I do not own the Vampire Diaries or the CW. I read this again and I decided to continue it. I came up with Love is Blind long before Love is Blind. Really though is there a dating app that does not let you put a profile picture up? Let me know.
Damon had to keep his face in check. "She's fine, Jeremy."
"Wait, how do you know?" Jeremy said with his familiar puzzled look.
" I was playing pool and she walked in, she saw me and then walked out. She hates me that much."
"Can't blame her," Jeremy said. "Do you think that maybe she'll take me back?"
"No, she's not that dumb," Damon said.
"Wait, so which guy do you think she was going to meet? Jeremy said, scanning the place.
Damon spotted an elderly man typing on his cell phone. "Well she didn't leave because she saw me. I noticed her look at that guy," Damon said pointing to the man who was still texting, " and my vampiric hearing I heard her say Elena was right. It was some creepy old dude."
Jeremy made a disgusted face and took a deep breath. A smile spread over his face as he realized he still had a shot with Bonnie.
"Anyway I'm going home," Jeremy stated.
"Good. Go. I have important things to attend to." Damon said. He needed to think about how he was going to go about this situation with Bonnie. First of all it was confusing as all hell. She didn't know that he knew that it was her, and he had to continue to let on that he didn't know. This was definitely going to be fun.
Logging in to his dating profile he message his date.
Hey, why didn't you show?
Bonnie felt her phone vibrate and her eye got huge. Shit it was Damon. She had to pretend she didn't know.
Something came up. I know I should have told you but it was last minute. Her heart was beating so fast she was sure she wouldn't make it home.
Do you want to reschedule? Damon typed laughing. "Give me another round of bourbon."
Really? I mean if you are not upset. It was so shitty of me not to even let you know. Are you sure you still want to see me?
I'm a pretty forgiving dude. Yes it was shitty but I know things can come up. I'm not that upset. At first I was but you are great and I do want to meet you?
"Damn it," Bonnie said to herself. Sure what about next week Friday?
Yeah that's perfect.
I'm really sorry about tonight. Really, really sorry.
That's quite all right. I got to hang out with my friend. She was here to provide some comfort.
"What the actual fuck?" Bonnie thought. He actually called her friend.
That's good she typed. What is your friend like?
Damon was going to have fun with this.
First of all she's really short. Bonnie's eyes narrowed as he typed. She got to her door and went to sit on the couch.Really that's the first thing he decides to tell some complete stranger about me.
She didn't want to be my friend at first. I had to beg her for a truce. I can call her friend but who know what she says about me. She freaking holds these grudges and thinks she's better than me.
Well you must do something to get her all fired up?
I hurt her once and that was years ago.
She doesn't think she's better than you.
Oh, how would you know?
Women's intutition
You want to know what I think? I think she and Damon purposely stopped typing to see what she would do?
She what?
I think deep down in her little heart she really likes me. All girls like me. She just can't fess up. Anyway I meet her and I can't charm her, I can't fool her. She calls me out on my shit and doesn't forgive me easily. Things are so difficult with her and you know what? I like it. I like that she is not easy. She is not fooled by me. I actually have to work so hard for her attention and what we have works for both us. She's also the first girl in my hundred years of existence delete delete Damn I almost gave myself away there Damon said deleting hundred years of existence. She's the first girl in my life that has treated me that way. Her best friend forgives me so easily and I can charm her.
Bonnie read the whole thing and was blown away. "Damn right I call you out on your shit."
How do you feel that she makes you work so hard?
I pretend to hate it but really I like that she makes me self-reflect. She makes me want to be a better person and I do strive harder when in her presence.
This was too much. Damon had to tread carefully here. He ran a hand through his hair and huffed. Yes it was exciting. He was talking to Bonnie about Bonnie. And she didn't know that he knew it was her.
Bonnie was happy to see what Damon had typed, but Damon didn't know that Bonnie knew it was him so it had to stay that way.
So as they typed, pretending that neither knew of each other's identity they spilled their hearts out. It was so frustrating Damon thought that they could type this openly but when in person it's like a wall came up between them. It was tiring in all honesty. We could be something if she wasn't so fucking stubborn he thought as he typed. His fingers spoke for him as he typed to his judgey witch.
Bonnie's eyes started to blur. What the fuck was she going to cry for? Her period must be coming. That would explain why she was getting so emotional or it could be her witchy powers at play. Why was she all of a sudden sad? Was she yearning for some sort of relationship with Damon.
I have a friend too that is like that. Bonnie decided to change his gender. She's always making her eyes pop out. I'm really surprised they haven't. She also drinks Bourbon every day.
Hey she turned me into a she Damon thought. Typical Bonnie.
She thinks she funny but she's really not. She has quite the obsessive personality. Despite all that I really wish we had a better relationship.
Really? Why?
Because deep down I think she can be a good person, if she tried. I know she listens when I talk. I can see it when her eyes get big and crazed.
Damon was going to type something when the elderly man that was typing sat next to him.
"Give me a Bourbon, Sam,"
"Sure thing, Boss."
The bartender placed the bourbon and Damon nodded at him as the old man began to text. He was impressed with how well the elderly man typed.
The man paused for a moment and sighed. Damon took a sip of his bourbon.
"I'm so happy."
"Why is that?" Damon said grinning, gulping his bourbon.
"I'm here on this website called Kinder. I put a fake picture of myself as a hunky model but look who I scored."
Damon damn near broke his glass as he saw a picture of Elena pop up on the elderly man's phone.
To be continued and yes this can get confusing. Damon knows that it is Bonnie but he is pretending not to know. Bonnie knows it is Damon but is pretending she does not know it is him. Let's see where this takes us.
Anyway, I hope you enjoyed and if Bonnie and Damon made it in the prison world we can make it. Keep the peace and stay healthy.
