(Marty walks behind the building to Doc)
Doc: Marty, did it work out?
Marty: No. I called Edna at the phone booth and found out that she's the speakeasy arsonist.
Doc: (gasps) No way!
Marty: I'll prove it to you. (plays recording)
Doc: Great Scott! You better inform my younger self about that!
Marty: I tried but he didn't believe me!
Doc: Then we ought to do something to break up her and my younger self.
Marty: I'll try to show this to Detective Parker. Maybe he'll believe me. (Runs back to the expo) Detective Parker!
Danny Sr.: Michael! What do you have for me this time!
Edna: It better be good.
Marty: You better beleive me on this detective. (Plays the recorder)
Edna: (gasps) No!
Danny Sr.: Is this true Ms. Strickland?
Edna: No it's not! He faked it up just so me and Emmett could break up!
Danny Sr.: I'm afriad you'll have to come to the police station to answer a few questions.
Edna: What's over there guys! (runs away)
