My name is Jarod, thats all I can say at this point. it is my duty as an investigative journalist to documentary the gruesome tale of this dark town, so here we go.
many people know of the sleepy town known as silent hill. but some don't know the dark history.
the town was first established in the early to late 17th centry when a group of settlers came to claim their own land. but none of the folks knew what the native American Indians did before hand.
before the English colony came to claim the land, the native colony conducted rituals in this sleepy town. rituals that seemed too bizarre that even i couldn't understand what they did.
in my investigation on the towns origin, it appears the natives used to call it "a place of silent spirits." the land also had its own witch trails during the colonization of the town, although it wasn't originally silent hill.
the area where silent hill was colonized was soon abandoned after an epidemic almost killed them. kind of similar to a similar case with the disappearance of the Roanoke colony, now that I think about it.
around the 1800s, the town was soon established as a peaceful town where many building such as the Brookhaven hospital, the Gillespie mining company, and most of all the Toluca prison were established.
the town would eventually become abandoned after some bizarre events begins to take place in the later years to come. and you all know where the story goes from here.
