Carly turned to walk out, and bumped into Jason- literally. "I thought I told you I'd meet you at the front desk?" Carly asked, raising an eyebrow. Jason shushed her, and grabbed both he hands to examine her face. He wanted to make sure she wasn't hurt. Seeing that she was physically okay, he let out a breath that he had been holding in.
Wordlessly, he dropped one of her hands, and led her out of the hospital and to his truck. He waited until they were a good ways away from the hospital before he spoke. "Carly, what was that about? You slung the door open, your breathing was very labored, then like a bat out of hell, you flew to your mother's office just to ask her to keep the kids tonight. What the hell happened? " Jason questioned.
Carly was silent for a moment. "I just wanted a break, ya know? I just need to relax tonight." Carly lied. Jason opened his mouth to speak, but Carly stopped him. "Please, I don't want to talk about it anymore. I know what I'm doing Jase." Carly informed him. Jason sighed but nodded. "So what were we supposed to talk about later? Well, it's later now. " He pointed out, changing the subject.
Carly sighed. "You know how Jax and I are temporarily seperated? " Jason nodded. "Well, he came over last night, we were gonna talk things out and talk about getting back together and trying again." Carly said. Jason shrugged. "And? " He asked, wondering what the point to this was. "I told him about how I was feeling, and that I was seeing a therapist, because he didn't know. " Carly paused to take a shaky breath.
"I told him I was thinking about not seeing him anymore, and just dealing with it on my own." She told him. Jason started to speak, but she held her hand up to stop him, indicating that there was more. "He called me unstable and said that was a bad idea. Then he demanded a divorce. He's going to try for full custody of Josselyn if I don't continue to get help. "
