One week has passed and just about everyone has arrived at the Highlands nearest airport, Inverness airport. "HEY EVERYONE!" Yelled Ash. "Hey!" "Hi!" "Heyyoooo" "Hello"" Hey Ash!"
Replied everyone one by one. "Where's Paul and Dawn , they said they'd be here by 2 two and its two thirty." He asked. "Paul sent me a text saying there flight got delayed because two people had caused massive damage to the plane on its last flight in a battle on it at midnight due to an argument about whether Snorlax or Galarian Slowking is heavier." Said Trip. "Couldn't they just have googled it?" Asked Iris. "Probably, but some people are off there nut." He replied. "That could have been really disturbing is someone was studying." Said Max disappointingly. "NO ONE STUDIES ON A PLANE MAX!" Yelled May in addition to a quick kick in the shin. "I do." he replied. "You would." Said May.
"When do you think they'll get here." Asked Ash. "They said just leave now and they'll be there by tomorrow." Trip said while looking at his phone. "I hope they make it alright." Ash said in a slightly quieter tone.
Now everyone is half way there and need something to eat BADLY. "Hey May, do you know if there's any good places to eat around here?" "Let me see." Said May while grabbing her phone. "How about somewhere with a nice view and some benches, that should give the restaurant a perfect setting and give the most delightful experience while eating there food." Said Cilan "I just cant wait to just sit down and have a nice packet of jellyfilled donuts." Said Brock in a relaxed tone. "BROCK YOU'VE HAD TOO MANY DONUTS IN YOUR LIFETIME IT'S TIME TO TRY SOMETHING NEW!" Yelled May a lot louder than she needed too. "If your looking for something new you should come to the Striaton resturaunt, you'll find plenty of unique and appealing things there." said Cilan "Some false-advertising eh Cilan?" laughed Iris. " No im just letting him know that if he wa- WAIT WHAT DO YOU MEAN FALSE ADVERTISING!" He said in a shocked tone "Heh heh" laughed Iris. "Good one." laughed Ash. "Apparently there's a 5 star cafe ahead that sells hot chocolate and all different kinds of soup like lentil, tomato, Minestrone, whatever kind you want." Said May after 3 minutes of intense googling. "OH YES, SOUP IS THE JACKPOT!" Yelled trip.
After 5 more minutes of walking they finally made it."Hi there what can I get you?" asked the Waitress. "We're all havng Lentil Soup." Quickly said Trip. "Got it." The Waitress said as they walked away. "Hey, you can't decide for us." Said Max. "Trust me, I know my soup, your gonna love it." Said Trip convincingly. "I thought Cilan was the one who was a connoisseur for every word in the English dictionary." Joked Iris "heh heh" laughed Ash. "Oh so I guess it's Cilan disappreciation day now." sulked Cilan. "Heh, listen, if I see an opportunity to make a joke, I gotta take it. That's just how I roll." She joked once again
20 minutes have passed and everyone is just about finished the Soup. " That was great, I just need to go to the toilet." Said Trip quickly as he got out of his chair. " The good old going to the toilet right before the bill comes trick, nice try buddy." Said Ash. "Hmph!" sulked Trip as he sat back down.
Mays thoughts:
It looks like all this holiday stuff has taken Ash's mind of things. Thats good, he's been handling things pretty well, alot better than I thought he would. Although maybe he's upset inside. I really hope I can find out what would make his friends do that. Actually, maybe I can ask Drew. He wouldn't lie to me, right?
