Unknown place
Eddie lay injured in the cold dark boot of the car, she lay on her side but all she wanted to do is lay on her back, every time she stayed in the same position, she got pain in her shoulder and side of her chest where she hit the wheel of her rmp, bump by bump the car hit bumps every time the car drove over a bump the jolts sent pain radiating through Eddie's chest, she tried to hold her side where the pain was but she couldn't because her hands were tied in front with duct tape.
Eddie lay in the back she tried to get her hands free but she couldn't but then she realized her feet where tied together but she could move them easily than she could with her top half, her shoulder is probably dislocated and she has a head injury, bruised ribs possibly broken plus she hit her collar bone hard on the steering wheel, so Eddie couldn't move her top half of her body without pain radiating through her upper extremities, she came up with the idea to place her feet against the side of the boot then she would bang and bang until someone heard the noise coming from the car.
Five minutes after the she started banging Eddie stopped when all of a sudden she realized the car had come to a complete stop, she keeps quiet but then her heart rate speeds up when she hears footsteps approaching the boot, the door to the boot opens the bright light blinding her, he leans over he grabs her under her knees and round her shoulders, he grabs her with haste not caring that she is injured or pregnant, he grabs her like there is a fire and he needed to rescue her before the car blows up,.
She looks around thew area she notices it is quiet, she takes in the sounds the smells, she tries to remember the place encase she had time to escape she needed to memorise the landmarks, as she looked around the place she realized that she remembered the place from a few years ago, she had a bogus call out to an apartment of shots fired turns out the call was to get them out the car so someone could shout at a supposed cop in the car, to her she knew police rarely came to this place since they always got abused and shot at, her attacker and kidnapper knew the perfect hide out.

Apartment
Jake opens the door to the vacant apartment, Eddie looked at the doors and then she recognized the corridor and the apartment as they entered through the open door, she realized that this is the same apartment that she was called to about the bogus call, Jake flings her to the floor he closes the door to the apartment, Eddie lay on the uncomfortable floor willing the pain to go as she closes her eyes hoping to breathe through the pain in her shoulder, but as she did she was brought out of her meditation pose when all of a sudden she felt another body on hers crushing her already bruised ribs, she slowly opens her eyes to see Jake looking straight into her eyes.
She tries to move away from him, but she couldn't instead he held her down with his body weight.
"know I am going to take this off your mouth, I don't want you to scream, or else I will hurt you" says Jake.
Eddie nods the best she could, Jake takes the tape, and he pulls it off her mouth, once the tape is free from her mouth, she breathes a sigh of relief.
"Jake what do you want from me" asks Eddie?
"I want to get you and your partner, oh sorry I meant husband back for when you two arrested me in front of my date, you humiliated me. " says Jake.
"no, you did that yourself, when a woman says no it means no, it doesn't me beat them and have your way with them, that is rape" says Eddie.
"I wouldn't have to rape them if they didn't just give it to me" answers Jake.
"they didn't give it to you because they realized your worthless, and why did you take me know" says Eddie.
"I took you because I didn't get a chance to have my way with you last time, you and all those other women who didn't let me sleep with them I am showing that they can't say no to me, all they are is spoilt whores and you all deserve what I gave you" shouts Jake.
Jake lays on top of Eddie he pins her down, then he starts to try and undress Eddie, but every time he tried to undo a piece of clothing Eddie would move, he got mad he first landed a blow to her already injured ribs she gasps as the wind is knocked out of her lungs, he gets up and sits on his knees he looks to Eddie with anger, then suddenly, he pulls out a revolver and he aims it at her.
"Jake are you out of your mind" asks Eddie?
"no, I just want you know let me continue or else I will kill you" says Jake.
"no, I won't you need to let me go, there is going to be every police officer in New York out looking for me, I am probably the only person they are looking for" says Eddie.
"they won't be, and they won't come here, especially if they don't want a dead cop" says Jake.
"you won't kill me" says Eddie trying to move out the way of the gun.
Jake realizes she is trying to move, then he realizes that he wasn't going to have his way with the women he thought he liked, he stands up he aims the gun again at Eddie he tries to aim for her chest but then he realizes that she was still wearing her vest, he aims the gun, and he fires the gun at her leg.
Eddie closes her eyes waiting for the gun to go off, then she hears the gun go off but then she feels the pain tear through her upper leg, she opens her eyes she sees the smoke coming from the gun, then she looks to her left leg, she sees the bullet hole in her thigh, she tried to put pressure on her leg, but she couldn't.
Jake looked at what he did he couldn't believe he just pulled the trigger and shot his former date, as he looked at her lay on the floor crying in pain, he couldn't handle the sight of a women in pain at the hands of him, he knew he had to do something and he knew he couldn't handle prison, so he decided to leg it, Jake ran off out the apartment leaving Eddie on the floor in pain and bleeding from the leg.
