All Kenma wanted to do was stay home and play his games. But he had to go to school. Kenma sighed as he sat up in his bed and got ready. He unplugged his game and powered it on. He walked outside to find Kuroo walking up. "Well happy birthday Kenma." Kuroo said, Kenma glanced up at him before looking back down at his game. They walk silently for a few minutes before Kuroo pipes up. "So what do you want for your birthday" Kenma shrugs his shoulders He already had all the new games. "Really there's nothing you want." Kuroo said grinning, Kenma shook his head. When they arrived at school. Only the 3rd years were there Kuroo waved and they waved back. When they got close enough they all wished Kenma happy birthday. Kuroo unlocked the gym and all of them went into change. When they came out the others were arriving. They quickly changed, after they also wished Kenma a happy birthday. After evening practice the team drug Kenma to a small diner. Kenma played his game while they ate looking up every once and a while to take a bite of food Kuroo forced him to eat. After they all said goodnight and Kenma followed Kuroo home his game was almost dead now so he powered it off. When they got to Kuroo's house they went up to his room where a small box sat. Kenma plugged his game into the charger he had brought to Kuroo's house a few weeks back. He looked up to find Kuroo sitting on his bed. Kenma sighed glancing at the box it had sparked some sort of curiosity inside him. Kenma walk over and sat down. Kuroo smiled and hand Kenma the box. Kenma watched it for a moment before taking it. He slowly ripped off the wrapping paper and opening the box. He looked inside and found a small box with a white layer of wrapping paper he opened it to reveal a card and a game with a cat on it. He opened the card it read:

Dear Kenma,

I have been think about what to get you for your birthday. I already knew you had all of the new games so I made you a new game. I hope you enjoy this.

A small blush spread across his face. His hand quickly came and covered his face. But Kuroo had already seen the grin on his face. "So you like it" Kuroo said, "I haven't played it yet" Kenma replied glancing at his game. "Well while we wait we have homework to do" Kuroo said taking his books out. Kenma finished his homework pretty quickly. Until he got to science Kuroo was working quietly beside him. Kenma look at the work carefully. It was so frustrating how was he supposed to this. Suddenly Kenma though his pen across the room in frustration. Kuroo looked at him in shock. "You good" Kuroo asked. Kenma got up and picked up his pen. Kuroo took that time to look at what Kenma was learning about. When Kenma made it back into the bed he saw Kuroo grinning. Kuroo explained it to Kenma. After the explanation Kenma found the homework a lot easier. After they finished Kenma's game was charged. Kenma quickly unplugged it and popped the game in. Kenma opened the game.

In the game

"Hello, you must be Kenma." The game says, " Kuroo has told me so much about" it continues. "I am a game that mashes your favorite games together." It finishes then the screen goes black. The game consisted of fighting, puzzles, and collecting. Kenma would start a round by doing a puzzle. Then he would fight a bad guy. At the end it would reward him a new team member or something to level one of his team members up. Kenma started the first round. There was a grid with green squares he struggled a bit but it was still pretty easy. After he finished the puzzle a boss battle came up. Kenma easily beat the boss. At the end of the level he had a choice between 3 cards. A red card, a yellow card, and a orange card.

Kenma chose the orange card. The card flipped over revealing Hinata's picture.

"Kuroo" Kenma said looking up at Kuroo. "Yeah Kenma" Kuroo replied. Kenma places the game on the bed and wraps his arms around Kuroo. "Thank you this is the best gift I have ever gotten." Kenma said quickly. Kuroo grin hugging Kenma back and saying "Well it is your birthday Kenma"
