Youthintruth: Good to know.

Marco sat in the principal's office, an annoyed look crossing his face before he quickly glanced down at the ring on his left middle finger, "The Brass Ring of Humility…the Ranked Owl will be coming soon to give me my demon ranking an-"

"Mr. Marco, there is no talking while you're in my office," the principal warned and Marco looked up with narrowed eyes, "I've already contacted Miss Butterfly's parents and they will be here shortly, but while we wait, I'd like to know what exactly was going on in your head. What possessed you to attack your classmates like that?"

"What? We were just playing something called dodgeball and after picking up the basic concept on the game, I played by the rules an-"

"You sent three students to the nurse's office with mild concussions, another student had to go the hospital with a possible broken arm and one is so traumatized from your little show that we had no choice but to send him home for the day." The principal sighed and shook his head, "How can you not know how to play dodgeball? It's a student's primary game of physical education. Yes, the object of the game is to get your opponents out before they get you out but sending students to the hospital isn't something that can be overlooked.

So we're suspending you for the rest of the day and all of tomorrow so you can reflect on what you've done." The principal stood up and began walking towards the door. Looking over his shoulder, the short man frowned and shook his head, "I hope you'll take that time to realize what you've done, Mr. Marco, it'll be a real shame if you get expelled and it goes on your permanent record," Marco growled under his breath as he looked away and the principal walked out of the room.

"Stupid human," Marco shook his head as he heard the latch catch, "It's not my fault these humans can't handle a little pain. I was playing the game and I get in trouble for-"

"Marco," he looked back to see Star, Sabrina, Ashley and Brittney sneaking into the office. Walking up to him, Star frowned and shook her head, "What are you doing in here? Did you get into trouble?"

Marco sighed as he stood up and began pacing the room, "We were playing something called dodgeball in that P.E. class and…apparently I wasn't allowed to send a few students to the nurse or one to the hospital," the four stared at the hybrid with wide eyes, "I picked up the game easily, hit your opponent with the ball, get them out, win, so why am I in trouble?"

"You…you really don't see the problem with any of that, do you?" Brittney arched a brow and Marco looked at the Asian deva in confusion, "Okay, then I guess we'll explain it. Yes, it's true the goal of dodgeball is to get your opponent before they get you, but us humans don't posse the strength or skill of a demon or an angel. We don't throw the ball with everything we've got; we hold back so we don't accidently hurt someone…they didn't tell you that before starting the game?" Marco shook his head, "What did they tell you?"

"If you're hit by the ball while it's live, you're out, if you catch it while it's live, the person who threw it is out and one of your teammates can join back in, if you cross the line, you're out…that's about it,"

"And we can't tell them what you are without sounding crazy," Ashley took a deep breath and crossed her arms, "So…what's your punishment?"

"They called Star's parents…apparently I'm…suspended for the rest of the day and all of tomorrow…whatever that means."

"It means you can't come to school until your suspensions over," Sabrina answered, "It could've been worse…they could've expelled you," Marco looked at her and tilted his head to the side in confusion, "It means you won't be able to return to this school ever. It won't look good on your permanent record either," Marco sighed and shook his head as the sound of the bell assaulted their eardrums, "Well, we'll see you when school lets out…don't do anything that'll get you into anymore trouble," Marco hummed and nodded as he watched as the four of them turned and walked out of the room, closing the door behind them.

Marco at in the passenger seat while River drove down the street in silence. Coming to a stoplight, the short man sighed before looking up at Marco, "So…are you going to try and tell me you didn't do it or something?"

"No, I did, we played dodgeball and I ended up sending a couple of students to the nurse, one to the hospital and one had to go home early…not my fault they didn't fully explain the game to me," River took a deep breath as Marco stretched and smirked, "But I got rid of some aggression that I didn't even know I had, so…small price to pay,"

"If you say so, but to avoid this from happening again, Henry, James, Daniel and I are going to teach you how to play sports without injuring the other students," Marco sighed, "It's either that or you continue to injure your classmates and eventually end up getting into some serious trouble,"

Marco hummed as the car began moving again, "From the way the principal spoke, Moon and I thought that someone had seen the roots to your wings. You told the girls that the only time that an angel or demon exposes the roots of their wings is if they're being sincere and respectful, correct?"

"That's right, and trust me, there would've been casualties if anyone had seen them," Marco inhaled slowly and shook his head as River quickly glanced over to him before looking ahead, "Like I told them, my roots are embarrassing and I won't let anyone see them no matter what. I know I said my angel side will prevent people from getting hurt if possible, but once someone sees my roots…I'm going to end up killing them without hesitation,"

"Well, we'll have to keep that in mind then, won't we?" Marco hummed and looked out the window and watched as the scenery passed by, "And just so you know, boy, none of us are going to hold this against you. You were unaware of the rules of dodgeball and being in captivity for your entire life doesn't help either, and that's while Henry, James, Daniel and I are going to teach you how to play sports. We'll start today,"

"Great," Marco rolled his eyes as the rest of the car ride fell into silence.

The two stepped into the living room where a three-eyed owl landed on the arm of the couch and stared up at Marco. Moon slowly crept up behind the bird, broom tightly in hand when Marco spoke, "Don't," the two adults looked at the hybrid in confusion, "This is the Ranked Owl," the owl puffed out its chest, revealing a small pouch and Marco took a deep breath before reaching in with his right hand.

The owl let out a horrific screech before flying out of the door. The three looked at Marco's right hand and saw a solid gold ring around his right middle finger and Marco's eyes widened, "And now I've got the Golden Ring of Solomon? What the actual hell is going on with these birds and given me these-" before he could finish, a bright light and an intense heat filled the air and the three looked back to see a heavenly light and a wall of fire in the middle of the room as Marco's eyes widened even more when he spotted a figure emerging from the light and another figure emerging from the fire.

Well…please enjoy.
