reassure that the refugee is seductive." said Shoutmon.
"Shoutmon!" cried Alex.
"Sorry, Alex." said Shoutmon.
