Leo could only watch as his brothers trained with the guidance of their Master Splinter, hidden by a dark area. Mikey, Donnie, and Raph, all did really made good progress that that the blue clad turtle couldn't help, but feel amazed and prideful despite the uncertain face that no one could see, he was making.

"Hey watch it?!" Raph said, heated as ever, even now as he and the two youngest turtles stood in the middle of a make-shift pendulum dummies, tied to a rope and ceiling that swayed a bit.

"Me? You're jumped into me?" Donnie replied looking as if their brother in red was already wearing down on his patience.

"Hey, would you two stop bickering and get your butts moving?!" Mikey spoke up, glaring the hot head.

"Or what, you're going to tell us what to do just like he always did?"

The blue clad turtle couldn't help, but also scowl at Raphael like he was doing back at Mikey. Forced to watch brothers fight with each other, made him questioned if this what it felt like for his younger brothers when he was still there.

"Leo died protecting us from the Purple Dragons Raph!"

"He was too afraid to let the them go!"

"No he wasn't Raph, I was there. He wanted us to go with out him."

"Yeah, now you're acting just like him. A silly hero."

"I just want to keep what's left of our family safe."

The ex-leader saw his youngest brother standing in front of their red clad brother, scowling at him. He couldn't really blame him, Raph was getting to him too.

"Face it, Mikey you're turning into second Leo."

It was at this moment Leo's eyes widen. Raph was right. Mikey was turning into another him.

"Look, I 'm just trying to do my part so you guys don't your shells handed to you!

The turtle in orange stared for a for a second, before blinking and getting a surprised look on his face.

"You know what I don't need to take this. I 'm out of here!"

Leo watched Mikey stormed out and Raph going some where else while Donnie looked like he failed at a test. He ran after his little brother, knowing full well, where the youngest turtle was going.

Mikey made it to the park. Walking, only shivering a bit, making his way deeper in a wooden area that had lost a chunk of their leaves until he came across an all too familiar place.

There was a stone with some flowers laying in front it.

"Guess someone was ready hear?"

He walked up to stone. "Hey bro, sorry to drop in and all," The turtle in orange said as he knelt down. "but just needed to talk. You see Raph's being a pain my shell again."

"Tell me about it?" A familiar voice popped up.

Mikey's eyes went wide. As he turned and looked behind saw the turtle he never thought he ever see again.

"Leo!" Mikey said regaining a brighter smile. "You're back! I-I-"

"I 'm not Mikey. Well, kind of."

"What do you mean. Of course you're back. You-" Mikey grabbed brother's hand, his went right through his brother's wrist. "I see. You're a ghost now, huh?"

"Yeah." Leo said frowning.

"Figures. It looks like the turtle luck is working true to from, huh?"

"We could still talk?" Leo suggested.

Mikey looked to his side. As he closed his eyes he felt his brother hand on his shoulder though no heat. He soon look back at Leo's serious face bursting with confdence that that made him wished he had right now.

"Listen Mikey, You're not going to be like me."

The ninja in orange let out a sighed, hanging his head down. "I don't know, Leo, I can act just like you. Even I remind myself of you."

"I have seen when you are be yourself that you still like to have fun."

"Well yeah, being serious all the time can be a big pain."

At that moment, he raised his brows and gained back his typical happy grin while saying "Oh. You mean to have fun whenever I can and things gets serious then I can take charge? Almost like that blue hedgehog and his fox companion?"

"Yeah." Leo uttered with a smile.

Mikey chuckled a little before saying "Thanks Leo for talking with me."

"Anytime."

"Mikey?" Called out another familiar voice that will make people think 'speak of the devil'.

Looking behind his ghost brother, Mikey saw that he wasn't hearing things, his other Raphael running towards him and he with Donnie following behind.

"Oh, hey Raph."

"Listen Mikey, I 'am sorry about the things I said. I was trying to think about him."

"It's alright. Though you could always by me some candy apples? It is Halloween after all."

"Done."

"Hey Leo-huh?" Mikey said as he turned and looking around, but his blue clad brother was no where to seen.

"What's the matter Mikey?" Donnie asked him.

"It's Leo," He replied. "I saw his spirit right here."

"You saw Leo's spirit?"

"Yeah, he was just here."

"Then why can't we see him?" Raph questioned, crossing arms.

"Maybe, he's out to lunch?" Mikey guessed in a bit failed attempt a humor.

"What ghosts don't eat Mikey." Raph stated. "Agh, Leo, come out and see us?!"

After a tad of no reply, Donnie said. "Guess he's gone?"

"Figures, he's way too scared to come and see us."

"Well, we should get going?"

Leo watched in the distanced as his brothers head off with Mikey hanging his head. He struggled not to give out his location, however he couldn't let brothers go on with disappointed faces.

He rushed over until he was looking at their backs. He was going to call for them, but his youngest brother beat him to it.

He stood there, while Mikey gathered the attention of their brothers. "Hey guys, you see I told you, he was here?"

Leo now saw his two other brothers staring back at him.

"Leo?" Donnie questioned.

"Ah, Leo!" Raph uttered with widen eyes.

With a smile, figuring he gave them, something at least, he ran off in to the distance and behind a tree. He turned to see his brothers had followed him. He could hear them most likely because they were so close to his resting place.

"He's gone... again?" Donnie said in sadden tone

"Guess he wanted to say one last good-bye, huh?." Mikey added.

It was at that moment, that he wanted to face palm himself. Should have left a note for them. Despite the failed attempt, he heard Donnie speculating that there was certain amount of time they could see and his all of his brothers saying thanks to him before leaving.

Not wanting to see in the streets he went back to the lair. He going to write to them what was really the matter. Everything from being easier to be seen on certain days of the year to wanting them to have a fun time to saying thanks for everything that he was alright, but for now he let them have their.

"Happy Halloween." He said as he went home.
