She woke with a start, nearly falling off the bed. Where-where am I? she wondered and looked around. The room was small and cozy, she couldn't see them but she could sense the colors. Pink, yellow, black. Beside the four postered bed there was a nightstand with an alarm clock on it. Though it was not set. Who am I? then the answer came, Amy Rose. She pulled back the covers and turned, so her feet were dangling over a pair of slippers that were by the bed. Slipping them on, Amy walked to the door. She hesated before turning it and walking into the hall.
Sonic was at Tail's house later that evening. "So," Tails asked, "did you find her?" Shaking his head the blue hedgehog sat down heavely on the couch. Tails face fell. "Oh," he said. Sonic looked wearily at the fox saying, "I saw Shadow." At this Tail's wrench fell to the ground. "What?!" he asked, exasperated, "Why was he at Amy's?" Sonic looked at his feet, "He-he was in debt to her." Tails stared, "What?" "He was in debt." The orange fox blinked, "Was? What does that mean?" The hedgehog looked his friend in the eyes, "Thats what I'm going to find out."
