Naruto woke up. He had a massive headache, but he assumed it was due to the extra... occupants. He wasn't in as much pain as before, but his arm was still gone, which lowered his spirits a bit. He was able to move at least. He stood up, and read a note that was on his bedside table.

'Hello, Mr Uzumaki,

This is your nurse. I would just like to let you know that you are recovered enough to leave the hospital. You have been asleep for two weeks, so make sure you get something to eat. A lot has changed in these last two weeks. Word of your heroics has spread fast, and now people crowd the Konoha gates in hopes to interview you. Kakashi is still the Hokage, so that's good. And finally, if you would like to talk about getting that arm of yours back, you should speak with Lady Tsunade. I hope you feel better!' The note read.

Two whole weeks? He had been asleep for that long? Guess he really needed it. He walked out of the hospital after being given some of his clothes. Definitely not the jumpsuit, though. That thing is long gone. Instead, he was wearing a white long-sleeved shirt and orange pants, with greenish shoes. The way the right sleeve just swayed in the wind was strange to the blonde. He walked out into the village, and people still stared, but it was no longer negative. Instead, people were cheering and clapping for him. Naruto was truly happy in those moments.

He suddenly remembered what the note said. 'Grandma Tsunade can fix my arm!' Naruto thought to himself. He began to run, but at a steady pace so he wouldn't be hurting himself too much. He went to the Hokage's office, where Kakashi was, sitting at the desk.

"N-Naruto? You're awake! Welcome back to Konoha!" Kakashi stated. Naruto felt weird seeing Kakashi not wearing his headband over his eye, but he could easily see the smile on his sensei's face. Naruto couldn't help but smile back.

"Thanks, Kakashi sensei. I was wondering if you knew where Grandma Tsunade is?" Naruto asked the silver-haired man.

"Oh, Tsunade is in the medical lab. Are you wanting your arm back already?" Kakashi joked.

"Thanks for the info, Kakashi sensei!" Naruto said, ignoring the joke, then running off to the medical lab.

He stopped in front of the door. It was the first time he's ever been to the medical lab. He stared at the large building for a bit, then went inside.

Tsunade greeted him.

"Welcome back to us, Naruto!" Tsunade said happily.

"Happy to be back." Naruto enthused.

"So, I'm assuming you're here because of the note I asked your nurse to leave?" Tsunade asked the blonde.

"Yep!" Naruto replied.

"Alright then. Come with me." Tsunade said and the two walked off.

Le time skipppppppp :

Naruto finished getting tested for the arm, so he went off to get some comfort food, aka Ichiraku Ramen. He saw the small establishment on the street like always and went in. The old man and his daughter were very happy to see their number one customer. Naruto sat down and was about to order when Ayame set a massive bowl down in front of the blonde. The bowl comprised of all toppings he loved, along with a fishcake. Naruto stared at the bowl in awe.

"For you, Mr Hero, on the house!' Ichiraku said with a brimming smile.

"Thank you so much!" Naruto yelled happily. He devoured the entire bowl extremely quickly.
