(Marty makes it to the courthouse square and parks the DeLorean in front of the courthouse square park)
Edna speaking through statue: Citizen Brown. The Divine of Hill Valley. A man of infinite wisdom and inspiring information. (Marty walks over to the courthouse gate and presses the button)
Announcer: Hello Citizen how may I help you today?
Marty: I need to see Citizen Brown and Citizen Edna.
Announcer: Do you have an appointment?
Marty: No
Announcer: Then you'll need to sign up and wait your turn.
Marty: No I can't! I need to see them right away!
Announcer: Sorry I can't let you in unless you have an appointment.
Marty: Great. I can try to climb over (Attempts to climb over until Officer Danny Parker Jr. comes over)
Danny Jr: Halt! What do you think you're trying to do?!
Marty: Mr. Parker? Is that you?
Danny Jr.: Well of course it's me Martin! Who else did you think I was?
Marty: I just thought you were someone else since you look different. Anyway I was trying to go into the courthouse to speak to Citizens Brown and Edna.
Danny Jr.: Really? Think you can just go right in there and barg into their office and speak with them without an appointment? Well it's not going to happen.
Marty: But I need to speak to them so I know what has happened to Hill Valley!
Danny Jr.: Are you on some sort of alcohol or drugs?
Marty: No!
Danny Jr.: Lift your arms up! (Marty lifts his arms up then gets his beeper out) No signs of alcohol or drug influence.
Marty: Well duh
Danny Jr.: Don't duh me Citizen! I'm doing my job. Besides you don't have a Citizen uniform like you're supposed to.
Marty: So?
Danny Jr.: So what it's the rule here in Hill Valley!
Marty: Do you know where your daughter Jennifer is?
Danny Jr.: I'm sure she's around over near the Soup Mo Kitchen having something to eat or chillin' with her boyfriend Doug.
Marty: Ok Officer Parker. (Walks over to the kitchen)
Danny Jr.: And stay out of trouble Martin!
