A/N: Hi sorry i haven't updated the story I'm in the middle of moving states and finishing up the last month at my current job. This part is kinda a song fic i think its called. Anyway i hope you enjoy! Also for the next few chapters we are seeing everything Mary's going through and then onto everyone else.

Previously on Chapter one:

She couldn't take it anymore. She just wanted everything to go back to normal. Most of all she missed Marshall and Stan, the closeness, the jokes, but most of all she misses what felt like a family when she used to belong here in Albuquerque now she knows she doesn't belong here anymore.

Mary already decided to change her number when she finally leaves. She already knows that once she leaves she won't be coming back and she doesn't want to be found. She's going to return back to what she once was when she didn't have to rely on anyone and the only people who excepted anything from her were her mother and sister.

Chapter Two: It's Ain't You, It's Me

Barefoot front porch swingin', here all alone
Tracing my steps tryna figure out what went wrong
You were here one minute then the next you leave
Now I'm stuck here tryna breathe
You know that saying "it ain't you, it's me"

Mary sat outside trying to figure out where everything went wrong. It seemed after going with Faber she lost everything and that what hurt her the most one minute Marshall was there and the next he was gone. She took a shattered breath trying to caught her breath as memories since they met have been going through her mind. The only thing that popped up in to Mary's mind is the saying "It ain't you, its me"

But it ain't you that's been going through hell
It ain't you with a heart for sale
It ain't you riding 'round this town
With a ghost in the shotgun seat
It ain't you that's been tryna call
It ain't you that still misses it all
You ain't the one that can't move on, still holding memories
It ain't you, it's me

As the wind blows across Mary's face with a chill. She wipes the silent tears off her face and looks up at the sky thinking of all the good times she's had with Stan and Marshall she's tried to talk to them in a non work environment but they don't answer anymore.

Mary will be sad to leave but she's sick of all the memories of them wherever she goes between the good and the bad. She misses her family.

I found some stuff I just couldn't throw away
Some old T-shirts and pics of us in a frame
I talk to the walls like feel my pain
'Cause the echo of you was here today
I'm just stuck tryna find what it means
It ain't you, it's me

As Mary was packing some of her stuff the other day she found some of Marshall's things from when they'd hang out and pictures of them since they were first partnered. She talked to herself about the memories each item held just to release some of the pain. She still doesn't know what it all means but she will admit she never thought that she would leave like she is or ever with Stan and Marshall when they were by her side.

All Mary knows right now is her heart hurt and her world felt shattered and not repairable.

But it ain't you that's been going through hell
It ain't you with a heart for sale
It ain't you riding 'round this town
With a ghost in the shotgun seat
It ain't you that's been tryna call
It ain't you that still misses it all
You ain't the one that can't move on, still holding memories
It ain't you, it's me

Mary will miss everyone. But maybe it's for the best. As she was told by everyone she destroys every good thing and good people. And finally she did that to the ones she never wanted to hurt she destroyed people who meant the world to her the past few years. She was not a good person she didn't even know why she trys anymore. All she knew was that everyone is better off without her in their lives. She destroys everything she touches and she can't blame them for seeing that and running staying away from her.

Mary realized it's ain't them, it's her.

But it ain't you that's been going through hell
It ain't you with a heart for sale
It ain't you riding 'round this town
With a ghost in the shotgun seat
But no, it ain't you that's been tryna call
It ain't you that still misses it all
You ain't the one that can't move on, still holding memories
It ain't you, it's me
Oh, it's me

Mary gave up she'll finally just roll with the punches when she gets to the east coast with her new unit. She'll stay in touch with her mom and sister as she promised. She will make sure that Marshall and Stan never have to hear her name or see her again. She was finally ready to admit to herself that she was the problem in their perfect world.

She prays they'll be okay and whoever replaces her will not follow in her mistakes and treat them the way they deserve.

Mary wiped the rest of her tears and put the final box in her car as she felt her heart break just that little bit more. She looked back at her house one last time with the "For Sale" sign sitting in the front yard and sighed sadly. She'll miss Albuquerque New Mexico what was once her home was now just a reminder of all her failures and destruction left in her wake.

She knows it's not them, its her thats the problem.

As she gets into her car and starts it up to back out of the drive way one last time. This time she wasn't looking back. This time she wasn't coming back. This time she was giving everyone else what they deserve without the fight who cared about her they deserved better than her.

Hope you all enjoyed it.

Next chapter: Mary arrives to her new destination and job and Stan and Marshall found out Mary's gone.
