Erin ran her hands down her thighs one more time as she looked at her reflection in the mirror. The dove grey gandoura was probably the finest item of clothing that Spencer had purchased for her, and she had tried to do her makeup in a way that highlighted her eyes, knowing that it would keep Spencer's attention. Kissing at her reflection, she shook out her shoulders and smiled at her reflection before stepping out of the bathroom and finding her partner sitting on the bed, humming lowly. "Are you ready to head down, Spencer?"

He looked up at her quickly, giving her a wide smile as he looked her up and down, licking his lips unconsciously as he nodded. "Yes, Erin." Getting to his feet, he took hold of her hand and led her from the room. Surprisingly, there was no one in the hallway as they went down to the elevators, and she felt free enough to walk closer to him in that moment, knowing that as soon as they were home, she could be a little more free with her affection. "So, Dave told me the seating arrangements for the flight home. He didn't plan on this happening, and so he put you with Alex, in the hopes that you would work things out in the air if you hadn't beforehand. Are you going to be bothered by that?"

"No, we've already talked about that while we were in Marrakech, and I think that I'll like having Lex next to me for the journey home. Because eight hours next to someone that you can't escape can allow for a lot of talking. Or sleeping. It depends on how late we stay up tonight." They stepped into the elevator, once more alone, and after she had pressed the button for the lobby, she stepped closer to him once more, snaking her arm around his waist and resting her head on his chest as they went down. "I love this time that we've had here, and I'll be sorry to leave it behind, but the fact that I found you, and have rekindled my friendship with Lex? Makes me so happy. You'll have the afternoon and evening with me, may she have the flight?"

Spencer stroked her hair gently before tugging on a curl as they stepped out of the elevator and made their way over to the restaurant. "Of course, and I'll have more than just a night, you know. We'll share the weekend, and then you'll have your protection detail when I head out on a case. It's already been set up, there's nothing you can do to change that, no matter how you might try to wheedle your way out of it. Hotch and Rossi were very persuasive with the Director. Or so I heard."

Erin rolled her eyes a little, somewhat bothered by the fact that they had already made this decision for her, without consulting her, even if it was with her best interests in heart. "I still don't agree with this course of action. I can take care of myself."

"I know that, but I'd rather have an abundance of caution until we catch him, than leave your six unguarded. I know you're going to chafe at the overkill, but I want to have a future with you, and if Curtis is as murderous as he's been so far, I might not get that opportunity." They paused outside the restaurant, and he tugged on her hand until she looked at him. "Erin, I love you. I don't say those words lightly, and I mean it when I say that I want to spend time with you. If we're to make this relationship work, it needs to be give and take, and we need to find that balance. You need to trust me."

"I do. Do you think that I'd even be considering wanting to have a baby with you if I didn't trust you?" A small smile started to spread across his face, and she shrugged a little as she realized what she had said. "I do. Even if Tabitha is fifteen. Even if it will be hard."

"I'm not taking off my ring when we're home."

"I don't want to take mine off, either. We don't need a ceremony to know the truth that we share in our hearts." He nodded before leaning in and quickly kissing her cheek, taking hold of her hand once more as they entered the restaurant, quickly making their way over to the table reserved for them. Their seats that evening put them between Jennifer and David, so she chose to sit next to him, since they were the closer of the two choices. "Sorry we're a little late. I wanted to look my best."

"You look stunning, bella. Reid is a lucky man."

She gave him a tender look as she nodded, picking up her water and sipping at it. "Are there any menus?"

"I told the kitchen to make us a traditional feast, so there's no need to worry about ordering. Are you finally all packed?"

Erin chuckled as she nodded. "Yes, even if I had to purchase another bag. Though I wasn't the only one to do so."

"Blake mentioned that, yes. Jen, how about you? Did you have to get a new bag?"

"No. I just threw out some of the older clothes that I brought with me to make more room in what I had." She glanced over at Aaron, giving him a soft smile. "Hotch, here, had to get another bag. He tried to give the excuse that Jessica had asked for specific things to bring home, but I don't quite know how much I believe that." Erin pressed her hand to her lips as she tried not to laugh, noticing that Aaron was blushing beneath the tan he had developed while in Morocco.

"I have to make certain that I take care of Jessica," he said firmly, looking around the table. "She's been there for Jack and me when we lot Haley, and I couldn't do this job without her assistance. Maybe I did go a little overboard, but I don't think that there's a way that I could ever repay her for what she's done."

"She is a lovely woman, Aaron," she said softly, remembering the short interaction they had had at Haley's funeral. He gave her a ghost of a smile before nodding, and that emboldened her to speak a little more freely. "I wish that I had been able to speak with her more, then, but I watched the way she took care of Jack and you, and it made me want a sister."

"Well, it's a good thing that you finally feel comfortable with us, then. Because while it might not be blood, Jayje and I do make pretty good siblings to the rest of the team." Penelope gave her one of those mischievous smiles that Erin had come to adore, knowing that shenanigans were running through her brain. "I can only imagine the stories that you and Blake can tell us about all the times you got up to things. Somehow, I'm not quite ready to believe that the two of you were quite so by the book when you first started with the FBI."

"We were always perfect agents who never got into any trouble, Garcia. Anyone who might tell you otherwise is obviously lying," Alex replied, giving Erin a wink so quick that she almost missed it, and once more, she stifled a giggle, this time by taking a small sip of water. "However, we can both fill you in on stories about Gideon when we return home." Penelope nodded eagerly, which caused Erin to relax as she settled back in her chair and joined the conversation as it started to flow naturally around her.
