Prologue: One World's end is a new one's beginning
The world of Pokémon; mysterious and powerful creatures that can overpowered humans with ease ever since a certain "boy" inspired the creation of the Pokéball when the "Original One" had its mind set to destroy humanity. However, Ash Ketchum is not the fundamental character of the story is of a girl who never actually lived her life to the fullest some say that Arceus is the cause of it because it was out of place while others blame Yveltal. But was not them it was Mewtwo the Genetic Pokémon a supposed enhancement of Mew; the ancestor of all organic Pokémon who's power accidentally cause her demise and three of the Kanto starter clones. The higher-ups of Pokémon; not Arceus nor the Creation Trio are the Elemental Titans.
Those four are the eye-candy of the universe the true creators are the Elemental Titans, the physical embodiments of the Pokémon types from Normal to Toon with The Professor (Toxica) as the leader of her siblings and they took pity of Ambertwo. Therefore, they recreated her but as a teen and part of their essence and the ability to use every move, abilities and speak to any Pokémon as if they were human. The reason they need to someone to balance the world they know the soul of Arceus can but Amber can help him mature and get laid since they watched how many girls fawned over him.
(Realms of the Titans)
Darkness pure utter darkness it what saw a female teen with light green hair in a ponytail. Wearing a light purple hoodie, matching pants with, black boots slowly waking up in the void along with a Mewtwo wearing a blue bandanna along with the fully evolved Kanto Starters with strange marks, a shiny Diancie (Peach), and a weirdly colored Turtanator (Bowser).
"Awake my children". Said a womanly voice and they woke without hesitation.
The woman in question had fair skinned color with her hair as black as night flowing freely while having a mask at the side that looked a sad leaking mascara face that somehow blinked. This was Toxica the Professor Pokémon a Normal/Poison type Titan the oldest of the siblings and their leader. She is recognized as the main professor of the Pi'illo Region. She focuses on genetic of clones ever since she met the first Mewtwo she became fascinated despite his origins and saw his memories of Ambertwo and she bowed to restore his friend. She did with the help of her siblings who gave of bit of their auras to improve on her thus making her a Titan of a new type. The Toon type. Immune and strong against Normal, Flying, Fighting, Ghost, Psychic types. Weak to Fire, Water and Ground. Resistant to Dragon, Dark and Poison.
"What happened?" Amber said as she was drifting in the void towards her team. Since the last thing she remembered was winning against Molly Halle, the was-current champion of Pi'illo. Sure, this was her 9th official League winning in a row and then Ash went battle happy for some reason like he wasn't himself killing people without guilt with Judgement that not even Thanos in his Eternamax Form couldn't beat Ash despite throwing boulders at him. So Ash change into his Psychic form to use a Hyper Judgement that O.H.K.O. Thanos that he disintegrated into oblivion making Morgana and Arthur filled with killing intent towards when suddenly world disappeared.
"This is why we never wanted Ash to know what he really was too late." Bowser /Bahamut said changing into true form, which was a gigantic dragon, mixed with Quilin features with horns as hard as titanium and claws that can cut meteors with ease like a Kartana this was Bahamut a Dragon/Fire Type Titan.
"This wasn't Ash's fault." Amber said as she explained that it was Goh's insistence to catching all Pokémon just by seeing Mew.
"Now we have another Cyrus to deal with". Toxica said to his brother then she has an idea.
"Why not take you seven back in time when you became an official trainer with your experience where you left before the world ended this also apply to your Pokémon too. Also I give you my permission to capture us." She said.
"Really!?" Amber said.
"Well yeah just because we're Titans doesn't mean that with don't train especially when Dennis showed you the Temporal Realm to watch all of Ash's adventures since Kanto." Toxica said.
Amber reflected on that since she saw more than twenty seasons of Ash's life and he wasted many potential, met Legendaries galore and never asked if one of them joined him even Mewtwo wanted to join Ash but not with Goh present that even his boyfriend Tokio broke up with him and cause him way more depression that he willingly joined Joey Drew just to have a Mew.
When he found her useless, he outright abandoned her in front of Mewtwo and me. Sure Mewtwo wanted to beat Mew in a battle during his early days but abandoning a Mythical Pokémon that's just lower than scum.
Joey used Goh as a way to get to Ash since he knew he was the Arceus and he was just too gullible due to being the Chosen One. Joey actually tortures Goh's Pokémon to submission that even Scratch and Sammy join on it.
"Also all your Pokémon will have Max stats, IV, and EV on every category and a little surprise for them too." Toxica said.
"We're ready!" Amber said as the group nodded as puts the six sans Mewtwo into their Pokéballs.
Toxica summoned Dialga to use Roar of Time to send Amber and her team to the beginning of her journey with alterations.
"Are you sure it's wise to alter the timeline Toxica?" Asked a majestic white looking bird with rainbow tail feathers while the rest of her body was white this is Halmahera, The Bird of Paradise Pokémon, the Titan of Flying types a Flying/Fairy Type.
"She'll be fine Halma she actually spar with all her Pokémon before all this happened.
"You're the leader." Halma said before disappearing to wait Amber at Saffron City.
"Well I always wanted to be Amber "travel" buddy and help whenever I can." She said to herself while a wet spot formed on her panties thinking about Amber.
"What? I'm bi get over it." She said to the readers as she Transform into a Hoopa.
(Ketchum Residence)
Amber awoke from her bunk bed at the bottom while Mewtwo at the top.
"Amber are you up yet?" Delia asked while opening the door.
Sweet and kind Delia Ketchum; former League winner and Champion before Lance beat her then she reclaimed her title while Ash was doing the Crown Series Tournament. She sometimes wished for Ash to see her more than a mother ever since his father left her alone with Ash when he was 2 years-old. She yearns for him ever since she saved her from that illusion Entei. She knows that wrong but once you become a trainer you're legally an adult in the eyes of Arceus despite him being her son. Her team is on Oak's Lab more secluded areas that sometimes Ash's Pokémon spar with them to hone their skills.
When he came back from Hoenn she wanted to confess to him but May and Max were there and she didn't want to make it awkward to them especially May since she also has a crush on Ash. Even her sister-in-law Ariana wanted Ash to bang her and she had a nosebleed when she thought that even Silver considers Ash a better man than his dad Giovanni (Delia's brother) does. Ash saves the world like a regular Friday, meet legendaries and mythicals, came to face Death himself and he was already a Pokémon Master that his body (Arceus since Ash is the soul) had to explain to him.
Amber woke up and so Mewtwo. Contrary to popular belief, Delia actually trains her Pokémon and helps Ash's team that some even evolved (for example Gible to Garchomp and so on). She seeing Mewtwo made her a constant reminder that the only good thing that her brother did was create Mewtwo only that the rest was kill him the most gruesome way while making out with his wife and Ash.
Why she remembered all this is because Amber touched her and all her memories from the last timeline that got to her brain.
"Maybe this time Pikachu will evolve and Ash to finally use Aura". Delia mused.
"That if Mew doesn't kidnap Pikachu again but I got that covered."
The secret of Amber being the Pokémon Empress is that she can use all Pokémon moves and her favorite is Double Team since she can travel and train her Pokémon at the same time and retained the memories of the clones. She can understand Pokémon she let's them do their own methods while helping them with installing TM and TR (they have infinite use since Monika and Wade hacked them).
They saw Ash in his pajamas running to the Lab to get his starter.
"I'll make sure he's fine and you stay beautiful." Amber said while she was blushing.
"When he gets back I'll confess to him. Maybe he can accept me even if it is wrong." She told herself while Mewtwo heard the thought and nodded before leaving as a Pidgey by using Transform to avoid suspicion.
Bam! New story and a rewrite of Journey of a clone. There will be a harem and I mentioned three in this chapter. In the next, one Delia will confess to Ash will he accept or not. Stay tuned.
All of Amber's Pokémon have names for individuality and is an importance to a way later chapter if I have help.
The lemons will be in flashbacks and brief for the plot.
The harem will be called Team Alpha with Ash the alpha and Amber the top bitch all the females wear a blue choker as a sign of loyalty to Ash and Amber.
And expect a Naruto crossover on this story too with Kaguya at the beginning.
