Chapter 1
A young woman walk down the road late on a Friday night, in the dark alleyway stood a dark looking figure watching all the beautiful young woman walking home from a night out with their friend, Tanya a good looking blonde walked out of the club along with her friends, once she was near home Tanya broke off from the group, she stumbled past several dark alleyways and soon she was near home but as she approached the alleyway behind her apartment the dark figure that had been following her jumps out of know where.
The man dressed in all black crept up behind the terrified women as she walked home, he went behind her he snaked both arms around her body, he placed his hand round her mouth stopping her from screaming the place down when he grabbed her, as she struggled against the man's body he continued to drag her to the dark alleyway, out of sight of the nosey neighbours and the peeping toms, in the dark alleyway the man hits the young women over the head and punches her in the face until she stops screaming and moving around, as she lay unconscious the man then went on to rape the women.
Tanya lay on the ground crying in pain, as she came too, she sees the man holding a piece of paper ticking off something on the paper, before he left, he looks to the terrified blonde he sees her awake instead of attacking her again he mumbles all women will gets what's coming to them, and then once he was done, he ran off leaving Tanya on the ground bleeding and crying.
Tanya lay on the floor for another hour or two until someone came into the alleyway, the bin man went to get the bins as he walked to the designated bins he grabs them but then he hears some cry coming from the opposite side of the alleyway he turns around, and he looks and what he finds next shocked the poor guy, he turned and he found a young blonde on the floor crying, bleeding and her clothes were torn, he rushes back to the bin wagon, he gets his friend to call 9-1-1, whilst his friend call for help he grabbed his coat and took it to the young women, he placed the coat over the shivering blonde to respect her dignity.

54th precinct
Danny and his partner detective Baez got a call out about an assault but what people didn't tell the detectives is that the young women was raped too, normally Danny and his partner don't deal with rapes, but the police departments are short staffed, and no one was available to take the case apart from Danny and his partner.
Lieutenant Gormley walks into the 54th precinct to talk to Danny.
"Reagan got a new case for you and yes I know you don't take these types of case, but the department is short staffed" says Gormley.
"hey lieutenant what's the case then" asks Danny?
"young women walking home from a club last night she was assaulted and raped behind her building, crime scene is contaminated nothing useable, the victim is at the hospital waiting to interviewed" explains Gormley.
"great we will head over there now" says Danny grabbing his badge and gun, and soon the two detectives were off talking to the victim.

St Luke hospital
Danny and Baez walk to the women's room.
Inside the room
"hey, my name is detective Danny Reagan, and this is my partner detective Baez we are here to investigate what happened to you, if you are up to it maybe you could tell us what happened" says Danny doing the introductions.
"where shall I start" asks Tanya?
"whatever you can remember" says Baez.
"okay I was walking home from a night out with my friends when I was attacked behind my building, I didn't see his face, he raped me and beat me" explains Tanya.
"did the man say anything" asks Danny?
"no but he did write something on a piece of paper before he left" answers Tanya.
"is there any chance that you were targeted" asks Baez?
"it could be I have had some bad dates with guys but none stupid enough to come after me months on" says Tanya.
"any memorable men" asks Danny?
"come to think of it there was one guy a few years ago, but he didn't get to anything serious we only had dinner or barely since we were interrupted" says Tanya.
"by whom" asks Baez?
"Don't you police officers talk about cases" says Tanya.
"Nope so wait your saying your date got arrested during your meal" asks Danny?
"yeah" answers Tanya.
"Did you know the name of the officers or what the guy was arrested for" asks Baez?
"No can't remember the names but the guy was arrested for sexual abuse and assault, he was shocked at the female police officer, according to her, he attacked her when she wouldn't sleep with him" answers Tanya.
"Okay you have done great we will look the arrest up in our system find out who this guy is and where he is now" says Danny.

54th precinct
Danny and Baez walk into the precinct and head to their desks, Danny logs onto his computer and he brings up the search engine for the police database.
"right, what are we looking for" asks Danny?
"well arrests made around four years ago for sexual abuse and assault" says Baez.
Danny types away, and soon he got a few results matching to his search.
"so, did we get anything" asks Baez?
"yeah, about a dozen arrests all similar but we have one arrest made in a very classy restaurant" says Danny.
"great who made the arrest" asks Baez?
"well, this will be something good for family dinner talk, my brother made the arrest" says Danny.
"well let's go to the 29 precinct and speak to them both" says Baez grabbing her coat and the two detectives leave the squad room.

29th precinct
Jamie stood behind the desk doing paperwork, whilst his lovely wife was out on patrol with her partner officer Witten, Jamie looks up to see his brother and his partner approaching the desk.
"Danny, Baez what brings you two to my precinct" asks Jamie?
"is there somewhere we can talk privately" asks Danny?
"follow me" says Jamie leaving the officer to cover the desk whilst Jamie walked to his office with Baez and Danny trailing behind him.

Jamie office
Jamie walks into his office and he sits down waiting to hear what Danny has to say.
"so, what's up" asks Jamie?
"we are here about an arrest you made about four years ago the guy was named Jake singer sexual abuse" asks Danny?
"yeah, I made that collar along with my partner so what interests you two" asks Jamie?
"we are investigating the rape and assault of a young women, after speaking with her we think she was targeted by the rapist, and she also says the guy has some kind of hit list of women who wronged him" explains Baez.
"wait this singer guy is back and know he is raping women who he dated" asks Jamie?
"yeah, he beats them and rapes them, we think he is getting revenge for not sleeping with him" says Danny.
"oh god I need to bring Eddie back and put her into protective custody" says Jamie getting his phone out and dials Eddie's number.
"Why would he go after Eddie" asks Danny?
"Wait the victim mentioned a police officer saying the guy assaulted her for not having sex with him, was that Eddie" asks Baez.
"Yeah, that's the guy and know you see why I need her in protection" says Jamie.
"Right radio her call her get her back here and we will order people to protect her" says Danny.
Danny and Baez leave Jamie to ring Eddie.
