Doc announcement on billboard: Relax! We've got everything under control.
Marty: Doc? Where are you? (DeLorean lowers) Whoa! Where am I? (Lowers window to yell at a punk version of Jennifer Parker) Hey! Hey! Can you hear me?!
(Jennifer doesn't hear Marty due to Music in her ears)
Marty: Geez. What am I gonna do now? (Backs up the DeLorean in the air and sets it down below the billboard)
(Marty runs to Jennifer)
Marty: Excuse me mam. (Taps her shoulder)
Jennifer: What?
Marty: Jennifer Parker?
Jennifer: Of course it's me, Martin.
Marty: That's the first time you've called me by my legal name.
Jennifer: Shouldn't you be dressed in a Citizen Brown uniform.
Marty: What?
Jennifer: That's the rule under Edna Strickland and Emmett Brown!
Marty: They don't make the rules in Hill Valley, Mayor Wilson does!
Jennifer: Martin! Edna Strickland has been ruler since the sixties! And Emmett Brown has been in charged of programs like Citizen Plus since then and making sure he helps Edna control Hill Valley to a morally crime lowered area. (Hops into the cart)
Marty: Can you take me to them?
Jennifer: No way! Find another way to get into Hill Valley! (Storms off in the cart and Marty runs towards her but she drove so fast that the entrance closes as soon as he gets there.)
Marty: Drats! I guess I'll have to push this button for someone to let me in.
Speaker: Hello Citizen Martin McFly. Please enter (Door Opens)
Marty: Yes. Now to find Doc and Edna. They should tell me what's going on here. (Walks towards Hill Valley)
