The Arceus from the 12th movie is Ash's body while the Ash we always known and loved is the soul. Only Giratina knows this not even Pikachu knows nor the Mews.
He showed and told it to Chloe since she is more trustworthy than Goh and Parker knows of the Titans due to his ability that only an only few have. So Goh got nosy and lost all trust to them and Tokio broke up with him (my version of Goh is gay). He met Joey who acted concerned and gave him a Master Ball (it's actually a Dark Ball the turn Pokémon into Shadow Pokémon) thus captured Ash off guard and Ash killed him and destroyed the Creation Trio with the Lake Trio (they maybe small but their jobs are like a double edge sword brain overload, dying from crying and suicide). Therefore, the Titans had to kill Ash who was the pillar of the universe down the universe follows. The titans recreated it by adding Amber to start her journey with Ash but with all her Pokémon full evolved with Max stats, IV and EV.

Therefore, Ash gets Pikachu while and Gary being a jackass that needs humble pie and Amber will deliver it him Ash style.
Chapter 1: The start of a new and improved journey Amber style
(Outside of Oak's Lab)
"Hey Ashy-boy. Wait did you overslept again!" Gary said before feeling being choked when he saw Amber glaring him with a Pidgey on her shoulder doing the same but its eyes briefly turned purple. He refrained himself.
"How about a Pokémon battle before my girls and I leave." He said boisterously.
"I'll battle you Gary." Amber said
"Watch and learn Ash and Pikachu." She said while Samuel was observing along with the crowd and Delia.
"Go Goopy!" She shouted as a Ditto came out wearing an Eviolite neckalace.
"Ready for battle Amber!" He said while everyone just heard saying his name and Amber just wave her hand signaling to trust his instinct.
"Go Squirtle!" Gary shouted as he took a Pokéball to make appear the Tiny Turtle Pokémon.
"Squirtle!" He shouted when suddenly Goopy used a low powered Thunder Punch to damage Squirtle. Then Gary saw that Goopy didn't have the Eviolite made a slasher smile towards Gary and glow into a big ball made of slime called Goopy Le Grande the Slime Ball Pokémon Toon Type and then used and impossible move that only fully evolved Grass Type starts knows Frenzy Plant that K.O. Squirtle while Gary and Samuel had their jaws drop that this new Pokémon used such powerful move and not get tired at all.
"Thanks Goopy! Get a rest now!" Amber said while just stood there and Amber kissed him on the lips while every men nosebleed and women (except Delia who nosebleed) murmured saying lucky bastard.
"You got lucky that Goopy didn't use his ability Grave Danger." The "Pidgey said while the crowd gasped while Brock (her shiny Uxie) got out from Amber's backpack (which is a portal to the Realm of the Titans) who opened his eyes to erase the memory of the crowd except Delia, Ash and Pikachu.
Oak coughed signaling to Amber, Ash and Delia to enter the lab and they meet a familiar woman that Amber and the "Pidgey" gasped while Ash got scared into a fetal position. Amber and the Pidgey bowed to her.
"No need for formalities Amber and Mewtwo." She said as the made the hand signs of making Heal Pulse but made a bubble shield for now one to hear their conversation.
"Now that I put a sound shield. My name is Toxica the Professor Pokémon and the Titan of the Normal Type." Toxica said.
"Titan? Who are them?" Oak asked to her.
Toxica explained that the Elemental Titans are the very embodiments of the Pokémon Types there is and when they came to this universe, which was empty with their powers created an egg that hatched into an Arckey (Baby Pokémon form of Arceus) then suddenly a little bit of our auras became the Plates then the baby evolved into the Alpha Pokémon known as Arceus (she points at Ash) and the rest is history.
Pikachu got angry at this part since he had hated humans since Oak captured him and this boy who willing to kill himself just to see the world at peace was actually the God Pokémon himself and even with complete trust he never mentioned it to his brother in a but species and blood.
"Don't blame Ash for this Pikachu he only did it for no one to capture him especially that GUY". Amber said while Toxica face and mask got angry for who she was referring to.
Contrary to popular belief, Ash really dislikes Goh because of his persistence to catch Mew that he abandoned friends especially Tokio who was sick when they were young practically abandoned all his Pokémon even Cinderace, Sobble and Eternatus (Ash rehabilitated him and it took months just for Sobble to let it go and evolved into an Inteleon).
"I'm of quality but Amber did both and surpass it but Goh just did catch them mostly against their will at first and snoop when I told my secret to Chloe I used my Spook Plate to phase into the ground for Goh to not capture me and they fired Goh from the Laboratory and he never came back and his Pokémon released themselves from their balls and got transferred to Chloe and Parker." Ash explained.
"Sorry Ash but sometimes you can't help everyone for example even if you time travel when you were six years-old it still can't be change. Responsibility demands sacrifice for the better. Let us will kill Giovanni before he orders to make Mewtwo by doing that Mewtwo cease to exist and making sure the Tin Tower does not burned the Eevees wouldn't be reborn as the Johto Beasts. Is the necessary evil to balance the good. So why just no kill Giovanni in the present once and for all and especially Cyrus in the most ironic way possible." Toxica said while cheering Ash.
"Well how about I give you your starter Amber." Samuel said as he pushed a button to show a Pokéball with the Pi'illoian starter. He released the Pokémon who was puppy like with rocky fur but the instant it came out from the ball he sparkle signaling the it was a Shiny Pokémon and when he saw Amber his eyes sparkled and pounce her into the floor and licked her.
"Howard is that you?" Amber asked the Fire Puppy Pokémon.
"Yes is us Amber." He said with three voices talking in perfect sync.
"What Pokémon is that Amber?" Ash asked her.
"This is Howard my Hot Dog the Fire Puppy Pokémon who are perfect guardians against evil spirits and toons. Thought I don't know why he's unevolved since before the world ended he was already a Heckhound." She said while Toxica shrugged.
"Let's get to home first to prepare for our journey." Ash said suddenly which surprised Pikachu. They leave to the house while Samuel bids them farewell and see them on the League. Oblivious that someone stole a Pokéball from the lab without knowing and left a note.
"Sorry Samuel but I need the Pokémon for a purpose. Signed L." He read the letter.
"They took the other Squirtle. I need an assistance." He said to himself.
(Ketchum Residence)
They entered the house as Amber was the one to enter and went upstairs with Mewtwo and Pikachu to give Ash and Delia privacy.
"Son I was to confess something to you." She said with tears flowing from her eyes.
"Yeah mom?" He asked when Delia kissed him on the mouth, he was shocked but he got into the flow with saliva trailing as they finished.
"I love not as my child but as a man since you were always there for me and to the world and it pains to see sacrificing yourself by the saving Legendaries and when that Entei kidnapped me I felt defenseless when I was a freaking Champion. I know that incest is bad but I always masturbated when washing your clothes and seeing every girl you traveled with and a few older women I felt jealous." She said and Ash hug her.
"It's okay mom I get it but you know that I'm Arceus and the Chosen One and it's my job the save the planet and not fail again." He said while his eyes turned briefly into Arceus' eyes.
"But hey you can travel with us so that we can be together and actually form a harem. The world owns me for saving it multiple times." He said which she smiled and thought for him to change the hat. Not offending that he won from a sponsored League competition but something to show his true heritance of Rota thought when we get there I'll help him on his Psychic part.
They heard Amber, Mewtwo and Toxica applauding and Pikachu shedding "manly" tears since someday he will have Ashlings and he doesn't fucking cares if some are from his mom. He deserve happiness.
"Now that that's settled let's begin our journey "Pokémon Master" Ash. She said while putting her choker on herself and for Delia and Toxica. Ash kisses Delia passionately again while groping Toxica's ass while Mewtwo and Pikachu head outside to leave them privately doing their "rituals".
"Hey Pikachu I wanted to asked you if you wanted to evolve?" He said to the Mouse Pokémon since now the he secretly wanted to evolve but not to the Kantonian Raichu he wanted to be an Alolan Raichu since they are part Psychic Type ever since he met Amber's Mad Mew Mew when she was a wild Mew when she saved the baby Kangaskan from falling to her demise. He felt ashamed for every time he lost to newbies and he resents Zekrom for stealing his electricity to judge me. So we all make mistakes but at least we improve. I wish that if I have Psychic Powers I could have brought down Zekrom and tell it "How dare you do this to me when I never even met you before so why not let my trainer catch you for then to be with your so called Hero of Ideal." Pikachu ranted when paused when looking at Mewtwo.
"Wow and I thought I was broody." Mewtwo thought. He told Pikachu to wait till we get to the Orange Islands to Teleport to Alola to give Pikachu the Thunderstone that the Vermillion City Nurse Joy gave to Ash. The mention of the Orange Islands Pikachu cringed which is justified since there were no Elite Four thought Lorelei lives there, The Shamouti Birds that we have to resolve again, Brock was with Ivy but they left on friendly terms but the communicate weekly and Lapras leaving maybe convince Ash to keep her and her mom while the herd putting them in the Safari Zone Preserve.
"Also with Psychic powers I can help Ash keep away from that Goh and save Scorbunny and Sobble from him." Pikachu swore since he never trusted Goh, I spoke with every Pokémon, they dislike him, and they prefer to be with Chloe and her brother since they don't show obsession. Ash does with Dunsparce but he had one when we were at the Isle of Armor with Amber when Klara had goo goo eyes towards Ash after he saved her form a herd of Escavalier while collecting Max Mushrooms alone. She initially disliked him but sympathize with her when she said she wanted to be a Poison Type Gym Leader and at night all he heard was slurping sounds when he slept and they woke up glowing.
"Well at least Ash doesn't have deal with the King of Pokéatlantis again or should I say Satokumo the Ho-Oh." Mewtwo said plainly, while Pikachu looked like Oshawott when Trip denied him at Juniper's Lab.
"How many does she have?" Pikachu asked.
"From Kanto to Galar and some evolved that originated from Pi'illo including Legendaries and Mythicals like me which all of them except me are Shiny." Mewtwo said proudly by snapping his fingers to change into his Mega X form at will and shake Pikachu to snap out of it.
"Saving the world. I understand that. Ash having a harem. He deserves it. Including his mom. I should have feel uncomfortable but my mind said is fine and accept it.
"Says the one with May's Delcatty, Dawn Loppuny, Iris' Emolga, Serena's Sylveon, Lana's Primarina and Mallow's Tsareena." He said smirking.
"Touché." Pikachu said.
"Wait I realized something. Do we have to meet your version of this timeline?" Pikachu asked.
"No. I think is my sister now." Mewtwo said as Amber called her to leave. She explained to the harem that the collar is a sign of loyalty to Ash and me and serve as teleporters so that if you need somewhere to go just concrete and you'll be there instantly.
So they leave Pallet Town into the forest into the known unknown. Will it be that same of different?

Ho-Oh will appear but Ash will not captured her until the Rainbow Wing chapter so Cross will be the one who abandoned Charmander (since Cross was more decent and he is redeemable unlike Damien) and warned him to not take the feather.
I hated how Ash won the Alola League since Gladion cheated by changing Silvally's memories during an official match to have adventage, Mallow using Shaymin (her mom since she appear after reconciliating with her later mother and instantly followed Mallow) and the biggie was Kukui letting Tapu Koko to battle Pikachu despite being a wild Pokémon like Shaymin. The instant that happened should have been two option: Capture first the release or disqualification by default. I don't care if it's a Legendary they have to follow the rules too.
In addition, Gladion never was there during the teen years with Lillie.
Lillie and Lusamine will be part of the harem with some changes. The changes will apply to Gladion for karma.
When Tobias appears Amber will avenge Ash by curb stomping Tobias and his Darkrai and team.
