(Marty enters the main office where Citizen Brown is sitting starring behind the clock)
Marty: Doc?
Doc: Citizen! How did you get in here? I don't have you listed for an appointment? And I'm not Doc I'm Citizen Brown.
Marty: Yeah I know but I have very important things to talk to you about so I hope you give up some of your time to discuss things.
Doc: I suppose. Name?
Marty: Martin McFly
Doc: Martin Seamus McFly I see you have one demerit today for bad language, talking back to authority, and playing rock music behind the Soup Mo Kitchen.
Marty: Yeah I know Citizen Brown that's nothing important now can you please let me talk? What have you let Edna do to you and Hill Valley?
Doc: We used the technology and morally strict laws to make Hill Valley a better place to live. But over the past few years to a decade I've been thinking about what happened to myself and the real Edna.
Marty: Yeah she didn't seem that bad when I met her back in 1936 but I don't know what happened to her that caused her to be a theocrat.
Doc: Edna was a very sweet, morally strict, and spiritual person when we first dated but when it came to the hippie movement in the 1960s she became out of control crazy causing her to get her brother Stanford to run for mayor in which he won the 1965 election but lost the 1970 election to some other guy. Stanford's one term mayor career resulted Edna into taking over Hill Valley in 1975.
Marty: Geez Doc why didn't you just leave her?
Doc: Edna and I were already committed to each other since our marriage in 1957. I tried talking her out in taking control of Hill Valley but she was too powerful and controlling that I just couldn't. I just wanted to make my parents proud of me by making it into law. (Looks at picture of teenage him with his mom and dad)
Marty: I know you were scared of your parents for wanting you to go into law instead of science but Edna told me you combined your knowledge in law and science to make it into a career.
Doc: And I did. Oh and did you say 1936? How did you meet her in 1936 if you weren't born yet.
Marty: In a time machine that you invented.
Doc: I never invented any time machine.
Marty: You told me that you came up with a vision for the flux capacitor which makes time travel possible when you were trying to hang a clock above a toilet but hit your head bc the portion was wet which gave you that idea.
Doc: I never had that vision. You must be from an alternate universe.
Marty: That's because I am. I came back here in 8 in the morning from August 25, 1936 in which your teenage self helped me, the real version of you as Carl Sagan, and young Edna take down Kid Tannen.
Doc: Hmmm. If my alternate universe self was Carl Sagan then who were you?
Marty: Michael Corleone.
Doc: Name rings a bell. (Marty looks at the photo from August 25, 1936)
Marty: Take a closer look here with your magnifying glass. (Doc looks through the magnifying glass)
Doc: Great Scott! It is you!
Marty: Then leave Edna, divorce her, fix the time machine, and come with me to 1936 to stop you from being in a relationship with Edna so all of Hill Valley and the entire space time continuum from then onward will be put back to it's natural order and the real you will come back from existence disappearance!
Doc: Absolutely not Martin! I've already made a commitment to Edna and the citizens of Hill Valley! So I'm stuck here! Why don't you leave or else I'll call security and have you in prison!
Marty: Doc I'm serious! You need to help me stop this Edna controlled timeline!
Doc: Out or else! (Places hand on top of security button)
Marty: Ok I'm out! (Heads out the door)
Doc: And don't call me Doc again or else!
