Sirens broke the early morning air as residents raced out of their homes and looked down the streets to see patrol cars and ambulances racing towards the woods. Without hesitation, Star ran from her parents and down the street as she took her phone out and texted her friends, "No time to explain, meet me by the entrance of the forest," sending the message, she gripped her phone and narrowed her eyes as she continued to run down the street.

The four friends meet by the entrance of the forest where they saw several police officers behind yellow tape, surrounding a body bag as they talked to each other in a hushed tone. Star looked up at her friends and saw panic-stricken looks crossing their faces and she frowned, "What? Do you know something?"

"This is where we met Marco," Ashley answered, barely above a whisper, "This…this is just…just circumstances…he wouldn't do-"

"Don't be so sure," Brittney sighed and shook his head, "We don't know anything about the idiot outside of his name and the fact that he survived that drop somehow an-"

"What are you girls doing?" looking back, their eyes widened when they saw their parents walking past the crowd and over to them. Standing in front of their daughters, Ashley's mother, Melissa spoke as she crossed her arms, "Do you have any idea how dangerous this is? What if someone had a gun? You girls could've been killed!"

The adults looked up and Ashley's father, James, spoke, "What in the hell happened here? Did a gas line explode or something?"

"N-not really," Sabrina spoke and the adults looked at her, "Nothing like that happened,"

"Oh," her mother, Christina arched a brow, "And you girls know what happened?" the four fell silent as they looked away, "Sabrina, what happened here?"

The girls remained silent as Sabrina's father, Daniel, sighed and shook his head, "Either way, we should leave before something else happens," he looked up with narrowed eyes, "Whatever happened here will most likely be on the news later. We'll find out then," the four families turned and walked away in silence as the four girls looked around with narrowed eyes.

The four friends sat outside of the Dingley house, confused and angered looks crossing their faces, "We can't be certain he was involved an-"

"And we can't be certain he wasn't involved," Brittney sighed and shook her head as Star looked up at her in confusion, "You weren't there last night. After Sabrina gave him his stupid necklace, he introduced himself, said that he owed Sabrina for finding his necklace and then sent us home. He was still in the hole when we left him last night,"

Star inhaled slowly as Sabrina frowned, "It doesn't mean he did it though…I mean yeah, he was a bit of an ass when I found that necklace, but…he doesn't seem like the type of guy who would just…up and kill someone for no real reason an-"

"He survived a massive drop, we don't know anything about him outside of his name and that that necklace he was looking for is apparently important to him," Ashley hissed and narrowed her eyes, "He could be dangerous, but at the same time, he could be harmless an-"

"Who are you girls talking about?" they looked up and saw their parents standing by the front door, looking down at them with concerning looks crossing their faces before Jeri frowned and arched a brow, "Is it that Marco boy you told us about last night, Brittney?"

The other parents looked at her in confusion as Brittney took a deep breath and shook her head, "We can't say if he was involved or not, only because when we left him last night, he was in that crater. We have no idea where he ran off to, or if he went home or what he did. For all we know, he could've just went home and whatever happened after that is completely-"

"Who is this Marco?" Moon questioned and the four looked up before the blue-haired woman looked down at her daughter with a stern look crossing her face, "Star, who is this Marco boy?"

Star looked up and frowned before taking a deep breath ad shook her head, "He's…he's someone who fell from the sky," the adults stared at her in confusion, "He's the one who crated that crater and…anyway…we don't know much about him other than he's obviously extraordinary because after he fell, he got up and brushed it off like it was nothing and ran to the forest,"

"Uh…sweetheart, are you sure you did-"

"We all saw it," Sabrina sighed and crossed her arms, "He wouldn't tell us anything at first and just ran off before we walked away. After me, Ashley and Brittney went home last night, we ran into him again and he was looking for a necklace. After I found it, he snatched it away…he thanked me, introduced himself and saw he owed me for finding it for him before telling us to go home,"

"Wait, he made you girls walk home instead of offering to walk you home instead?" her mother said annoyed, "What the hell kind of…what is wrong with him an-"

"We don't know!" Brittney snapped in annoyance and everyone looked at the Asian diva, "All we know is his name and that stupid necklace is important to him. Like mom said, it could be a precious family heirloom, but we don't know, but he obviously didn't want to talk about it…the only thing we know outside of that necklace and his name is he ran to the forest the first time we approached him."

The air between the four friends and their parents before James sighed and walked down the drive, "Well, let's go," the four looked at him in confusion as the other parents, "You girls said he ran towards the forest the first time you saw him, so he's most likely still there. Now let's go," the girls looked at each other before they stood up and followed their parents in silence.

Well, this was…something, I guess. Please enjoy.
