Back in Nick's room, after Kim and the boys left the room Tommy saw the rocking chair setting near the bed. Tommy set in it to see if rocking Nick would calm him down. Tommy started to think about how he woke up married to Kim with four sons. This was always what he wanted ever since he first met her on his first day of school at his new school in Angel Grove. He just hopes that he can still have this life that he must be dreaming about. If it's a dream he never wants to wake up from it because what if with Kim being in Florida, he might not get this life.
Tommy wish that Kim had stayed and not gone. Then Kim would still be the pink ranger not Kat. Even though she is an ok ranger, but she was on Kim who is his pink princess.
Tommy was then snapped out of his thoughts by a little whisper from Nick who was slowly calm down enough to talk about what had scared him. Tommy looked down at Nick who was playing with his phoenix pajama top with a sad look on his face.
"How is my little red phoenix ranger doing now." "Me doing ok daddy me just had bad dream of bad lady come to get me again. She sai you and mommy no lov me and giv me away." "We love you very much and no we are not going to give you away. I'm not going to let anyone hurt you." "But bad lady sai that you love her not us." Nick said as he started to cry again.
"No that not true little guy," said Tommy as he picked up Nick's blanket and phoenix from the bed and gave them back to Nick.
"Daddy me slee with you and mommy pleas no want to be alone." "Ok let's go to mom and my room," said Tommy as he got up from the rocking chair to head to his and Kimberly's bedroom.
As Tommy was carrying Nick to their room, he saw Kim coming out of one of the rooms. "Tommy how is Nick doing and are you getting sick." "I'm ok but Nick is scared that the bad lady will get
him again," said Tommy. He saw that Kim had tears in her eyes, so Tommy pulled Kim into a hug.
As Kim cried into Tommy's shoulder and said, "I hate Kat for what she's done to our family and still doing by Nick having nightmares. First she had the nerve to steal my letter that I sent you about my pregnancy. Then to send us both a breakup letter so that she could get you to date her. Then she goes and kidnapped Nick now twice," said Kim.
Tommy pulled Kim back into a hug then they heard a whisper come from Nick, so they looked at him and saw that he was still asleep and sucking on his thumb.
"Let's get this little guy back to bed before the boys wake up again wanting to open presents," said Tommy as he led Kim into bedroom. As they got back in bed Kim said, "I love you handsome." "love you too beautiful."
As soon as Tommy's head hit the pillow, he starts to thank about everything that he learned about since he woke up. He looked back on the last few months after Kim left. Kat has been trying to get him to go to the movies with her and her trying to kiss him on the mouth. Tommy looked over at his family seeing them asleep he closed his eyes and fell asleep.
