"See, my beloved Champion does it again," the Grandmaster stood up in applause with the rest of the audience.

Loki knew that he made his brother lose on purpose. Those that lost paid up. It was a nice sum of units. Loki could use this as bribery to get off this place. He followed the rest of the group as they moved to the after party. The Grandmaster was surrounded by distinguished guests as they praised him for another interesting fight. Loki was about to head off when he was surrounded by women. They wanted to know how he felt about the current fight. Loki went with the flow.

Thor was being hauled off by guards. The Hulk was roaring and pounding his chest again.

"Hulk! Hulk! Hulk!" The crowds chanted his name.

He enjoyed their cheers. He sauntered around the ring before heading back through the giant doorways. He went back to his room, while the rest of the crowds were cheering and partying away.

"What do we do with him?" The guards paused with Thor in their hands.

The Hulk was near, he eyed the guards and inclined his head to follow him. The guards dragged Thor to Hulk's chambers. They placed him on the ground, while Hulk took off his battle gear. He rolled his eyes at the unconscious puny god. Staring at Thor made him remember the pretty red heads who treated him nice. Those pretty red heads, Hulk missed them.

After Hulk was resting, he had the nurses come attend him. The nurses made sure he was patched up before he let them attend to Thor. They blushed when Hulk got into his jacuzzi. He fell asleep like that for a while.

Thor opened his eyes, waking up in a new area. He scared the two nurses attending him away. Thor looked around to see that he was in a nicer room. It had a bed out of a skull, large furniture and cushions as if it was made for someone larger. He heard the soft bubbles of water. He turned around him to see the Hulk was relaxing in a jacuzzi. "Are we cool?" Thor was still leery about their relationship. He was still feeling the pain of their battle. Hulk grunts in agreement. "It's Hulk in a hot tub." He joked to himself. "How long have you been like that?"

"Like what?" Hulk was confused.

"Like this," Thor inclined to him. "Big, and green and stupid."

"Hulk always Hulk," he didn't like how Thor was talking to him. He watched Thor look out the window. There was some commotion out there but Hulk did not care.

"How'd you get here?" Thor turned back to him.

"Winning," Hulk spoke proudly.

"You mean cheating," Thor corrected him. "Were they wearing one of these when you won?" He showed his disk on his neck. "How'd you arrive here?"

"Quinjet," Hulk replied. He didn't care how he won, he won. End of story. He mimicked a plane with his hand in plummeted into the water.

"Yes," Thor watched him. "Where is the Quinjet now?" Hulk stood up from the water, he showed his proud glory. Thor stared straight at him. "That's naked. He's very naked. It's in my brain now."

Hulk pointed out the window Thor was looking out of recently. "Quinjet." There it was in the alien junkyard.

"Yes!" Thor smiled. "I'm getting us out of here. This is a terrible, awful place. You're gonna love Asgard. It's big. It's golden. Shiny." He tried to lure him.

Hulk drew a towel and sat upon his bed. He started to eat a pumpkin. "Hulk stay."

Thor could not let this happen. "No, no, no. My people need me to get back to Asgard. We must prevent Ragnarök."

"Rag-na-ruh?" Hulk tried to pronounce it.

"The prophesied death of my home world, the end of days, it's the end of," Thor stopped his plea when Hulk gave him a blank stare. "If you help me get back to Asgard, I can help you get back to Earth."

"Earth hate Hulk," he didn't want to go back to Earth. They treated him as the monster they saw.

"Earth loves Hulk," Thor persuaded. "They love you. You're of the Avengers. One of the team, one of our friends. This is what friends do. They support each other."

"You're Banner's friend," Hulk knew better. The only friends he had back there were the pretty redheads. They were friends with both Hulk and Banner.

"I'm not Banner's friend," Thor continued. "I prefer you."

"Banner's friend," Hulk repeated.

"I don't even like Banner," Thor was stretching it here. He needed Hulk on his side. "I'm into numbers and science and stuff." He tried to do an impersonation of Banner, but failed.

"Thor go, Hulk stay," Hulk was final in his say.

"Fine," Thor couldn't sway him. "Stay here. Stupid place. It's hideous, by the way. The red, the white. Just pick a color." Thor headed towards the exit.

"Smash you," Hulk wanted him to know who was superior.

"You didn't smash anything, I won that fight," Thor turned back to him.

"I smashed you," Hulk sneered.

"Yeah, sure, sure," Thor tried to ignore him.

"Baby arms," Hulk jabbed at him.

"What?" Thor asked.

"Baby," Hulk teased.

"Moron!" Thor refuted. "You big child." Thor headed to the open entrance. The Hulk watched in anticipation for what was going to happen next.

"Thor go!" Hulk kept at it.

"I am going," Thor kept walking before he froze by the jolts of electricity surging through him. There were sensors in the doorway.

Hulk started to laugh. It was fun, teasing the puny gods. "Thor go again!" He laughed. "Thor home." Thor rested against the wall, defeated. He was like this for a while. Hulk was stretching and eating then back to lounging. He hummed some melody. Hulk got dressed in some of his armor. He grabbed his battle axe and started to head out. "Hulk trains."

"That's great," Thor breathed. "Have fun."

Hulk met up with S142.

"Hey, big guy," she greeted him.

"Angry girl," he teased her.

"What have you been up to?" She faked fighting with him.

"Winning," he joined her.

The two headed away. Thor was too late on trying to get their attention. Hulk and S142 headed to a side room to spar. He had his own training room.

"You had him brought to your chambers," S142 noticed Thor was there.

"Pity," Hulk swung his axe around.

"You pity him?" She chuckled. "Why?" She got herself warmed up by stretching her arms and popping her neck.

"Pretty redheads will be sad," he muttered.

"Oh?" This was a first she heard about this. "You like women with red hair?"

"Two," Hulk corrected.

"Two ladies with red hair," she smiled. "You miss them?" She ran at him. He swung his axe. She jumped on it.

"Just one!" He growled. "One friend."

"Ah," S142 ducked as Hulk tried to smash her.

"One likes Banner!" He used his anger to try to squash S142. "One likes puny god!"

"Banner?" S142 ran up the wall and pushed off, trying to kick Hulk in his face. Hulk grabbed her and swung her down. She got out of his hold. His hand smashing into the floor.

"Other guy," Hulk huffed.

"Thor has a red head girlfriend?" S142 asked about the second red head.

Hulk shook his head. "Ha! Thor wishes!" S142 didn't understand that. He blocked himself from S142 charging at him. "Pretty red head likes trouble."

"She likes bad boys!" S142 laughed. "Is that why you like her?"

"Pretty red heads both dangerous," Hulk swung his axe. "Hulk likes danger. Hulk likes angry lady."

"You're such a charmer," S142 stopped his axe. The two kept battling it out.

Thor looks over to the window. He eyes the wormhole. If looking at it just right, there are some stars that can be seen twinkling on the other end of it. If Sigyn was not a statue anymore, he could probably send a message through thoughts but, he would need to make another alter. It was easier to reach a Valkyrior that way too. He hoped Heimdall could see him. That was his other lifeline.

"Heimdall, I know you can see me," Thor hoped this worked. "I need you to help me. Help me see."

Heimdall used his energy to connect with Thor. He did ask Sigyn for a boost of energy. Sigyn tried to help as much as she could. Thor found himself in Asgard. He could see Heimdall hiding in the shadows. Heimdall kept him quiet and gestured him to get up against the wall. Thor followed his lead. He saw Asgardian people. Hela's butchers crept through the street, but didn't see them. Both Heimdall and him paused. Heimdall turned to Thor. "I see you, but you are far away." He whispered. Him and Sigyn were connected. She agreed with him. She searched his mind for any clues that may help. She was happy to see Loki was fine as well.

"What's going on here?" Thor needed to know.

"Come see for yourself," Heimdall led the family behind them out of the alley and through the street. Thor followed but paused to see Asgard with a black aura of chaos. It was similar to his premonitions. Thor followed Heimdall into an alcove just in time as more butchers paroled the area. "I'm providing refuge in a stronghold built by out ancestors. But if the garrison falls our only escape is BiFrost."

"You're talking about evacuating Asgard?" Thor didn't know it was that bad.

"We won't last long if we stay," Heimdall warned him.

There are portals, Sigyn mentioned to Heimdall.

There are too many, it will be too slow, Heimdall had already thought about that. Thor was watching Asgard, his heart ached with pain seeing his beloved home in darkness. Have you notified the other realms?

Yes, Sigyn was caressing her stomach that contained her child. They are evacuating their people, while their armies are gathering in case she decides to attack again.

"She draws her power from Asgard and grows stronger every day," Heimdall continued. "Come on." He led the family down another safe pathway. "We need you."

"I'm working on it, but I don't even really know where the hell I am," Thor was at a loss.

There are so many ways to leave, Sigyn thought to Heimdall. He is a prisoner, however.

Two small squadrons of Hela's butchers arrive, spied Heimdall. "You're on a planet surrounded by doorways. Go through one," he ordered. He is Thor, he's been in worse conditions and made it out alive. He thought back to Sigyn.

"Which one?" Thor needed to know the right path back.

The giant one, Sigyn told Heimdall. She knew he had sensed there was danger. She tried to help him keep focus while Thor was talking to him.

"The big one!" Heimdall roared as he started to fight against the enemy.

Sigyn! Heimdall called to her. Did you see into his mind?

Yes! Sigyn was sitting a basin of warm water. Vali was playing in his crib. He is at the edge. Far, far away. I don't know if he will get here in time. He is wanting to get others to help him save Asgard. He will bring back warriors.

We must keep fighting to escape, Heimdall gritted his teeth. You are about to give birth any time soon. He reminded her.

It's fine, Sigyn did not need him to worry over her. Asgard's people comes first.

She couldn't hold back any longer. Her child was coming and it was coming now. She no longer connected her mind with anyone. She tried to focus on giving birth by herself. Sigyn wanted the help from her sisters but it could lead Hela to them. She didn't want anymore trouble. Sigyn gripped onto the basin as her body started to contract, pushing the child in her out. Sigyn gasped and groaned as she kept pushing. There was no one here to catch her child. Sigyn gritted through it but knew that a child was not going to hold back in any situation.

It was a few hours before Sigyn finally pushed her new baby all the way out. She was relieved but grabbed it out of the water. It was easier to birth this way, since the baby felt that it was in a bigger womb. She used her magic to get the fluid out of its mouth. She continued to clean and comfort her baby. It started to cry. She started to cry with it. Vali looked over to his mother and noticed another being next to her. Sigyn swathed her newest addition after she cut the umbilical cord. She wished Loki was here to greet their newest family member like last time. She wondered how he was fairing.

Thor was playing with the disk in his neck as he was thinking of what to do next. He needed to get out of here. Hulk came into the room. He stopped next to Thor to see what he was doing.

"Thor sad," Hulk could tell.

"Shut up," Thor rebutted.

Hulk hits Thor, trying to make him say what was wrong. "THOR SAD!"

Thor yells back in Hulk's face out of rage. He started to pace around. "I'm not sad, you idiot. I'm pissed off! Angry. I lost my father. I lost my hammer."

The sound of Hulk's fist hitting the pillow made him focus on him. Hulk stopped and stared at him. "Whining and crying. Cry like baby."

"You're not even listening," Thor ignored him. He kicked a helmet that was lying on the ground.

"Don't kick stuff," Hulk warned.

"You're being a really bad friend," Thor told him off.

"You bad friend!" Hulk put it back at him.

"You know what we call you?" Thor prodded.

"No," Hulk was a bit curious.

"We call you the stupid Avenger," Thor cursed at him.

"You're a tiny Avenger!" Hulk cursed him. He threw a shield that was close to decapitating Thor. He hoped that he was not called the stupid Avenger. He could not see the pretty red heads calling him that. Must be the others.

"What," Thor ducked. "Are you crazy!"

"Yes," Hulk huffed.

"You know what? Earth does hate you," Thor kept up the jabs.

This time Hulk did get sad. It was true. The Earth did hate him. He sauntered over to his bed to sulk. Thor didn't mean to go too far. He just wanted him to be on his side. Thor headed over to the Hulk.

"No," Hulk didn't want him.

"I'm sorry I said those things," Thor was sincere. "You're not the stupid Avenger. Nobody calls you the stupid Avenger."

"It's okay," Hulk brushed it off.

"You just can't go around throwing shields at people," Thor disciplined. "Could have killed me."

"I know," Hulk knew his faults. "I'm sorry. I just get so angry all the time. Hulk always, always angry." He couldn't help it. It's in his nature.

"I know," Thor agreed. "We're the same, you and I. We're just a couple of hot-headed fools."

Hulk agreed. "Yeah, same. Hulk like fire. Thor like water." Hulk remembered how Sigyn showed him her true form. He was dangerous like her.

"We're kind of both like fire," Thor disagreed.

"But Hulk like real fire," Hulk expressed. "Hulk like raging fire. Thor like smoldering fire."

"Hulk, I need you to do something for me," Thor ignored it. Hulk gave him a questioning look. "I need to speak with the woman who brought you here."

"Angry girl?" Hulk tilted his head to the side.

"Yes, yes, angry girl," Thor nodded.

"Why talk to angry girl?" Hulk questioned. "Need help trying to beat me?"

"No," Thor shook his head. "I won-anyways, anyways. I need to speak with angry girl. Please!"

"Okay, okay," Hulk sighed. "Angry girl will come tomorrow."

"Thank you!" Thor was relieved.

"Hulk have question," Hulk turned to Thor. "How are pretty red heads?"

"Pretty red heads?" Thor repeated. "Oh, you mean Natasha and Sigyn." Hulk nodded. "Natasha must miss you." Hulk pouted. Natasha missed Banner not Hulk. "Sigyn, well, Sigyn is okay."

"What wrong with her?" Hulk was worried.

Thor started to scratch the back of his head. "She's a-she's fine."

Hulk flared his nostrils. "Tell me!"

"Alright, alright," Thor conceded. "She's a statue."

Hulk blinked. "Statue?"

"Yes, she's safe, I hope," Thor sighed.

"She dead?" Hulk started to get teary eyed.

"No-no-no-no-no!" Thor tried to calm him down. "She's frozen. Just frozen."

"Frozen," Hulk looked down. "Sad. Why frozen?" He stared at Thor.

"She," Thor didn't know how to put this. "She. Hm. She had married my brother and our father didn't approve."

"Was she happy?" Hulk hoped she was.

"Yes, she was happy," Thor smiled. "I heard she made a lovely bride." Thor chuckled. He wished he was there to see it. "It was tragic to hear that my father separated them. Maybe it was for revenge that Loki placed him on Earth."

"Hulk want to see her," Hulk did miss her.

"I can arrange that," Thor agreed. "When we get to Asgard, I can free her. You just have to help that's all." Hulk nodded.

The two continued talking into some of the night. It was mostly Thor speaking but it was nice since Hulk wanted to know how the rest were doing.

In the morning, the two enacted their plan. Hulk was playing with a ball against the wall. It left dents in the wall. Two palace guards enter his suite with S142 behind them. Hulk stopped to see her. The guards left the two of them facing them together.

"Angry girl!" Hulk greeted. S142 came forward and gave him a big hug before roughhousing like they always do.

"What's going on?" S142 knew something was up. "What do you?" Hulk stepped away, to reveal Thor. Her playful attitude vanishes. She looks back to Hulk, annoyed. Hulk is sorry for this trap. "You're so thick-headed that you can't tell when someone's hiding all the way across the universe and wants to be left alone?" She spoke to Thor.

"We need to talk," Thor cut to the chase.

"No, you want to talk to me," S142 corrected him. S142 started to leave.

Thor turned to Hulk. "I need her to stay."

Hulk's bed was thrown at the exit, blocking S142 from leaving. She gave Hulk a menacing look and Hulk just snorted back. "Stay!" Hulk ordered. "Please?"

S142 used the disk to the max on Thor. Hulk went back to playing with his ball. S142 headed over to Hulk's bar and picked up an unopened bottle of liquor. Hulk snorted at her to choose something else. She found something cheaper.

"All right, here's the deal," S142 explained. "I'll listen to you till this is empty." She starts to chug.

"Asgard is in danger and people are dying," Thor hurried. "We need to get back there. I need your help." He watched her down it in record time. "Wow."

"Finished," S142 set down the bottle. "Bye." She started to leave.

"Odin is dead," Thor continued. S142 stopped. He took this chance to continue. "Hela, the Goddess of Death has invaded Asgard."

"If Hela's back then Asgard is already lost," S142 knew better.

"I'm going to stop her," Thor boasted.

"Alone?" S142 almost laughed.

"Nope," Thor denied. "I'm putting together a team. It's me, you, and the big guy."

"No team," Hulk interjected. "Only Hulk."

"It's me and you," Thor corrected.

"I think it's only you," S142 didn't want to hear anymore.

"Wait," Thor pleaded. "Just listen. The Valkyrie are legend, elite warriors of Asgard. You are sworn to defend the throne."

"I'm not getting dragged into another one of Odin's family squabbles," S142 stood her ground. You want the details, I'll let you know why I drink to numb the pain.

Thor was taken aback. "What's that supposed to mean?"

"Your sister," S142 explained out of annoyance. "Her power comes from Asgard, same as yours." The ball Hulk was playing came to her. She threw it. "When it grew beyond Odin's control, she massacred everyone in the palace and tried to seize the throne. When she tried to escape her banishment, he sent the Valkyrie in to fight her back. I only survived because," she started to remember the most painful memory. "Look, I already faced her once back when I believed in the throne, and it cost me everything. THAT's what's wrong with Asgard. The throne, the secrets, the whole golden sham." She didn't want to think about her past anymore.

Thor took this time to try to come closer to her. He placed his hand on her shoulder to try to comfort her. "I agree."

S142 snatched his hand away. "Don't get familiar." She warned him.

"I agree," Thor continued. "That's why I turned down the throne. But this isn't about the crown. This is about the people. They're dying and they're your people, too."

S142 shoved him away. Her people? No, she was just another tool for the throne. "Forget it. I have."

"Okay," Thor dropped it.

"Okay," S142 agreed but something was off.

"Good, great."

"Great."

"Thank you," Thor was genuine.

"For what?" She did not understand.

"For this," Thor revealed that he had taken the mechanism to his neck. "Didn't see that, did you?" He took off the disk from his neck. "There. That's better. You know, go ahead. Stay here and get drunk and enslave people for that lunatic. Keep drinking. Keep hiding. But me," Thor gestured Hulk to toss him the ball. He caught it. "I choose to run toward my problems and not away from them. Because that's what," he threw the ball to the main window but it bounced back and hit him right in the face! He stood back up. "Because that's what heroes do." He smashed through the window. Hulk followed suit.

"Friend stay," he told Thor. He didn't want Thor to get hurt. He needed to bring him back.

Thor heads off to find the Quinjet with Hulk right behind him.

S142 did not know what to think for the moment, either to laugh or to cry or to be indifferent. Hero. That was something she tried to bury. She was THE Valkyrie. She was a hero. Hero to all but that changed when Hela became greedy. She thought of herself a coward for she was the only one left of the legion. She couldn't go back to domain where the Valkyries lived. That she was the only survivor from the league that was sent out. That the most important person in her whole existence sacrificed her life. She was left with emptiness. Why should she go back to help, it was a family squabble and the family should be the ones to fix it?

Thor and Hulk were rampaging in the Quinjet. Somehow Hulk turned on the last video message. It was Natasha. Her voice seeped into his every fiber. This voice called Bruce Banner out of the depths of slumber. Hulk fought hard to stop the change but Bruce did not give up. Thor helped him recover but telling him the lullaby Natasha would. Things started to rush back all at once to Bruce. He looked over to Thor. "What happened to your hair?"

"Some creepy old man cut it off," Thor responded.

"It looks good," Bruce liked it.

"Thanks," Thor didn't know what to say.

"Where are we?" Bruce looked around. "How's Nat?"

"Nat is good," Thor lied. "I'm sure."

"And what about Sokovia?" Bruce was worried about all the destruction.

"Sokovia?" Thor was wondering why he would bring that up now.

"The city, Sokovia, did we save it?" Bruce needed to know.

"Banner, listen," Thor needed him to focus on the situation right now.

"What?" Bruce was ready.

"Sokovia, Ultron, that was two years ago," Thor told it to him straight.

"What are you saying? I've been Hulk for two years?" He couldn't believe it. No wonder why he felt groggy and a mess.

"I'm afraid so," Thor nodded.

"What the hell happened?"

"Banner, there's something you should know."

Bruce however goes to the flight console.

"Voice activation required." The Quinjet spoke.

"Banner."

"Welcome, strongest Avenger," it spoke back.

Thor was confused. "What?"

"Ship's log," Bruce ordered.

The two saw Hulk's flight record before hearing that there was a search party for Hulk and that Thor was the main culprit. The two headed out.
