Hello, bois. What arrrrrrrrrrre you dOiNg?

"Louie-tan! Hakkun!" Wataru's loud call woke Kohaku up from Dreamland.

There was a thud, followed by Wataru peeking in through the half closed door. His brown eyes finds Kohaku's blue ones.

"Onee-chan made dumplings! Come on," Wataru manages to squeeze pass the door and was now poking at Louis. "Louie-tan," Wataru sings, poking Louis' sides.

"He's not ticklish, Wataru," Kohaku snickers, before tickling Wataru, making the boy squeal. "Unlike you."

Wataru swats his hand away, giggling as he runs out of the room.

Kohaku scratches Louis' cheek gently, "Wake up darling."

Call Kohaku corny, but after such a sleep it was natural for him to be cheery. Ignore his arm cramp by the way, he had his ways.

Louis groans, planting his face deeper into Kohaku's chest.

"Louis."

No response.

"I'll carry you downstairs."

He hugs him tighter, just enough to immobilise him.

"Everyone's going to make fun of you- Louis!" Kohaku jolts when Louis' teeth grazes his clothed skin. "Did you just bite me?"

Louis' head slowly turns up to him, and with bleary eyes and the cutest voice ever he says, "Yes I did."

Aw, he's like a cat. How dare he bite him, he's going to cuddle the shit out of him.

But not now, because Kohaku's stomach was protesting hard, and dinner was just two flights of stairs away.

"Cheeky brat," Kohaku chuckles, taking ahold of Louis' wrist and pulling it off him. Louis fell beside him with a small oof.

"I'll eat your share," he declares, before running off as slowly as possible. Kohaku halts, turning back to see if his words has finally pushed pass Louis' thick skull.

The man lazily sits up, adjusting his shirt so he would at least look modest. When it kept slipping down his shoulder, Louis huffs and decides to ignore it, moving to stand.

"You're very food motivated," Kohaku said out loud, although Louis ignored him.

Taking his own sweet time to stretch, Louis eventually tugs himself off the bed, walking sluggishly towards Kohaku.

Wataru seemed surprised to see them in the hallway, dragging an equally bleary-eyed Yuusuke behind him. They wordlessly walk down to the dining room and took a seat after greeting their siblings.

Masaomi insisted on a movie night, which meant everyone had to gather around the living room and crow over what movie they want to watch.

Some suggested Disney movies, while some other wanted horror movies and even biographies— Screw you Ukyo, no one wants to watch biographies on a movie night.

In the end, they let Ema pick, since she was their dearest (and newest) sister. Kohaku knew it would be fun when she picked a dark children's movie that was (surprise surprise) Coraline.

It was a classic, very spooky and had given Kohaku nightmares in few occasions.

Everyone was silent when it started, the smooth humming of the other mother as needle-like fingers start to stitch up the doll to look just like the protagonist, accompanied by bored crunching of chips.

Louis lays his head on his shoulder. They were the only two that had watched this movie before, back when Kohaku just found out what illegal downloading was. They had scared themselves silly and Louis came to his room for weeks under the excuse of needing homework guidance.

It wasn't untill the other mother wanted the protagonist to let her sew buttons into her eyes that everyone started to tense up.

"What's going to happen?" Wataru asked shakily, as the protagonist refused and went up to her room to try and escape this twisted dimension.

Kohaku wanted to spoiled the entire thing, but for his youngest brother's sake, he decided to keep his mouth shut.

Wataru squealed when the now deformed other mother drags the protagonist by the nose and pushes her into the mirror. The protagonist then met with three ghosts that were the other mother's previous victims, who explains everything in a poetic fashion.

"I don't remember what is going to happen next," Louis whispered just so only Kohaku can hear. "It's been a while since we've seen this, hasn't it?"

"Yeah, I only remember that you were scared to tears."

He chuckled when Louis pinches his arm lightly. He was so cute, although his face doesn't show it, Louis was embarrassed through and through.

It was heartbreaking when the protagonist's parents were found inside a mirror with no escape, and she needed to play a game with the other mother to save her parents. It was touching when the other father sacrificed his life to give her the first eye.

Everyone jumped when the twisted Miss Spink and Forcible, with their melted faced and dead button eyes, hissed at the protagonist.

"Thief! Thief! Give it back!"

Louis' grip on his arm tightens a little, signalling that he was scared, Kohaku squeezed right back. It was like they're in their own bubble, just the two of them.

"Ah, I remember this. This was what traumatized me," Louis giggled into his shoulder.

"I thought every one of them traumatized you," Kohaku teased. "You especially hated Mr. Bobinsky— you called him the creepy rat man."

"You seem to remember a lot."

"How can I not remember a lot about my favourite younger brother?" And Kohaku meant it. He remembers every little detail about Louis, like how he was really obsessed with polkadot patterns, his favourite colours were pastels and he really liked small animals.

"You're making me blush, Kohaku-nii-san."

They were interrupted by shrieks when the whole balcony fell, sending the protagonist to the ground and causing her to lose the game. But all hope wasn't lost as it turns out the talking cat was there to help.

"Rats," Louis visibly grimaced.

"You really hate rats, huh?"

"I don't like it when they look like that, too devious."

Kohaku stifled a laugh. He laid his head on top on Louis', watching as the world the protagonist was in started to unravel like a stage set and shatter into nothingness.

"The other mother looks scary!" Wataru whined into Masaomi's arm when she coughed up the key from her bony throat.

"I can never understand how she swallowed that," Kohaku muttered.

While Masaomi was busy comforting their little brother, Kohaku took a sneaky glance at Louis. He seemed interested in the movie, despite the fact they've already seen it on Kohaku's crappy PC and his busted speakers.

There was an annoyed groan when Fuuto realized Yuusuke had eaten all the chips they were supposed to share. "You didn't save some for me, baka Yuusuke?"

"I didn't even know you wanted some!"

Kohaku clicked his tongue. "Oi, stop fighting, kiddies! I'm sure we have plenty of chips laying around the house."

The other mother's maniacal cackles didn't budge Kohaku.

"Oh, if you want," Louis starts to rise from his seat. "I can take some chips out of Kohaku-nii-san's stash."

This did budge Kohaku. He gasped dramatically, "Louis, I let you eat some as well!"

"We all know that you do not," Louis was already carefully stepping his way out from the huddled up bodies on the floor.

"Louis, don't take another step."

Louis was already out of the huddle and at the bottom of the stairs. "No." He sprinted up the stairs like a serial killer.

Kohaku yelled and immediately rose to follow, nearly tripping over Subaru's (long) outstretched legs to chase after his younger brother. No one had the right to touch his salt and vinegar chips— not even his seriously cute younger brother that he really wants to kiss!

Kohaku just made a turn when he found Louis giggling like a furby by the stairs, crouching down like he was hiding.

"You," Kohaku was heaving, he hasn't run up the stairs this fast his entire life. "Don't touch my salt and vinegar chips."

Louis smiled sweetly, something Kohaku really adored. "I'm not planning to do that. I was bored of the movie," he explained. "And I also wanted some honey butter chips."

"We caused a scene back there."

"Not the biggest one, that's for sure. Now we just have to take the chips Masaomi-nii-san leaves in his bedroom and pretend it's from your stash."

"Devious. I like it."

Kohaku was sure Masaomi wouldn't mind.

They just want chips. Also the movie's name is Coraline.
