Henry's POV
Henry was at The Wall again. But why? He was a governor! What do they want from him? Henry looked at the warden, Dmitri, dead in the eye. "You have ruined my reputation. I told you that you will regret everything, and you will." He said. By arresting him again? Oh come on, he could just escape again! No big deal! He remembers what else he could do from other timelines. "And if you are wondering, no, we are not going to put you in a prison cell. It will be much more than that." He said. Probably maximum security... Henry thought. "You will be experimented on, with some of the others we have decided to do so with, it is building my reputation again." Dmitri told him. He was going to be a test subject? Oh man, this wasn't good. How was he going to get out of this? It wouldn't be easy, thats for sure.
Ellie's POV
"Where did he go? He was safe last time we were here!" Ellie said. Charles shrugged. "I don't know.." He shook his head. "what if he's in trouble?" Charles' voice sounded a little broken, as if he were crying. "I know. I'm worried too, I have no clue where he went." Ellie admit. "Should we call the police?" Charles glanced up at her. Ellie thought for a moment. "Definitely." She nodded, pulling her phone out of her pocket.
Henry's POV
He was placed in this strange room, his hands cuffed again. This room had nothing on it, it was just an empty room. No guard, even. The door was just locked. Henry looked around, and noticed a girl with short, light brown hair next to him. She seemed like a normal person, maybe she knew her way around? Henry gently tapped her shoulder. "Hm? Someone there?" She turned to face Henry. Henry gasped when he saw her face. On her right eye, there was a white flower, with vines covered in thorns coming out of it. "Did I scare you? I'm sorry, I'm losing my sense of sight because of this darn flower." She'd say. "I'm Faith, or subject twenty-three. I don't remember my last name, though. I've been here for almost my whole life." Faith told Henry. Henry wished he could use sign language, but he couldn't because if the hand cuffs. "I'm Henry..." He hesitated. "Oh! Henry Stickmin, I'm assuming?" She asked. Henry nodded. She still seemed to be waiting for an answer. "Didja hear me?" She asked again. "Yes." Henry hesitated again. "Oh, okay. I guess you don't like to talk then, huh?" Faith said. "Tap the floor twice if 'Yes' and tap the floor once if 'No'." She'd say. "If that helps.. Does it?"
Henry tapped the floor with his cuffs twice. "Good!" She nodded. "Do you have any powers of special skills or anything? Thats why most people are brought here." Faith asked. Henry tapped the floor twice again. "I can see other timelines, a-and sometimes the future." He admit. "Woah, cool!" Faith said. "So you're a psychic?"
Henry supposed he could be thought of as a psychic. He tapped the floor two times with his hand cuffs. "My mother was a psychic." Faith looked away from Henry. "I miss her, but she was the one who made me trust Dmitri..." She almost growled. "I trusted him for years, then she turned me in just to become a test subject." She then sighed. "If I get the chance, I will tear Dmitri to shreds." The vine from her eye lashed a bit. Henry backed away a bit, not wanting to be cut by the thorns. "Sorry, it moves on it's own depending on my emotions sometimes." Faith told him as the thorny vine stopped lashing. "What subject number are you?" She'd ask. "Seventy-two." Henry answered. "Oh, okay." Faith nodded.
About fifteen minutes of silence went by, and then Henry and Faith heard the door unlock and open. "Subject seventy-two, come with us." Henry glanced up at the guard, who was also familiar. "Bye." Faith silently said to Henry as he stood. He didn't want to leave his friend in there, she seems friendly. However, she did have power over him, and could easily kill him with the vine of her's. This was a experiment facility, she could be insane, a psychopath, or just plain cruel. He wasn't going to trust anyone until he was sure that he could trust them. He had gotten into a laboratory of some sort, there were syringes everywhere. The guard who had brought him here said something in Russian to a lady that was in the lab, and she nodded. The guard left the room through a door. The lady walked up to him. She had long, black hair that was in a ponytail, probably to keep her hair from interfering with her work. She pulled on some gloves and put on a mask, grabbing a syringe. What was she going to do? Fill it with a strange chemical and use it on him? Or was she just going to sample his blood? Henry braced himself for whatever she was going to do. It wasn't that bad though, she just said;
"Hold still."
And got a blood sample. Henry sighed in relief as she took the syringe filled with blood and walked away. What was she going to do with it, though? He had no clue. She returned, no longer holding the syringe in her hand. She muttered something to herself in Russian that Henry couldn't translate. He didn't speak Russian. All he knew was english and sign language, but he hoped she didn't have bad intentions.
Ellie's POV
"What? He's gone missing?" Galeforce said. "Yeah, when me and Charles returned home, he was nowhere to be seen." Ellie shrugged. "I called the police, and they said we had to leave so they can investigate."
"Huh, thats wierd." Galeforce agreed. Ellie and Charles nodded. "You think he was kidnapped?"
Ellie and Charles exchanged glances. Charles then sighed. "Yeah, probably." Ellie admit. "Its probably my fault..." Charles said. "Charles, its not your fault!" Ellie said. "I have no idea what happened to him, but if he was kidnapped, I'm going to beat his kidnapper with a stop sign until they can't breathe!" Ellie spoke. "Ellie, thats really violent." Galeforce sighed. "I know. But they deserve it." Ellie admit. Charles hesitantly nodded. "I just hope he gets found soon. I miss him."
Henry's POV
The dark haired lady had done something on her computer, and walked over to a few jars, which looked as if they were filled with chemicals. She had a two syringes in her hand. Henry's stomach lurched. What was she doing? Was she going to inject one of those chemicals into him? He started to tremble with fear. Was she going to kill him? Probably not, but whatever she was up to, probably wasn't good for him. She filled the syringes with two different chemicals, one of them was in one, and the other was in the other. "This is not going to hurt." She said, placing a syringe down on a try next to her. She pushed the needle into Henry's arm, and then injected the liquid. Henry flinched, but it didn't hurt that much. She grabbed the second syringe, placing down the now empty first one next to it. She injected the second chemical into his arm. Henry winced on this one, it hurt a lot more. "Easy now, you're done." The scientist said. There were thin lines of blood trickling down his arm from where he had gotten the shots. He felt strange, and dizzy, like if he were going to pass out. Oh well, it was over. And maybe he got to go back and see Faith again.
