When Bokuto arrived at the gym for practice that morning at 6:30 sharp. He was so excited for today that he came half an hour early. Even so he unlocked the gym and hurried inside. It was warm outside with a slight breeze. When he got inside he saw no one was there. Bokuto changed into his practice clothes and sat on the bench waiting impatiently for his other teammates to get there. Today was Bokuto's birthday. His other teammates always celebrated with him. Just like Bokuto celebrated all of their birthdays. Last year though was one of the best birthdays he had ever had. Because he got to celebrate it with Akaashi. Bokuto smiled remembering that day.
The team had taken Bokuto out to eat to a nice restaurant. After they went to Bokuto house and all of his teammates gave him gifts after they left him and Akaashi hung out. When Kenma and Kuroo got there with even more gifts at 6:00 Hinata came with a gift. He also talk/dragged Tsukishima there. After everyone left Bokuto happily did his homework.
Suddenly there was a loud bang as the gym door closed. The loud noise snapped Bokuto back into reality. He looked at the door to see Akaashi walking over. Bokuto started to vibrate with excitement. "AKAAASHIII! Don't you know what today is!" Bokuto was literally flying around he had unlimited energy. Akaashi just watched. The other members arrived they came and stood beside Akaashi and watched Bokuto bounce off the walls Bokuto replied with a "Hello.." "we might as well start hopefully Bokuto shows up. " Akaashi said. "But I'm right here" Bokuto said pouting. "Ok Akaashi" one of his teammates said. This went on for the rest of practice.
After practice
Bokuto walk started to walk home when he noticed Akaashi following him. Bokuto wait for the second year before falling in step with him. Bokuto watched Akaashi's stride gracefully. It was soothing how careful each stride was. Bokuto soon looked forward and silently walked home. When Bokuto got home he had forgotten about Akaashi assuming Akaashi went home. But when he opened the door he saw Akaashi behind him. He turned and watched Akaashi. Akaashi walked past Bokuto into the house. When Bokuto went into the house he saw Akaashi walk upstairs and into Bokuto's room. Bokuto went into the living room to find Kenma and Kuroo sitting on the couch playing video games. "Hello..." Bokuto said. There game paused as Kuroo got up to go get snacks. Kenma went over and shut the lights off. It was really dark in the room but Bokuto could here lots of footsteps. The footsteps slightly frightened him since he could not see. But he could easily pick out Akaashi's footsteps. Akaashi's footsteps calmed Bokuto. When suddenly Bokuto could not hear Akaashi's footsteps anymore. At that moment his eyes were cover Bokuto started struggling. "Shhhh..." a voice said from behind him. The voice was soft and familiar. Bokuto calmed once again. When the lights flickered on but he still couldn't see anything. The hands slowly lifted from his face. "Surprise! Happy birthday Bokuto" Bokuto looked around slowly his eyes still ajusting to the light. He saw his team, Karasuno, and Nekoma all there. He grinned and said "You guys remembered." "Yup how would we forget you have been reminding us for the past week." Akaashi said, "I would never forget bro" Kuroo said smiling. "Happy Birthday Bokuto!" Hinata shouted happily. Suga came out of the kitchen carrying a birthday cake it was a confetti cake with white frosting with yellow swirls at the bottom and a owl call topper at the top. Bokuto clapped happily grinning even wider.
After they ate the cake Bokuto opened presents. After everyone left Bokuto and Akaashi studied and did there homework together.
A/N Bokuto's Birthday is on the 20th of September. The next chapter is Tsukishima's birthday Pt. 1 which will be posted the same day as this and Pt. 2 will be posted on the 27th of September. Tsukishima's birthday is on the 27th. I hope you guys like this please leave some reviews.
